"Il servizio del B&B è impeccabile. Un'auto verrà a prendervi, vi aiuterà con i bagagli e preparerà l'acqua glucosata. C'è sia cibo cinese che occidentale, il sapore è ok e i prezzi sono onesti rispetto ai ristoranti lungo la strada con decorazioni scadenti e ambiente sporco (i bagni sono terribili, molte persone fumano e i posti sono unti). il cibo qui è più confortevole e cena con vista. Forse mi piacciono le cose belle. Puoi vedere il panorama dal letto dell'hotel. Ogni finestra della stanza è un dipinto, comprese le finestre del bagno e delle scale. C'è panorama ovunque guardi. È adatto a me che non amo visitare i luoghi panoramici, quindi posso semplicemente restare in hotel e guardare il monte Rizhao Jinshan. Sono andato anche in quello accanto a lui. È stato molto difficile prenotare online. Per fortuna non ho avuto la prenotazione. Il prezzo era poco più di 2.000. In realtà era un po' vecchio e lo spazio pubblico era molto piccolo."

"Hotel room is moderate, but the best part of the hotel are the staffs. They are eager to provide excellent customer service, promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment. No surprise why people gave 10/10 feedback. We stayed here for two nights and had three meals at the hotel. The food was also great especially fried rice with eggs. 10-15 minutes walking distance from Changpinggou and siguniangshan transport center whate we bought our bus tickets to Dugiangyan. Strongly recommended!"

"I love this hotel .. highly recommend good location only 50 meter walk to Siguniangshan Shuangqiaogou entrance and ticket service .. room was beautiful and very big and very warm there are floor heater and also heater in restroom with automatic toilet but there is no a hand held bidet there provide a big water with drink hot water dispenser in room good view from window ... especially we love the man who is cooker, receiver, bag keeper, he is superman and very friendly .. I will sure stay here again and recommend my friend 10/10"

"What we liked - Comfortable big room, heated bed is very useful for cold nights, oxygen canister in the room (must pay for use), hot water available for shower. Room and bedsheets are clean. Shower gel shampoo and toothbrush kit all provided. Contacted the owner of the hotel for some advice he was fast and friendly and helped us with transport around the town and getting back to Chengdu etc. What we didn't like - the room ceiling we had is a retractable ceiling, it got stuck for 2 nights. Breakfast could be improved - 2 eggs each would be nice, and some toast with peanut butter and jam? Mantou is not everyone's thing."

"The name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain. The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view. ---- Details ---- In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful! The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it. They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help. The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke. The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period. ---- Services ---- The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch! ---- A Lovely Experience ---- The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹 ---- Conclusion ---- If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!"

Perche' una piccola stella cinese mi annoia, quindi mangio uova bollite e viaggio in una buona vista, guardando la montagna di neve.Nella stanza c'è una macchina per l'ossigeno, ma non posso usarla, quindi non ho usato l'alloggio. "Il nostro soggiorno qui era assolutamente di ogni penny. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati impressionati dal calore e dall'attenzione dell'intera squadra. Il servizio è andato oltre e sopra ogni membro del personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole, offrendo un buon consiglio su dove visitare Chengdu, e anche con pensiero preparato una bottiglia di ossigeno per il nostro viaggio al parco nazionale. Un’attenzione particolare è stata la gestione dell’hotel che ci offre personalmente una guida al parco nazionale un gesto inaspettato e generoso che ha reso il nostro viaggio ancora più confortevole e memorabile. La prima notte, abbiamo goduto di un delizioso hotpot all'hotel, e la seconda notte, abbiamo provato altri piatti cinesi ogni pasto era autentico e assolutamente delizioso. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e con una vista stupenda, rendendola un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno completo di esplorazione. Questo è stato senza dubbio una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che abbiamo mai avuto. Abbiamo lasciato con cuore pieno e memorie sorprendenti. Molto consiglia a chiunque visita Chengdu ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo!"

"I had a very great experience during my stay, this hotel is 5 star!!! No no no, 10 star! They have everything, very helpful in everything. I’m from Malaysia, staying here only for one night, i wanna extend one more night but they’re full because i came during golden week :( but if i come back, definitely will stay in here. I love here so much. The room is huge! Can you imagine 2 big bed for 2 person? Dayuum! Jackpot! Floor heating and water heater is function very well. Even we have language barrier here since im the only Malay i think!?!?! But, no problem at all! They have oxygen tank, massage chair, lounge area at level 5 to see the view. I lost my words, everything was so perfect."
