Australia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Australia Occidentale

3rd stay here over last 6 or so months. I don't know, but it seems a bit less attractive to stay here now. The room is essentially minimalist but perfectly acceptable. Room was very noisy on level one next to an equipment room, but the rate I paid was good so I have no complaints on that. The really big issue was the clearly misleading marketing in the lifts. It advertised a breakfast deal for $20, but when I rang to book breakfast the receptionist had to check with someone and recieved a short reply ”you have buy for every night of your stay”. ie 5 breakfasts. The really great thing about this hotel is breakfast and more from 6am at the Dome, a west Australian cafe chain out the front two right turns, next corner. Unsure if I'll return to this hotel. For me now it's in thumbs down territory, primarily for the deception where it matters muchly, the stomach ransomed to the pocket.

Not only that, but their EFTPOS machine was not working so you had to fill-in a paper sheet. I get technology goes down, but honestly that was just bad. To be fair I was not feeling well when I arrived, so the whole thing just seemed a lot worse than it probably was and the staff were actually quite nice, despite the fact that they were clueless. I had sent a message to the hotel prior to arriving with a couple of specific requests, which they did the absolute opposite of which just made me laugh. They weren’t a big deal, but it’s the little things that count, especially when you’re a diamond member of their loyalty program. I think the place just needs a freshen up and the staff need to get plugged in. I wasn’t actually going to even write a review, but what pushed me over the edge was when I turned on the shower and watched a whole pile of hair swirling around in the bottom of the shower stall.

Il Novotel Perth è ben situato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Nella sua passeggiata verso Murray Street o attraverso un blocco a Hay Street si passano molti negozi, bar, caffè e ristoranti. È anche a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermercato. L'hotel è nuovo, fresco e decorato molto meglio della maggior parte dei Novotels. le camere sono grandi, ben progettate e confortevoli. Non aveva bisogno di molto dal personale dell'hotel, ma non aveva problemi in termini di servizio clienti, anche se nessuno è particolarmente amichevole. Ma un buon posto per stare in visita a Perth.

The newly renovated room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was no renovation noise observed and we had a peaceful rest. The breakfast costs AUD 28 per person per day if you add it on at the start of your stay, the breakfast variety was not the best but there was an egg station, pastries, some cooked dishes with Asian and Western selection, and two hot coffee machines.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Poiché era a metà della notte dovevamo premere un buzzer e aspettare che qualcuno ci parlasse attraverso l'oratore, ma se fossero dormiti o non potevano essere disturbati, lo spinse per molto tempo, Finalmente qualcuno è arrivato sopra l'oratore che era distorto e mi hanno detto di lasciare il dito sul buzzer, ci hanno lasciato entrare e di nuovo ha iniziato a raccontare di nuovo sul buzzer, noi gli abbiamo completamente ignorato di indicare il nostro nome e quante notti abbiamo Infatti, penso che finalmente abbia avuto l'idea di darci una chiave e dei buoni per il nostro colazione. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

Love that the Lobby has microwave for your ready-to-eat meals. We checked in late and there weren’t much eateries open. We managed to settle our dinner with groceries from Woolworth. Also love that they have a luggage weighing scale to check your baggage weight. Location of the hotel works great for us as we were there jsut for a night from a late flight, before picking our car up from No Birds car rental which was located just 5-8mins walk away. Hotel is dated but cleanliness makes the mark. Despite its age, it is clean. Door is heavy and can slam shut really quick. Hotel still uses retro turn-key door knob. No biggie though! Room lighting is really dull. Again, no biggie!

Questo posto è economico per una ragione. Se avete qualche dollaro extra per notte ci sono luoghi e aree molto più belle a Perth per soggiornare. Questo è un hotel più vecchio che il personale fa un incredibile lavoro di manutenzione . Il bagno non è molto spazioso, e ha ancora vecchie impostazioni.

Grazie alla signora Tegan e alla sua squadra per essere stati rapidi e meravigliosi a fissare la mia prenotazione e a assegnare una grande stanza meravigliosa e ospitante squadra da prenotazione a verificare.Come membro di Accor, sono stati considerati con la mia richiesta di vista come ansioso di spazi chiusi e mi ha aggiornato comunque a causa della mia adesione. Molto attenti colleghi al ristorante anche! Plus IGA è così vicino al ristorante Shige. Rimango di nuovo sicuramente.

Questo hotel è molto stanco e ben prenotato per il ristagno. La posizione non è male e la vista sul fiume era buona da piani più alti. Il Front Desk e il ristorante non aveva professionalità. Il mobilio era ben oltre il suo meglio per data e sembrava grubby. I proprietari devono investire o l'IHG dovrebbe smettere di partecipare, poiché danneggia il marchio.

”Excellent Value” Perfect Peaceful Comfortable . Room is nicely appointed homely relaxing. Big Pool fitness equipment Sauna. We are staying in a Standard King (atm) - the Quality is far superior than all the local competitors in this price range . The front desk are brilliant International Standards & ”Accommodating” they have the skill & together to work things out for you ! Housekeeping are considerate quiet & thorough. Our best decisions in Perth checking into the ”Residence on Langley” - the River is right outside our back door & a really nice Foodies IGA with heaps of great Hotel Foods, the Free Red & Yellow cat buses are one block away & frequent. Its a 15 min walk to the CBD. there is direct access to the magnificent Swan river walks if you like quiet & nature like 15 mins walking to the CBD this is it! Thanks to the Residence team.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana mentre mio figlio visitava l'università. Mio marito aveva soggiornato per sei settimane quando arrivava per la prima volta a WA, così aveva qualche idea. Aveva una microonde, ma nessun cuoco, quindi ci comprava un panino per colazione e pranzo.

My family of 5 stayed at Mantra on Hay for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom-2toilet apartment on the ground floor. The apartment looked as per the images, though the toilets are a slightly dated and the water pipes do get a little noisy. Overall it is still a good experience and my family had a great stay. :)

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

From the call to book to getting our keys off valet when leaving the staff were bright cheerful and always going above and beyond to assist and make it a great stay. As always the metrapol room was to the highest of standards and far better experience than the other two hotels on offer due to the better facilities and restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Took the whole family kids aged 5 and 5 months and had a great time at the pool and kids play area provided for them. The morning before leaving made our way down to the gaming floor and in true crown fashion the machines gave us back everything we had spent on our stay so our weekend away ended up being free.
