Uno dei più incredibili hotel che abbiamo soggiornato! Respirazione e ottima vista sulle montagne di Siguniang e un fiume dal momento in cui si è entrato nel lobby. Le camere sono esattamente come pubblicizzate, con zero ostacoli alle montagne neve - vista spettacolare dalle finestre della stanza! Eravamo preoccupati che le immagini dalla pagina di prenotazione differisse, ma era esattamente lo stesso. L'ospitalità dell'hotel era di prima vista, estremamente bella al comfort di uno e allo stesso tempo molto domestico e caldo. Abbiamo anche ottenuto un aggiornamento gratuito alle migliori camere della proprietà e hanno anche compiuto uno sforzo per celebrare uno dei nostri compleanno che è successo coincidente con il nostro soggiorno. What a pleasant surprise! Nestled quietly in the mountains, this place offers views that are simply breathtaking. If you're looking for peace, fresh air, and stunning scenery, this is it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It comes equipped with heating and hot water, which is all you need in this cool mountain climate. There's no air-conditioning, but honestly, it isn't necessary as temperatures remain comfortable throughout the year. Since the property is located away from town, there's an in-house chef (20yrs of experience under his belt) who prepares meals from a menu with a good selection of dishes. Prices are very reasonable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. This is an excellent base for anyone planning to hike or explore the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The location is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. One unexpected bonus was the excellent projector setup with a surprisingly good sound system and access to the latest movies. After a long day of hiking, there's nothing better than returning to a warm room, enjoying a freshly cooked meal, and ending the evening with a movie. The property also offers private parking, which is very convenient. Overall, an amazing stay. One of those places that makes you want to extend your trip and stay a little longer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A little out of the way and totally no food nearby apart from the hotel. There's also a long stretch of stairs to get to the hotel from where a car can alight us. Of course, the staff are helpful to bring our luggages up. If you like animals, there are 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats to accompany you. The room is a little stuffy but it is good to open the windows to avoid that. The staff are really friendly and helpful - props to them! The food served at dinner, the grill, is amazing.

This hotel is excellent! The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. It’s close to the park—you can even walk there. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience being welcomed by the staff upon our arrival at the hotel. They kindly helped carry our bags and luggage from the car into the hotel. Every question was answered patiently and sincerely, even though we faced a communication barrier and had to rely on Google Translate and WeChat translation. When we asked about nearby halal food, they were very helpful in recommending restaurants. Although our room did not include breakfast, they generously prepared simple Muslim-friendly breakfast items for us such as corn, porridge, and boiled eggs. We truly appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Before we left for our journey home, they even gave us a small souvenir as a goodbye gift and asked us to visit again in the future. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos with the especially kind staff members; one gentleman and one lady who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for their sincerity and excellent hospitality. Thank you very much. With such wonderful service, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Siguniang Mountain in the future. p/s: Siguniang is a beautiful place to visit!

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

Le signore molto amiche che gestiscono questo hotel confortevole e conveniente. In una zona tranquilla della città e con un bel retroverter d'oro. La stanza è dotata di caldaie e di coperte elettriche. Attento a lasciare il bagaglio sul pavimento di notte, perché il pavimento può diventare molto caldo! La posizione è un po' lontana dall'ufficio dei biglietti della valle (come abbiamo capito dovete andare lì per entrare tutti e tre valli), potete camminare in un'ora o pagare un taxi leggermente eccessivo ma ancora conveniente. Se si va a camminare per giorni e si va allo stesso ufficio, si fa un po' annoiante. Alcune stelle inferiori per il servizio perché l'esperienza di chiedere il trasporto di ritorno a Chengdu è un po' deludente. Ci siamo chiesti se c'era un modo per andare a Chengdu il giorno dopo alle 17:00 (perciò potremmo ancora andare a camminare). Hanno detto di poter organizzare una macchina, ma non a 5PM. Allora hanno suggerito le 8 o le 9 del mattino. Abbiamo concordato, pensando di prendere un treno precoce a Kunming e rilassarsi nel nostro prossimo hotel. La mattina seguente abbiamo imballato e presentato alla reception al 9AM per sentire che la macchina è stata ritardata fino a 11AM! Abbiamo avuto un po'di colazione e siamo tornati a scoprire che c'erano più ritardi (a quanto pare la macchina è andata da Chengdu al mattino). La Tbe ha continuato a guidare molto pericolosamente, a prendere in angoli ciechi e anche in tunnel! Eravamo lasciati nelle estremità occidentali di Chengdu e dovevamo guidare la metropolitana per un'ora per catturare l'ultimo treno a Kunming, arrivando esaurito dopo mezzanotte.
