Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

Pleasant room. Only stayed for 8 hours in total, so did not use any of the hotel amenities. Decor is looking a little worn but far from outdated and dilapidated. Bedroom was a fair size and tidy. Tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo/shower gel. The only thing thing letting the stay down was the bed. The frame felt a little unstable and the mattress felt very ‘bouncy’ and cheap. I still managed to sleep ok but I have slept in much more comfortable beds at basic hotels. Overall, for the amount I paid, it was well worth the stay.

L'hotel era enorme, un paio di cose che mi disturbano davvero: 1. Il bagno era vecchio e ha odore di vapore Non c'era una finestra per l'aria fresca, la stanza ha bisogno di aria fresca per circolare, ho dovuto aprire le porte per avere aria fresca. 3. La cosa più disturbante che si è verificata quando ci erano puliziari e altre cose sono entrate nella stanza senza colpire la porta non c'era nessuna mostra da mettere fuori quando la stanza era occupata. Ho soggiornato lì per 2 notti le cose entrano con il loro maestro. - Sono molto poco professionale. Non c'erano bottiglia d'acqua alla tavola, di solito quando entravo nella maggior parte degli hotel, c'era acqua, ma questa non c'era niente. 5. Assicurati di portare il caricatore per il tuo cellulare, di solito gli hotel hanno USB in questi giorni. Altri, poi, il ricevitore era gentile a dare il suo accusatore.

Lovely room , very comfortable bed, tea and coffee and kettle provided and towels, But no hair dryer. Can be quiet noisy though due to walls being thin , friendly receptionist.

What a beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. We had a spacious room with a lovely big bed and separate bath with over shower. Bottle of water in the room and kettle with coffee and tea sachets. Hotel provides toiletries. We had pre booked breakfast which was a buffet and very nice. All in all a good stay

Non posso fare nulla, un posto davvero bello per stare con i piccoli. Ci hanno guardato con i loro contatti speciali, tra cui un'ampia zona di gioco e latte e biscotti in letto

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

L'hotel è stato bello, abbiamo soggiornato per l'esposizione Farnborough. Non è stato il fallimento degli hotel, ma abbiamo prenotato una stanza di vista dell'aeroporto, ma all'epoca ci fu buio e la mattina fu buio, così non poteva vedere nulla! Era ancora una bella stanza. Grande doccia, bellissime toletta, tutte le camere di accoglienza che potresti desiderare. Eravamo in un problema con la TV, perché era molto lento e poi continueremmo a andare via. Noi l'abbiamo riferita alla ricezione e ho ricevuto un email dopo aver lasciato scusarmi, che era bello. Non avete usato nessun bar o ristorante, purtroppo, ma il bar celeste sembrava molto bello come abbiamo camminato in passato. Sicuramente rimarrà ancora quando nella zona.

Very modern hotel more like a big gym with rooms. Not sure about the clear glass bathroom doors though! Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, booked it the night before using a QR code on the leaflet left in the room and only paid £10 instead of £12.50.
