The owner welcomed us with pleasure and he also upgraded our room. This inn made us feel cozy and comfortable like we were at home. They also provided the meal. (Their hot pot was so good with a big potion) The owner and all stuffs are so nice. The communication was so smooth although we used translate app. The location is also good because there is a cafe nearby.

First of all the location is perfect next to the river, backing on to a mountain. Secondly the service is top notch. The boss here is super nice and accomodating. Everybody is really friendly, the food is good and there is a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and new with all the stuff you would ever need. I would use this hotel every single time I came back to this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

Il ricevitore è molto utile e caldo. Mi è stato offerto contatto con un conducente. Ho soggiornato in una stanza sul tetto. Il panorama autunnale è magnifico. E' tranquillo alla notte. Il bagno ha un odore che viene fuori. Il contatore di riscaldamento dell'acqua nel bagno emette luce che può penetrare il muro di vetro nel dormitorio.Potrebbe essere disturbante se siete sensibili a questa luce di buio mentre dormite.
