We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Room was bit smaller than expected. Location is good near to airport. Housekeeping didn't done vaccum everyday. And only thing i don't like in room was iron pillars which goes side way and cover all mountain view and as we had one year old one he got hit alot of times on that iron pillar. If u look money vise it perfect stay

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

This hotel is perfect for families. It’s close to the lake and within walking distance of everything, including Fergburger, Lululemon, and the Patagonia cafe. A special thanks to Mr. Toon and the check-in staff for their excellent service!

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown and overall the hotel itself was quite nice. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around Queenstown and access everything nearby. The room was comfortable, however housekeeping was disappointing during our stay. Towels were never changed and the toilet paper wasn’t refilled; it seemed like the only thing being done each day was the bed being made. I also asked for some assistance and advice on getting to the Highlands Motorsport Museum, but unfortunately staff weren’t very helpful with that either. The hotel has good potential because of its location and rooms, but service and attention to detail definitely need improvement.

Mercure Queenstown Resort is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were spotless, the location is perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were well-maintained and made for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza all'Hotel Scenic. Durante il check-in, il personale maschile era estremamente amichevole e utile. Mi ha dato molte informazioni utili sulla zona, tra cui i migliori posti per mangiare, dove parcheggiare, e consigli per vedere i pinguini. Le sue conoscenze locali hanno davvero aiutato a rendere il nostro viaggio più facile e più piacevole. La mattina dopo il ritardo dal viaggio, ho chiesto alla reception se potessi controllare 15–20 minuti dopo. Il membro del personale della reception mattina era molto freddo, comprensivo e amichevole.
