Hotel di tipo commerciale comune, semplice, pulito, non c'è acqua calda in difficoltà. Chiedere alla reception di prendere un po'di acqua calda per bere acqua calda. Bere caffè è in posizione di lobby, un po'di problemi.L'hotel tedesco non è male nel suo complesso.

Hotel anche nella fascia esterna della fine del 90.
La sala di accesso, il bar e la sala da pranzo sono stati ristrutturati in stile.
Il contatto personale è stato sempre amichevole e preconcetto.
Connessione al riscaldamento attraverso il bagno. Bagno e 2 piccole asciugamani sono disponibili gratuitamente.
In termini di carta o pagamento in contanti non è possibile attraverso il chip.
La stanza era stata ristrutturata (2° piano) con una bella vista sulla distanza e sulla città.
Camera pulita, bagno rinnovato. Non ci sono letti da visitare.

È un hotel grande con una buona posizione, a due fermate dalla stazione ferroviaria e proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana. È facile da trovare.
L'hotel è relativamente nuovo e le dotazioni delle camere sono molto complete. È considerato un ostello della gioventù relativamente buono.

Per il prezzo un super hotel nel centro della città sempre piace di nuovo quando sono a Pforzheim sono colazione buffet estremamente ricco selezione di salsa e formaggio pane pane e croissant, E' solo un uovo cucinato, ma non si può avere tutto.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto conveniente, sia vicino al centro di Kehl sia al confine con la Francia. La stazione ferroviaria è proprio fuori dall'entrata frontale dell'hotel che può prendere la Tram Route D per visitare Strasburgo. Molto raccomandato per i viaggiatori in Germania, ma vorrebbero un viaggio di giorno a Strasburgo.

Grande posizione, a 1 min a piedi dalla metro, una stazione da hbf. Camera pulita, con lavatrice e cucina completa inclusi. Una notte tranquilla e sicura.
Strumenti: la struttura della mia camera è strana, rendendo la stanza oscura la notte, con una sola lampada. Nessuna porta divisa la zona di doccia, quindi il bagno è pieno di acqua dopo ogni bagno. Il doccia si è rotto durante il mio alloggio, e io li ho chiesto di ripararlo, e non lo hanno fatto; dopo un sacco di caos mi hanno offerto di cambiare la stanza, e ho deciso di metterla in piedi e di usare la foresta piovana.
In conclusione, non è male se l'incidente del doccia non fosse avvenuto, il servizio è di grande altezza, ma non così pratico in caso di problemi reali.

Durante Carlsrue, abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel. La reception è molto calda e amichevole, la camera è ampia e luminosa, la regola media è pulita,  e le strutture della stanza sono molto nuove, molto pulite e pulite, e il soggiorno è molto felice. Inoltre, dopo che siamo usciti dal negozio, abbiamo anche memorizzato i bagagli per noi gratis, Spero di poter restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

Prima hotel voor 43 euro. Nette kamer maar ondanks dat wij hadden gevraagd stilte kamer en zeker geen kamer waar in gerookt was. Hadden we kamer bij de weg. Lawaai!!! Zatte lui en lawaai van de auto. Maar vieze rooklucht jn de kamer en beddengoed. Zo jammer....

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick.
The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise.
The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes.
The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out.
Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations.
The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

UUtente ospiteAll in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

Tutto era buono per il prezzo. La colazione era a buffet e tutto era delizioso. Le uova sode e lo yogurt biologico erano fantastici. Tuttavia, non sono riuscito a dormire bene perché mi prudeva il corpo, forse a causa delle lenzuola o della moquette... Non c'erano insetti, ma credo che fosse probabilmente a causa della polvere. A parte questo, la vista era bella e il personale era gentile!

AAng_ieThe highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing.
The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout.
Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further.
Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in.
What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself.
In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

LLellSL'Aparthotel è in una posizione eccellente - una pietra gettata dal normale, diretto bus aeroportuale e dalla stazione, nonché dalla vecchia città (e dai mercati di Natale).
L'appartamento superiore era tranquillo con ciechi di blackout e aveva un letto confortevole, un divano sorprendentemente confortevole e una cucina che era adeguatamente ma non ben attrezzata.
L'appartamento era senza spot e moderno e lo consigliamo sicuramente - con alcuni “guarda fuori” per rendere il vostro soggiorno più liscio di noi.

Che non mi era stato detto che avrei bisogno e che non potevo arrivare, perché arrivava separatamente e a quel punto era aereo. Così sono tornato al dipartimento (quando il mio check-in era scaduto) solo per essere detto che non potevo entrare senza i suoi dettagli. Quando ho indicato che aspettare quattro o cinque ore era insensato quando non mi era stato detto che mi era stato detto di inserire i miei dettagli due volte; non c'era mai stata alcuna opzione per aggiornarli più tardi, quindi lei non era registrata.

SSUSAN TOMIf we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service.
The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had.
Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room.
The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that.
The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

Ottima posizione vicino alla zona pedonale; colazione fantastica ben curata. Unica nota negativa l’ubicazione della camera: bisogna salire al secondo piano con l’ascensore e poi scendere dalla scala a piedi con le valigie fini al primo piano. Buona l’accoglienza per il nostro cane, ma sarebbe carino prevedere almeno un regalino di benvenuto
