Il nostro appartamento, al n. 42 di Saint Denis, era molto grande e con vista sui monti. La pulizia era perfetta, tant'è che le stanze sono state sistemate anche durante il soggiorno, nonostante fosse un appartamento e non una stanza d'albergo. La cittadine di Bulle è davvero carina e interessante.

The hotel est vast, and very modern, situated on a ”restoroute” on the highway. It is extremely well isolated (I could barely hear the cars with the window open, and not at all with the window closed) As it is on a hill, the view is very open There are two restaurants at the basement. Their quality is good for highway restaurants (there are unfortunately no reduction for restaurant customers). There are also a few shops. It is possible to take a breakfast, but I didn't try it The access with bikes is very easy, and there is a dedicated room where to leave them for the night

Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel car il faut bien le dire, à Fribourg, il y a en a pas tant que ça... Extrêmement bien placé (aux portes de la vieille ville) avec vue sur les remparts et partiellement sur le pont de la Poya, nous nous réjouissions de passer ces 2 nuits là-bas. Malheureu*****t, tout ne fut pas rose. En effet, la literie est très mauvaise, le service pas super amical, les chambres ne semblent pas avoir de rideaux autres que occultant et d'autres détails gênants, comme ne plus avoir d'eau chaude au milieu de la douche... Par contre, la chambre est bien isolée, bien équipée, le petit-déjeuner est pas mal du tout, bien fourni, il y a des places de parc en nombre devant l'établis*****t et autour et la ville est largement accessible à pied. Nous avions une chambre supérieure au 2ème étage pas en face de l'enseigne (qui pose manifestement des problèmes aux chambres alentours). A noter encore que nous avons bénéficié d'un 10% sur une nuitée à cause de la douche. Probablement un hôtel qui aurait mérité entre très bien et moyen, genre bien.

Un accueil sans éducation par le Monsieur en service avec une agressivité et une arrigance jamais vécue dans un hotel. Ce Monsieur a mentionné haut et fort ses 18 ans d’expérience et qu’il allait enfin bientôt arrêter son activité. Il n’a pas cessé de se plaindre des clients et de son employeur le laissant seul durant la nuit avec tant de travail! Je pense que ce Monsieur a pris une decision sage de mettre un terme a son activité. En effet, il cause beaucoup de mal a son employeur, à la clientèle mais surtout à lui même en exprimant sa frustration. Quand je lui ai mentionné que je suis dejà client de l’etablissement et que je n’ai jamais vécu in tel épisode, sa réponse a été ‘cela m’est égal, je ne vous connais pas’ tout en complétant que son attitude est toute différente en dehors du travail’. Un bel aveu concernant son attitude inaceptable! Quel respect!

La camera era dotata di 1 persona invece di 2 (servizio da bagno, vetro) Camera TRES pulita Doccia molto spaziosa, più stelle, più alberghiero Piccola colazione corretta Durante la prenotazione con Trip, la tassa di soggiorno è stata pagata. L'hotel ci ha fatto pagare di nuovo senza cercare di capire la situazione perché ”la tassa di soggiorno viene sempre pagata sul posto”. Dopo contatto con il servizio dopo vendita Trip, confirmazione che l'hotel ci ha pagato 2 volte la tassa. Grazie a Trip che si è occupato di risolvere il problema e mi ha rimborsato :). La receptionista dell'hotel avrebbe potuto essere più gentile e fare alcune ricerche (soprattutto che l'hotel era vuoto in questo momento)

We spent three days at the Hotel D Bulle while visiting this area of Switzerland and had an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming and always available, the rooms are clean, silent and well decorated. Moreover the lounge of the hotel is great to meet and talk, but you can also bring your laptop and work there, taking advantage of the free WiFi in the hotel. Overall we had a lovely experience and will make sure to come back in the future. There is a parking garage underneath the Hotel, but you pay after the first hour, otherwise you can take advantage of the parking space which is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel that is free at night.

The self check-in process went smoothly with the JustIN App - makes the check-in really efficient and quick, you can go straight to your room. The room is lovely, with lots of wood and beautiful mountain views. The minimalistic design makes it still feel spacious, and you have everything you could need for a cozy stay. Breakfast - oh my goodness wow. The biggest buffet with variety of choices I've yet experienced, ranging from the Cafe's freshly baked gipfelis or brötlis, to the best cherry birchermüesli ever. Even the region's famous meringue... And such friendly service from the staff when ordering coffees for breakfast too. Will 200% recommend.

Le camere sono essenziali e molto piccole ma silenziose, con aria condizionata ben funzionante. Il bagno è nuovo, la doccia spaziosa e l'acqua diventava subito calda. Noi eravamo in tre, siamo stati un po' stretti e c'era poco posto per i bagagli. In due sicuramente si sta abbastanza comodi. Non ci sono armadi. La tv funziona bene e si vedono canali italiani. Il sapone c'è ma non c'era l'asciugamano per le mani. La colazione la facevamo nell'hotel di fronte (Ibis), per andarci bisognava uscire e attraversare il parcheggio tra i due alberghi, nei giorni precedenti Pasqua il tempo era bellissimo ma se piove può essere un po' fastidioso. Il percorso da fare è comunque molto breve. La colazione era completa, si possono consumare sia cibi dolci sia salati: brioches, uova sode, affettati, formaggi, yogurt, cereali, bevande calde e fredde. Il parcheggio di fronte all'hotel è gratuito ma si può sostare solo fino alle 22, noi abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio sotterraneo dell'hotel, parcheggio molto comodo.
