Austria: hotel con internet nella provincia di Salisburghese

This is a really nice hotel just beside the train station and across the street from the main bus lines that take you everywhere in the City. The room was excellent with a free mini-bar and other nice amenities. It is definitely worth spending more for the higher floor as the view is spectacular. Lot's of mountains on one side and rolling countryside on the other. The staff were all good, check-in and check-out was easy and the breakfast in the morning was tasty with lots of variety. I would definitely stay there again.

Cocoon Salzburg - 10-13 July 2022 done both not all pix only the room This hotel is almost right across from the train station, on a corner, very easy to find - white 7 story building with a big butterfly outline on the glass doors. Inside the lobby is part of the bar and breakfast room. Checkin is super friendly. Room is small but wins the cuteness prize. Carpeting and walls in hallway all green with small leafy patterns like in a jungle. Bed is firm and very comfy, bedding is an interesting weave feeling like soft cotton paper, and 4 big fluffy pillows. No amenities in room such as phone, electric kettle or coffee makers, or even a small fridge. Has safe however. The hanging rattan chair is cute but takes up some room. Day couch by the window, no tables, night stands or desk - or chair for that matter (no room anyway). The most minimal amount of furniture, the idea I guess is all about lounging around so you don't ever need to sit up anywhere. Not much surface to layout stuff just a sort of narrow shelving on the wall next to the TV. Bathroom also tiny but everything is new and modern and the rain shower is the best ever. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get our two large suitcases settled. We are on the 6th floor so have a bit of view of mountains over the top of a building across the street. Windows have electrically controlled shutters outside (push button inside). You get a nice bar of chocolate and 5 euros for opting out housekeeping (although they said something about not continuing this practice). Floor uncarpeted. Aircon good. Wifi seems pretty fast. Nightlight under the bed is motion sensitive, so it comes on whenever you are moving around the room. Breakfast is good with scrambled and pre shaped fried eggs, sausage and bacon-like ham. Good selection of pastries and croissants and breads. Half dozen different kinds of tea all loose so need to scoop into a teabag in order to steep which is interesting and pretty fancy. Selection of cold meats as well and cheese. Tomato, cucumber and fruit. They don't check to see if you have breakfast included which is strange because it's extra charge for breakfast so not automatically included in all rooms. Overall a pretty good breakfast and food gets replenished pretty quickly. Seating tends to run out at peak time and people will ask to share your table if there is room.

Posizione ottima molto vicino alla stazione(5 min a piedi), staff gentile e disponibile. hanno anche prestato un piccolo frigo per ragioni mediche. Unica pecca un po' di polvere e il biliardino che costa troppo :) Alle scale piace cambiare.

Il raffreddore è fantastico con molte scelte e ogni giorno ha avuto uova scramble e bacon, oltre a molte altre opzioni. Il bus è troppo opposto con il numero 4 che corre circa ogni 20 minuti fino a circa 2230 ore. Il costo per singolo è di €3. (Prendere solo contanti sui bus). Inoltre offrono un biglietto di giorno per €4.50 ma non sicuri se dovete comprarlo da una macchina come non l'avete offerto sul bus. È possibile acquistare un biglietto di ritorno! Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio, anche se il parcheggio era spesso occupato perché il ristorante Sushi è molto popolare. Ci è anche un ristorante di buffet cinese, chiamato Huy Cook e Mangiare. ({€25). Hanno offerto un sacco di pesce crudo e non sapevo che la cucinavano per voi! Le camere erano pulite ogni giorno e la doccia era fantastica. Avrei dato queste 5 stelle, ma alcuni dei servizi di ricezione non erano molto utili. Non sapere alcuna informazione su cose di base come gli autobus!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. Non è centrale, ma sicuramente offre un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Il centro di Salisburgo è comunque facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi in un quarto d'ora circa, ma grazie all'ottimo servizio di trasporti urbani di Salisburgo e la presenza sia davanti che di fronte all'hotel di fermate per alcune linee, ci si sposta facilmente verso i principali punti di interesse. La camera era grande, buona la pulizia che abbiamo trovato (nessuna pulizia durante il soggiorno per le normative per il contrasto alla pandemia), il personale molto cordiale ha sempre salutato con un sorriso, una receptionist parla anche piuttosto bene in italiano, la colazione era ottima, e perfetta l'insonorizzazione della camera anche rispetto all'esterno. Può risultare utile la presenza di diversi negozi nella zona, alcuni aperti anche fino a tarda notte (Spar express e MC Donald)

Il primo hotel sul nostro viaggio in bicicletta da Salzburg a Grado.. camere sono spaziose, pulite e un buon servizio.Situato presso la Messa, con la bicicletta in 10 minuti a Altstadt. Buona colazione! Purtroppo il grande ristorante non era aperto ma potevi mangiare nel bar.... Selezione limitata, con una bella salata.

Posizione perfetta, camere belle e pulite, ma sicurezza e servizio orribili. Hanno erroneamente dato accesso alla mia stanza a un altro ospite, quindi l'altro ospite ha finito per aprirmi la porta. Poi anche la seconda volta le pulizie sono entrate senza bussare alla porta, e poi la cosa peggiore è la terza volta che le pulizie sono entrate nella stanza anche se ho appeso ”non disturbare” alla porta senza nemmeno bussare e senza scusarmi, niente. Privacy orribile. Al momento del check-in, il personale si è dimenticato di restituirmi il mio documento d'identità, quindi ho chiamato dalla stanza, ovviamente nessuno ha risposto, quindi sono dovuto scendere di nuovo fino in fondo per ritirarlo.

The hotel is very conveniently located just by Salzburg station. Bus r 2 connects it to the airport. Good area with restaurants and shops very close. 15/20 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff nice and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are modern and clean. There's a room for the luggage if you need to keep it before checking in or after checking out. The rooms were spacious and clean. So is the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the breakfast room has a lovely view of the city. The only complain we have is that the room was very hot and the shower head bracket didn't work.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per vacanza, nulla da eccepire, tutto al top, pulizia, personale, stanza, posizione, cortesia,hotel immerso nel verde, parcheggio disponibile. Insomma una bella location che consiglio vivamente. Unico suggerimento se possibile, un piccolo frigo bar.

Il servizio di ricezione era molto utile e utile, senza alcun costo. Il personale di pulizia entrava nella nostra stanza dopo le 9:00 quando ci preparavamo ancora a lasciare e non ci erano ancora completamente vestiti. La gente è stata in due volte, nonostante le nostre richieste e il segno ”non disturbare” sul serratura. Perché sono questi segni se il servizio non li rispetta. Qualcosa non è giusto qui e dovrebbe essere migliorato.

I recently stayed at the newly renovated Schloss Fuschl, a hotel that boasts a truly breathtaking location near Salzburg. Nestled beside one of the most stunning lakes in the world, the natural beauty surrounding this property is nothing short of spectacular. The serene waters, framed by lush, rolling hills and vibrant greenery, create a picturesque backdrop that is almost otherworldly. It’s easy to lose yourself in the tranquil environment, with the glistening lake reflecting the sky and the calmness of nature seeping into your soul. The decor of the hotel itself is exceptional, seamlessly blending modern luxury with classic charm, making it a feast for the eyes at every turn. However, despite the unparalleled beauty of the setting and the impressive decor, the experience at Schloss Fuschl was unfortunately marred by significant issues with service. The hotel, having opened only a month ago, clearly needed a soft opening period to address operational inefficiencies before welcoming outside guests. The service was disorganized, with staff morale appearing to be notably low. This led to an experience that fell far short of the standards one would expect from a Rosewood property, especially given the exorbitant cost of staying here. Upon arrival, we made our way to the dock, hoping to enjoy the remaining daylight by the lake. Unfortunately, the dock was filthy, littered with dirty towels and dishes, and there was no staff member in sight to assist us. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing, particularly given that there were still several hours of daylight left to enjoy the lake. The unkempt state of such a central part of the hotel’s outdoor experience was unacceptable. Dinner was another disappointing experience. The restaurant was packed with outside guests, making it nearly impossible for us, as hotel guests, to find a proper table. We were forced to sit at the bar while waiting, and even after the restaurant cleared out, no one came to offer us a table. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, consistently telling us they were too busy whenever we tried to place a drink or food order. Upon further observation, it was clear that the front management had set the servers up for failure, which is inexcusable. While I understand that new openings can come with challenges, the issues at Schloss Fuschl go beyond typical growing pains. The service problems are severe enough to detract from the overall experience, making it difficult to enjoy the hotel’s otherwise outstanding location and decor. The Rosewood brand is known for its impeccable service, but unfortunately, this property falls short of that reputation. For travelers considering a stay here, I would recommend canceling your reservation if you are still within your cancellation window. The hotel is not ready to be open, and the experience is not worth the high cost. The management needs to take immediate action to resolve these issues before this beautiful property’s re

A boutique hotel merely 15 min away from the centre of Salzburg and Airport. The service was amazing and everyone was very helpful and cheerful. The owner himself is very closely involved in the operations of the hotel and it shows how well managed the hotel is and amazing care for all guests. The team is super flexible with every request. The food is delicious and the breakfast spread has many options for vegetarians. The rooms are large and very spacious. Our 17 month old daughter fell sick during our stay and the owner arranged a doctor on call within 15 min of reporting it. Many thanks for an amazing experience, stay and support. I will highly recommend staying at this property. If I am ever in Salzburg, this is where I will stay.

Una struttura meravigliosa! Situata in luogo magico. Camere spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort. Ambiente pulitissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione favolosa, qualsiasi cosa uno possa desiderare c’era! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’albergo, superlativo. Così come il servizio.

Our family of four stayed here for 4 days when visiting my older son who is on an Erasmus Study term. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations, it was very modern, incredibly spacious and very clean and tidy. It is also very good value for money. We had an apar**ent which would easily accommodate 6-8 people. We didn't have breakfast but we did have free coffee and flavoured waters. We arrived late and left very early and check in and out couldn't have been easier. There is a bus stop within a few mins walk and you have the option of 2 different bus routes to get you into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Valore per prezzo. Molto conveniente. Un tetto con vista invincibile. Classico, grande camera d'albergo. Parcheggio conveniente e accesso (sono necessarie informazioni sul soggiorno in un'area di servizio autostradale). L'ingresso in questo settore di servizi è però un po' confuso: in pratica, ci sono tre o quattro uscite consecutive che portano a questo settore, per diversi tipi di veicoli.

A una decina di minuti da Salisburgo si trova questo bellissimo e moderno hotel, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza perfetta. Stanze ampie con doccia grande e frigobar, piscina interna ed esterna aperta a tutti (acqua un po' fredda per i nostri gusti), altre due piscine e un laghetto accessibili solo agli over 14, parco giochi che si affaccia sul ristorante in cui si può pranzare e cenare (prezzi nella norma per la zona, tenete presente che l'acqua in bottiglia è carissima, ma è così in tutta l'Austria). Colazione abbondante con tantissimi prodotti freschi. Parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'entrata. Non è un hotel economico, ma senza dubbio vista la qualità dei servizi, sono soldi spesi bene!

The hotel rooms have no air conditioning, no mini fridge, no kettle/coffee machine, no iron or ironing board, only the stark bare minimum is provided. Even charging points are scarce. When we asked for a fan in the room, they provided one, but not before we were told that it may not be available. Ahmed at the front desk was kind and helpful, as was the staff at their breakfast cafe. The other person at the desk was very curt and not hospitable at all. Don’t come during the summer to stay here, unless you don’t mind sweating it out in your room

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!! لا انصح ب الفندق من سوء الإدارة و سوء التعامل موظفين المطعم إذا حجزت لا تحجز بفطور عنصريه تعامل سيء جدا من اسوء تعامل في الفنادق الي زرتها موقعه جميل ولكن إدارة سيئه

Only stayed the one night but we made most welcome in this huge hotel. Reminds me of a small cruise ship with 220 rooms, so a total of around 500 guests. The dining room is large but the buffet for evening meal starter and breakfast can only be described as “obscene”. There is so much choice, it can take you half an hour just to walk around the huge array of food, I have never seen so much good quality food in one place. You would expect the evening meal not to be that good as they are catering for such a large amount of people but the food is well presented and you really can not fault it. We were given a lovely room, room 315 very modern with a comfortable bed, decent shower and lovely picture window and bed overlooking a beautiful view. The only bad thing was that we hit a hot spell and no air con, sleeping with the windows open let the odd fly and mozzie in at night which was a pain. We were on half board, lots of parking outside (for free) and inside garage (for a fee). We had free access to the huge swimming pool and spa complex and also their own hotel spa area and infinity pool which although so much smaller, we actually preferred. You are allowed access from 9am on the day of your arrival, we arrived at 11am thinking that we could use the facilities and get our room after 3. I think because they were quiet we were offered check in at 11am which was amazingly generous of them, check out is 11am the next day. As I said, the staff were lovely and although a huge hotel we were here in June so did not feel at all manic. Really nice experience but lacked a bit of sophistication if you are wanting something a little bit special. It was my birthday on the day we left and at breakfast they brought hubby and I a couple of glasses of champagne and a lovely chocolate cake with a sparkler on the top which really was a lovely touch (although s bit embarrassing) and actually very much appreciated.

Personale cordiale specialmente le adette alle pulizie. Sala colazione rinnovata, colazione a buffet con una buona scelta di prodotti. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro ed il parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti anche se a pagamento. Persistente cattivo odore nella camera soprattutto dal wc (pippì), porta del bagno praticamente logorata, dentro al bagno scarsa illuminazione, sanitari più che datati, anche se puliti sono incrostati dall'usura. Lavabo senza tappo. Le foto pubblicate non riflettono lo stato attuale della camera, che è molto più usurata. Molto rumoroso si trova sull'incrocio della via principale trafficatissima sia di giorno che di notte e dato che non c'è AC occorre tenere la finestra aperta. Necessita di restyling sicuramente la camera che avevamo noi.

Recensione dell'Apartmenthouse L'appartamento era buono. Siamo stati fortunati a visitare la stagione, perché l'hotel è proprio nel centro della vecchia città e il parcheggio è estremamente scarso, ma in ottobre potevamo parcheggiare dietro l'hotel e vedere la macchina dall'appartamento. Leggi le istruzioni per l'arrivo sul sito web dell'hotel e non fidati delle direzioni di Google, perché la zona pedonale gioca a disagio con la navigazione. Non inserire l'indirizzo in Google inserire la piazza menzionata sul sito web. L'appartamento era grande e tranquillo - la città era ventosa, piovuta e deserta, quindi non c'erano certo nessuno dei problemi di rumore della festa che ho letto in altre recensioni. Il wifi era errato e non sembrava ci fosse personale sul desk primario, ma la posizione è grande e l'appartamento sarebbe stato ideale per un soggiorno più lungo, poiché c'era una cucina con frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Non abbiamo usato la sauna e il benessere, perché non c'era nessuno sul desk quando abbiamo cercato di chiederlo. È stato un colazione austriaco medio di tre stelle con formaggio e ham e rulli, ma con un cappuccino.
