Xiaojin: hotel con bar

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

這次和男朋友入住了霧鏡房，這是一間能正面望到四姑娘全貌的地面房間，而且配有小院子，非常舒適。房間配套10分完善，而且下午茶也很美味，特別是水果，如果不夠飽在pantry還可以繼續添加繼續吃😂而且晚餐能加錢吃到牦牛任食邊爐，食材新鮮比想像中好吃很多。但是如果吃辣建議要叫鴛鴦鍋，吃辣會令心跳加速，引致更嚴重的高山反應，有清湯感覺更安全。 因為只是行程的第一晚，男朋友不幸有高山反應，整晚都在發燒，老闆很好提供了紅景天，應對非常快速，還教導了我們怎樣用氧氣機，舒緩了不少。 大家在晚上記得要看星空，也可以體驗一下藏服旅拍，留下了更深刻的回憶。我非常滿意這間民宿的服務態度。

Questo hotel ha superato assolutamente le nostre aspettative! La vista dalla nostra stanza era semplicemente stupenda, soprattutto durante la stagione autunnale. I colori vibranti delle montagne erano una vista da vedere. La stanza stessa era incredibilmente spaziale e senza spot, con un sistema di riscaldamento molto efficace che ci teneva confortevole per tutta la nostra permanenza. La cosa che ha davvero lasciato questo posto è stata l'ospitalità eccezionale del proprietario, che erano incredibilmente utili e entusiasti, andando oltre e sopra per assicurarci che abbiamo una fantastica esperienza. Hanno fornito eccellenti consigli per la visita intorno alla città, hanno suggerito buoni ristoranti, e anche ci hanno aiutato a coordinare e prenotare tutte le nostre viaggi di taxi. Hanno anche stampato alcuni documenti per noi gratuitamente e sono sempre felici di aiutare con qualsiasi necessità che abbiamo, non importa quanto piccola. Se stai cercando un hotel con vista incantevole, alloggi confortevoli e servizio eccellente, non guardare più!

Di solito non scriverei recensioni per nessuna delle mie soggiorni come più o meno la stessa. Tuttavia, devo fermarmi qui e dare il più alto rating e apprezzare l'ospite. L'hotel è piccolo, gestito da sorelle di famiglia e sono tutti molto carini, amichevoli e curanti della nostra famiglia. Ho prenotato una camera di famiglia con solo 2 colazione, ma hanno aggiornato la camera a 2 per noi e con 4 colazione senza alcun cambiamento. La stanza è ben attrezzata con tutte le strutture più recenti, è molto meglio di quegli hotel a catena internazionale. Il colazione è preparato da soli, e questo mattino serve specificamente la palla di riso glutinoso cinese, come oggi è inverno per tutti i cinesi del mondo. Sono così caldi e hanno persino camminato verso la nostra auto, hanno fatto sentire che siamo nel nostro paese. Abbiamo dimenticato di condividere, abbiamo cenato qui, il cibo è meraviglioso con un prezzo molto ragionevole. 4 di noi, ordinamo 5 piatti, ci costa solo RMB 100

酒店前台服務很好，工作人員很熱心，房間內設施設備齊全，房間內還配備了智能馬桶，非常乾淨整潔，房屋內全屋智能控制，不需要自己動手就可以打開電視，窗簾，燈，解放雙手，酒店內還有電梯，服務員還貼心搬行李，酒店內還有室內停車場 很不錯！

來四姑娘山前首選的酒店，我家姑娘説這段山路太酷啦。酒店立於山頂懸崖邊，可見雪山、峽谷。酒店佈置了各種適合觀景喝茶的場所，走廊裏的鋼筆畫畫廊和其他油畫也值得看看，很有藝術氛圍。酒店服務熱情，處理問題很及時友好。早餐也不錯，晚餐時覺得雪菊茶好喝，第二天早餐服務員立即泡了給我們喝，還説崑崙雪菊最棒了。有農人在耕種酒店四周的綠植，不知道會種什麼，但看到她們幹活，也是很有趣的風景。
