Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Shizuoka

Splendido hotel in cima a una montagna. Ideale per chi arriva in auto. Invece di pagare la costosa cena al ristorante dell'hotel, si può optare per il ristorante Shimoda. La colazione inclusa è davvero abbondante.

とても清潔でお料理もとても美味しかったです。 温泉も平日だからか空いていてとてもよかったです。 夕食は絶対つけたほうがいいとおもいました。 朝食は部屋でも可能で、のんびり過ごせました。 他の方のコメントにあった様にホテルまでの坂道が凄かったです。 車で行ったので上から降りてくる車と曲がるトンネルで鉢合わせしてしまい、登り優先なので相手の車が坂道をバックで上がって行って避けてくれました。 到着後、ホテルから歩いて駅前商店街を楽しみ、ホテルへの帰りは駅からタクシーを乗りましたが、タクシーの運転手さんもちゃんと無線でホテル側の上にいるタクシーに待ってもらってから登り始めました。上と下に信号でもあればいいのですが。 行き交う車の数は少ないので対向車が来ないことを祈りながら帰りました。

Hotel fantastico con strutture adesive. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e perfetto per un soggiorno ibrido di onsen. Il tempo non era buono quando eravamo li', purtroppo non vedevamo il MT Fuji ma godeva la vicinanza ai punti di vendita premium gotemba, come il nostro obiettivo principale era quello di fare shopping. Viene anche con l'autobus gratuito dalla stazione di gotemba che funziona ogni 15 minuti.

Hotel New Akao is a huge hotel. It was built quite many many years ago, we stayed at the older wing, so the room tends to be oldish, but well maintained and super clean. For the price we paid, one would expect 5 star facilities, at least a gym for morning workouts, but they did not have that. However, the meals (Dinner & breakfast) provided with the price is fantastic and wide spread. I guess its a onsen hotel so people tend to go there just for the hotel onsen which is great and nice. We do love the big buffet spread of meals. The room is old, if you prefer the rustic feel. There are no convenient store nearby so when it comes to hunger, you only have vending machine beer. We actually expected to have free flow of snacks and beer but it is only limited to very off peak timing when most people are out for their day trips. Again, we feel that the hefty price tag should at least provide that free beer, drinks and snacks all day and all night. Overall, we still love the experience staying in the hotel. A word of advice - avoid peak seasons like New Year, you will expect to queue up for meals :)

Booked room with the onsen and it was a nice touch but it might cost a bit... nevertheless the service was good and they do have free shuttle. Just take note its just to the station. If you would like to visit Shuzenji temple, you gotta get down and walk the other direction. Breakfast has a wide variety. 👍🏻 P.s. try checking in earlier, cause when it gets dark, its might be difficult to find your way up the mountain as road is winding.

Bellissimo onsen il nostro soggiorno preferito in Giappone con la mia famiglia! Il colazione tradizionale era delizioso con una vasta selezione di piatti. Le camere sono splendide, tranquille e spaziose e tutto era eccezionalmente pulito. L'equipaggio di pulizia fa davvero un lavoro sorprendente. La struttura è stata molto accogliente, e la struttura è stata molto accogliente, e si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e lavastoviglie e asciugamani sono stati molto più importanti. Molto consigliato ci piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo!

È un hotel di stile moderno. C'è una grande vista dal suo lobby, avere una bevanda c'era molto freddo e rilassante. Il pranzo e il colazione erano buoni. Il nostro è stato pulito.

I would hesitate booking this hotel if you are looking for a “wow” experience. We had some issues due to bad weather and some due to service. We booked a room that ideally should have had views of Mount Fuji. Due to the fog, we saw nothing for our 1 night stay outside of the clouds. This is no fault of the hotel but worth factoring into expectations. We also had some service shortfalls. No one in advance communicated that we needed to select a time for the included dinner or pick the cuisine we wanted.  As a result, we got stuck with what was available. We also were not informed that there was a shuttle to a nearby train station (the hotel made up for this by driving us to the station, but the only reason we knew was another guest mentioned it). Lastly, we selected a meal option but were not told the supplement in advance so had a 24,000 yen surprise on our bill. Had this all been communicated in advance, we would have felt better about our stay. At breakfast, we waited over 20 minutes for coffee and had to ask 3 times before it was eventually served. On the plus side, the hard product is strong and our Kappo dinner was delicious. While this wasn’t a “bad stay” - I struggle to see how this hotel landed as a 3 Michelin Star rating and can charge the prices that are charged given some of the issues we faced.

Questo sarà il mio miglior hotel. Tornerò certamente di nuovo in questo hotel. Amo il posto, amavo la stanza, la vista, l'esperienza. Un amichevole e bel personale aggiorna la nostra stanza, e abbiamo avuto la migliore esperienza. Adoro sempre l'ospitalità e l'esperienza. Ci siamo accolti per un buon colazione, e ci siamo uniti per l'esperienza di guida e per il museo di autostrada.

La posizione è grande e con buona vista per il sollevamento del sole, la camera è grande e con letti, futoni e tavoli con tazze e tazze di tè. Il bagno è piccolo e vecchio. La primavera calda è piuttosto buona. Non sono certo perché non ci sia permesso parcheggiare al parcheggio vicino all'hotel e essere chiesto di parcheggiare la lontana sulla collina che ha bisogno di un po' di cammino.
