Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Shizuoka

I had a really great stay at Hotel Clad — easily one of the more luxurious experiences compared to the smaller, compact hotels I stayed in around Tokyo and Osaka. One of the biggest highlights was the view of Mount Fuji. I was lucky enough to catch a clear view around 5am+, which was absolutely beautiful. Even more special was being able to see Mount Fuji at night — I could take night photos right from the comfort of my room. It was such an amazing experience, especially since the weather really cooperated during my stay. The room itself was spacious (a big plus compared to typical city hotels in Japan), with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to fully relax. Considering it was during sakura peak season, I found the price to be quite reasonable and good value for what you get. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay — the combination of comfort, space, and those unforgettable Mount Fuji views made it truly memorable.

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione JR di Mishima (circa 7-10 minuti a piedi invece dei 3 minuti indicati), ma si trovava sul lato opposto della stazione, dove si trovavano tutti i ristoranti e i servizi. A piedi dalla stazione poteva fare davvero buio, soprattutto per le donne. I bagni pubblici/onsen non erano male, ma la piscina esterna era sopravvalutata. C'erano una piscina fredda e anche una sauna. Ci sono due poltrone massaggianti. Nel complesso, un hotel datato che fa al caso suo per un breve soggiorno, con un distributore di tè e caffè nella hall.

This was a large but lovely hotel with a great view of the ocean. It was a bit of a drive from the train but they did have a shuttle and taxis were easily available. The room was spacious and clean. They had an onsen which was lovely. The Japanese women guests were helpful in my navigation of the use of the bath. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was fine but not very unique. We found a number of fun things to do around town.

Magnificent view from my hotel room! Didn’t know hotel provides pickup and drop off services, just give them a call! I rolled my big suitcase down the steep hill and so on from the train station 😅. Love the restaurant next door, the sashimi was caught from the morning! Great hotel with nice onsen, you can enjoy onsen from your bathtubs too.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno! Il cucchiaio era piccolo, ma la qualità dell’acqua era così buona. L’unica cosa che dovete fare è stare attenti, che le camere senza bagno privato potrebbero essere senza doccia. La posizione, la vista e altre cose sono cool!

free entry to the xcellent spa with plenty of resting places. grest view from the spa and rooms. very polite and helpful staff. good value for money

This hotel is pretty out of the way from Ito City so I would only recommend it for those who have access to a car. Otherwise, the room is spacious and clean, and there are many amenities within the hotel itself. Attractions such as the Izu Shaboten Zoo are a short driving distance away.
