UUtente ospiteSono rimasto nella stanza di King Size, al piano superiore, che credo sia la più grande stanza dell'hotel, e mi sentivo davvero magica. La stanza ha un grande balcone con splendide viste bellissime durante il giorno e la notte. Era onesto uno dei più memorabili soggiorni che abbia mai avuto.
Il personale dell'hotel era incredibilmente gentile, attento e ha reso l'intera esperienza ancora migliore. Non sono sicuro che l'hotel sia familiare, ma se è, si può davvero sentire il caldo e la cura di tutto ciò che fanno. Il cibo era anche delizioso un'altra attenzione sul soggiorno.
In generale, consiglio fortemente questo posto a chiunque visiti la zona. È assolutamente degno di soldi, e certamente ritornerò.

The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered.
The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care.
One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

UUtente ospiteOur stay here was absolutely worth every penny. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. The service truly went above and beyond — every staff member was incredibly friendly, offering great advice on where to visit around Chengdu, and even thoughtfully prepared an oxygen bottle for our trip to the national park.
A special highlight was the hotel’s manager personally offering us a car ride to the national park — such an unexpected and generous gesture that made our journey even more comfortable and memorable.
On our first night, we enjoyed a delicious hotpot at the hotel, and on the second night, we tried other Chinese dishes — every meal was authentic and absolutely delicious.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a stunning view, making it a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring.
This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and amazing memories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu — we would love to come back again!

UUtente ospiteCi piaceva davvero il nostro soggiorno in questo soggiorno. Il posto era molto pulito, bellissimo e super comodo. Ha una vibrazione molto calda e accogliente, e ci sentivamo a buon agio dal momento che siamo arrivati.
I proprietari erano così gentili a noi. Anche se il nostro cinese non era molto buono, il proprietario era davvero paziente e amichevole, sempre cercando di aiutarci. Hanno anche offerto servizi per condurci dal soggiorno di casa alla città Siguniana, che era molto conveniente e bello di loro.
Mi piaceva anche che questo posto fosse amico degli animali, rendendo l'atmosfera ancora più rilassata e confortevole.
E' un peccato che non abbiamo avuto più tempo per rimanere più a lungo, ma sicuramente torneremo in inverno. Penso che sarebbe sorprendente vedere questo posto nella neve.
È una bella esperienza! consigliamo a chiunque cerca un posto tranquillo e amichevole per rimanere.

MMay_May_MayI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the heating system, which kept the room warm and cozy. The hotel also provides a washing machine, which was very convenient during my trip.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist with everything, including helping me book a car. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

MmchanxoLa struttura è incondizionata con vista sulla montagna e la camera è ben progettata e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentile e utile esperienza del personale durante il nostro soggiorno, ci hanno curati e ci hanno curati così bene (soprattutto quando si sono abituati all'altezza). Restereremo qui, se avremo la possibilità di visitare ancora la zona di Siguniang! 🏔️

2286025****很喜歡這個民宿的裝修風格，可能位置稍差一點點，離雙橋溝景區大概10公里左右，所以房間很大價格又便宜，性價比超高，開車自駕位置問題可以忽略，早餐去吃晚了沒什麼東西了，有點準備不足，但也吃飽了。入住當天晚上還遇到了成都的朋友在外面吃火鍋，非常熱情的邀請我們一起，感覺太棒了，這就是住民宿的好處吧！

UUtente ospiteOur stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

GGine HuiThe stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

EEmilyflipMi piace stare qui! Tu dou (pato) è il più dolce ritrovo d'oro e le signore qui erano tutte così ospite! Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui in futuro. Il loro hotpot e le loro bevande erano davvero carine! Grazie per aver girato il riscaldamento ogni volta che mangiamo al vostro ristorante!
