I was actually really surprise that they do nog acknowledge permanent residence card as a proof of Identity probably because it doesn’t indicate your address on the ID nonetheless, rules are rules. (so save yourself from trouble by carrying your license or passport) - Just like any other hotel they require a physical creditcard upon check in regardless if you already paid your booking you still need to show it, so if you are a traveller who loves to cary cash or debit take note of this. - Check in process is smooth, they’re very nice. I’m actually hesitant to stay there at first since it was in Granville where alot of bars and (sadly homeless) around the area but throughout my stay I never felt scared at all, as only backpackers are allowed to enter the premises (you need to tap your room card to get in at the main entrance). - Breakfast is also provided bagels, fruits and boiled it. Enough for you to start the day. BTW coffee, tea and chocolate drinks are provided 24hrs. (And its a plus that the kitchen are literally very clean and so much space to eat) - Rooms, Washroom and Shower Room are all clean and smells good. - Lastly, they provide tour (tho I didn’t went to any) but some backpackers I talked with said it was fun, if you’re there on a weekends make sure to join the Party Crawl! It was the highlight of my trip. ❤️❤️❤️

La stanza era comoda, ero accanto alla lavanderia/manutenzione e ho notato qualche rumore durante il giorno, ma non nelle notti o nelle notti, non mi ha mai disturbato. La mia stanza era vicino al tubo caldo e ho sentito delle buone volte, ma non mi ha disturbato e era tranquilla al letto. Vaffle, uova, patate, bacon, salsa, avena, cereali, yogurt, mele, pompelmo, arance, muffin, bacon, e vari pani e biscotti. I cibi caldi sono alternati, così tante opzioni, è stato fantastico e a volte fatto per lente mattine. Il personale del colazione era benvenuto, grande al magazzino e al ricevimento.Le mattine erano molto piacevoli. La fermata del bus era vicina e il desk front dava i biglietti per l'autobus quando le ho chiesto. Inoltre c'era un servizio di navetta gratuito nel centro, all'Hotel Regent, solo una richiesta dopo le 17:30. Il personale era amichevole, le camere erano pulite, la mia camera e il mio letto erano confortevoli, e avevo un buon soggiorno, anche se non era nel centro e non avevo una macchina. Denny's, McDonald's, Tim Hortons e a&w sono a piedi. Buona posizione e soggiorno confortevole.

This hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn. We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer. Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it. 
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error. Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island. We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window. There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island. The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

La posizione è molto conveniente se il vostro sim è al centro della città.Le due linee di metropolitana sono a pochi minuti a piedi, come la strada principale. La linea canadese fornisce una rotta diretta alla stazione ferroviaria (consiglio: acquistare un biglietto di giorno e sarà meno costoso che il biglietto per le zone di attraversamento più il surcharge aeroportuale aggiuntivo). La linea del Canada è così conveniente che se non ti importa di essere nel centro della città, rimanere altrove lungo la linea più avanti potrebbe essere più economico. L'ostello era pulito e ben organizzato. È rigorosamente non mangiare nella politica della camera, anche se ci sono strutture cucina da usare. Noleggiare un asciugamani. Camere e ingresso frontale hanno accesso alla carta chiave. La stanza non dispone di aria condizionata, quindi può essere calda, anche se c'è un piccolo ventilatore elettrico. La camera con due letti ha un letto, gabbie sotto il letto e una sedia....Ecco. Non ci sono cortine di privacy, docce o luci per ogni letto, solo la luce principale della stanza così assicuratevi di avere un contatto/luce, anche se, come le cortine non bloccano tutta la luce strada la stanza si sente come ha una luce notturna e non mai Stai davvero buio. Sono rimasto sabato e domenica sera. Domenica era tranquilla, anche se l'ostello è sopra un bar e il sabato ha giocato a musica per ore mentre cercavo di dormire non dove dormire per i dormitori leggeri.

Il mio amico e io eravamo molto impressionati con l'Arbutus Inn. Era un hotel molto pulito e fu nuovamente ristrutturato. Le ristrutturazioni erano molto deliziose e la nostra camera era molto bello. Potresti anche dire che ci erano nuovi letti. Sono stati molto confortevoli e hanno un buon design. Mi è stato particolarmente impressionato che non c'era odore di fumo nelle camere o nell'hotel lobby. In tutto questo era una buona esperienza.

This is an ancient hotel but with very convenient location and plenty of parking lots. The room is clean and tidy with romantic dim lighting in the room area. Simple breakfast comes with boiled eggs [very limited quantity and you won't get one if even at 9am], cereal, breads, muffin, yogurt, milk and coffee. Surprised that there's sauna room and a small pool. Helpful and polite Front Desk staffs with efficient services.

La posizione è buona, a seconda di dove si desidera andare. La fermata dell'autobus è a pochi passi dalla casa. C'è una chiesa vicino. Al contrario della casa si può trovare un appartamento a bassa altura. La casa e la camera che vivo sono molto pulite e confortevoli. La signora è amichevole e utile. Mi sento al sicuro. Tutti i servizi e le attrezzature elencati in Trip.Com sono disponibili. Sarebbe molto meglio se l'indirizzo specifico fosse elencato in Trip.com per la comodità della prenotazione. Le risposte sono considerate veloci ed efficienti. Si raccomanda per i viaggiatori di una sola donna, se non siete sicuri di avere un soggiorno a casa.

住了第三天，感覺設施齊全，衞生也很不錯，環境安靜，服務態度好，入住快，經濟實惠，以後還來住，去哪裡也不遠

The common area was small and always crowded, and I couldn’t charge my devices there either. I had no choice but to wake up at 4 a.m. to charge them during a quiet time.
