Un po 'caro e piuttosto scomodo perché devi prendere un autobus o un treno per raggiungere il centro città e nelle vicinanze è un po' tranquillo, quindi mi sono sentito un po' insicuro quando torno in hotel tardi. Il personale dell'hotel è abbastanza gentile in generale, il bagno è un po' piccolo ma comunque pulito. È bello avere l'aria condizionata in camera.

Amo questo hotel molto. è una piccola famiglia che possiede una ma molto gentile e tempestosa, il colazione è così buono e il personale è tutto molto bello. è a soli 5 minuti a piedi alla stazione ferroviaria centrale che rende così molto più facile per noi dopo molto tempo intero Viaggi di giorno. È certamente valente rimanere!

Clean, comfortable bed with a good mattress, good wifi, nice staff, instant coffee/tea available in the room. Bus stop to city center in front of the hotel and SBahn/urban train station about 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Questo hotel è buono per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. Il personale è cordiale e la colazione è ottima. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi per un soggiorno confortevole. A pochi passi dal centro della città è di circa 20 minuti a piedi. Ci sono tutte le strutture. 20 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto in taxi.

L'hotel è situato molto vicino alla stazione, a 2 minuti a piedi. Molto comodo per raggiungere luoghi (Salisburgo o gite di un giorno in altre città). La camera era pulita, il letto era davvero comodo. Servizi come acqua/bollitore/frigorifero ecc. sono disponibili solo nella hall, quindi è leggermente scomodo ma più rispettoso dell'ambiente poiché è un hotel ecologico. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole e piacevole. Altamente raccomandato!

L'ostello era pulito e aveva una buona posizione. Molti punti panoramici sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il mio letto non va bene perché il caricatore USB e la luce non funzionavano. Fortunatamente, l'addetto alla reception ha potuto cambiarmi un'altra stanza. Ma anche la luce non funzionava. Spero che possano controllare tutte le strutture prima di affittare i letti.

Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alle fermate degli autobus, bellissimi ristoranti vicino, anche un supermercato all'angolo della strada. In generale molto conveniente. Camera un po 'piccola e dim. Molto apprezzato dei piccoli trattamenti presso lobby e personale amichevole.

Didn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:- 1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code. 2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact??? 3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god. Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.

We had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room. Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight! All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!! لا انصح ب الفندق من سوء الإدارة و سوء التعامل موظفين المطعم إذا حجزت لا تحجز بفطور عنصريه تعامل سيء جدا من اسوء تعامل في الفنادق الي زرتها موقعه جميل ولكن إدارة سيئه
