Molto economico, in pratica il più economico su Seban Island.Il capo è cinese, può comunicare in cinese, il telefono cellulare è stato perso e aiutare il capo a cercare, è davvero consigliabile.

The view from the room was amazing, and it has a nice balcony where you can dry your clothes and swimsuits. Also, the staff was very friendly, and you can do laundry onsite. The location was a bit far from downtown (Garapan), but it’s really peaceful and beautiful. There is a beach nearby, less than a 2-3 minute drive, where the waves are calm and everyone can enjoy.

E' un po' vecchio, ma e' completamente nuovo all'interno. E'bello avere ristoranti e negozi intorno. Prova il tonno greggio sashimi in un ristorante coreano.È delizioso.

La pensione si trova nel centro città, vicino a negozi duty-free, bar e ristoranti. A meno di 100 metri dalla pensione si trova un supermercato gestito da un proprietario che parla cinese, dove è possibile acquistare alcuni articoli di uso quotidiano. Circa 100 metri a destra dell'incrocio, a sinistra della pensione, si trova un ristorante coreano con piatti deliziosi, prezzi ragionevoli e porzioni abbondanti. Il proprietario della pensione è molto gentile; ci sono molte statuette di gatti portafortuna e un enorme rospo dorato cresciuto mangiando cibo per gatti 🥹 – è enorme, anche se potreste non vederlo nella foto. In sintesi: Saipan è molto bella e confortevole perché la gente è molto accogliente, a differenza della freddezza spesso riscontrata negli americani, e almeno non c'è barriera linguistica.

房間很乾凈，海景房也真的能一眼看到海，最重要的是地理位置超級好，對面有一家蔬果超市有很多水果也不貴，步行100米就是麥當勞和一家中國超市，酒店樓下對面是1路公交車第二站🚌，酒店樓下就是大海是看夕陽的聖地，房間空間大，還有國內的插排還可以插數據線，離皇冠酒店很近，可以隨時去皇冠玩。

출국 전 휴식을 위해 숙박했습니다. 첫날에도 숙박했는데 좀 더 좋은 방으로 옮겨주셨어요. 부족한 어메니티는 요청을 하니 바로 준비해주셨고, 빨래를 널고 싶다고 하니 적당한 위치도 알려주셨어요. 그리고 문 앞에 상주하는 고양이 두마리가 귀여웠어요😆

perfect location, right on the best beach (pictures from the beach nearby attached)! very clean, well furnished.. beautiful people working there! free parking just in front of the hotel, many good restaurants around.. really I can recommend this place (for the many the best option)

總體來説還可以，海景很漂亮，可以直接看到馬裏亞納海溝的分界線，但是裏面設施感覺有點舊了，我們住的頂樓luxury room但是房間一般般，可能島上本身設施有限，除了海景其他設施跟5星級酒店差很遠。裏面吃飯買東西也很貴，交通也不是很方便，感覺可以住一晚或兩晚體驗一下海景，然後到downtown住皇冠，酒店設施皇冠要更新一點，但是好像海景一般

Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!

凌晨到的塞班到酒店還在下着雨，凌晨給老闆打電話發現老闆是中國人説話親切，沒到之前本來打算住2天的，後面幾天全部都住這裏了，酒店房間和環境都蠻好，離麥克海灘很近走幾分鐘就到很方便，吃飯也是在老闆開的中餐館，菜品齊全味道也好和沒出國沒區別，謝謝，下次有機會還來
