This hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn. We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer. Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it. 
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error. Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island. We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window. There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island. The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

Posizione perfetta e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Proprio nel cuore di Granville, nel centro di Toronto, a pochi passi dalle stazioni della metropolitana. Ampia scelta di catene di ristoranti ovunque. Personale molto disponibile, prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo qui!

Il mio hotel è stato un buon posto per stare nel centro di Vancouver. Ho scelto questo ostello perché dovevo aspettare il mio prossimo volo e non avevo molto tempo, ma mi sono davvero apprezzato il personale che mi ha lasciato controllare in anticipo. Sono arrivata circa un’ora prima dell’ispezione, aspettando solo di aspettare, ma la mia stanza era già pronta e mi lasciarono subito, che ero molto grato perché ero stanco e mi serviva davvero un sonno. Non mi sono fermato molto, ma durante il mio tempo tutto era comodo e ho avuto una buona esperienza in generale.

La stanza era comoda, ero accanto alla lavanderia/manutenzione e ho notato qualche rumore durante il giorno, ma non nelle notti o nelle notti, non mi ha mai disturbato. La mia stanza era vicino al tubo caldo e ho sentito delle buone volte, ma non mi ha disturbato e era tranquilla al letto. Vaffle, uova, patate, bacon, salsa, avena, cereali, yogurt, mele, pompelmo, arance, muffin, bacon, e vari pani e biscotti. I cibi caldi sono alternati, così tante opzioni, è stato fantastico e a volte fatto per lente mattine. Il personale del colazione era benvenuto, grande al magazzino e al ricevimento.Le mattine erano molto piacevoli. La fermata del bus era vicina e il desk front dava i biglietti per l'autobus quando le ho chiesto. Inoltre c'era un servizio di navetta gratuito nel centro, all'Hotel Regent, solo una richiesta dopo le 17:30. Il personale era amichevole, le camere erano pulite, la mia camera e il mio letto erano confortevoli, e avevo un buon soggiorno, anche se non era nel centro e non avevo una macchina. Denny's, McDonald's, Tim Hortons e a&w sono a piedi. Buona posizione e soggiorno confortevole.

Avid viaggiatore e recensione onesta. Prenotato 3 giorni e ha una camera più vecchia con un piatto in riscaldatore e fan perche' il baseboard non è stato rinnovato. Piatto incrociato e barra di potenza dietro una TV polvere per gestirlo tutto. Ma il bilancio così piuttosto aspettato poche cose. Dovevo rimanere un altro giorno così prenotato online , ho avuto una migliore stanza ma quando sono arrivato trovato una giovane donna che passava brevemente con un “pipe” nella mano destra all’ingresso e perché i bambini dove in ufficio ho riportato quando ho prenotato e sembrava scoppiato. Un uomo poi ha detto a una ragazza che era ovviamente “lavorando”, ma anche in forma che non poteva dare il suo consenso, e ho detto al cameriere esattamente che aveva anche sangue sul retro delle gambe, che sembrava sbatterlo. Sono disturbato dal fatto che la giovane donna sarebbe stata facilmente vittima, quindi, se non vi è alcuna garanzia della qualità della vostra stanza, questo è il posto. Alloggi orribili, no, ho visto peggio, e la seconda stanza era certa fino a par, ma il quartiere può anche permettere altri tipi di “state” sembra perché era assolutamente pallido. Ma ehi, era economico!

staff was fine, the free breakfast was decent (boiled eggs and toast) - gets the job done. room was dated, but clean. motel is close to the throughway so you can hear the truck traffic. bed was way too soft, so didn't get much sleep - keep in mind that I'm hyper sensitive with a sore back, so that's on me. most people probably wouldn't be bothered by what I suffer! cheers people

We had a great experience with this place, cozy, quiet place to stay. Very convenient location, room is clean, all facilities are well maintained. We were offered with coffee and tea for free, all instructions were explained patiently. Will be our first choice to book next time we visit Richmond.

It would have been really important to mention that they have cats. You know. To someone like me who is very allergic to cats. I have emergency medication for this kind of BS. I was there one night but I would have rebooked if was not way too late. 1 night of sleepless wheezing misery. Without the allergy thing, the rooms were hot and airless. People were leaving the doors open and using fans to blow around the cat dander, I mean air. It's not safe to leave doors open, but that's the guests. The ladder for the top bunk (bunkbed) had one side not covered. It's sharp metal and easy to cut yourself on. These issues are not hard to fix, hopefully they can improve, since that location is perfect for walking to and from concerts. Hey if you love cats, still be careful, this neighbourhood can be dangerous.

Il personale di servizio è stato molto gentile, cosa che ho apprezzato. Ma ci sono molti senzatetto nelle vicinanze, il che è inquietante. La stanza non ha ventilazione, sembra non essere stata pulita e anche i servizi sono molto scadenti. Poiché ho prenotato l'hotel all'ultimo minuto e il prezzo non era alto, l'ho accettato. L'hotel ha due serrature, ma qualche inquilino strano è un po' inquietante. Grazie mille alla receptionist per avermi cambiato in una stanza più adatta! Se mi venisse data di nuovo la possibilità di scegliere, non sceglierei questo hotel. Apprezzo ancora l'aiuto di ogni membro del servizio. La colazione è un semplice buffet con uova sode, toast e succo di frutta. La cena era semplice riso con salsa sopra. Ci sono molti supermercati nelle vicinanze. Puoi scegliere di andare a fare la spesa da solo, ma assicurati di evitare le orde di senzatetto.
