"Ho cercato molti posti online e alla fine ho scelto questo. L'hotel è situato nella zona sospesa di Changpinggou e non è consentito l'accesso alle auto private. L'hotel ha predisposto un'auto speciale per venirvi a prendere al parcheggio. Guardare le stelle è un B&B che ci ha stupito. L'ambiente è davvero bellissimo. Dalla stanza puoi vedere la vista panoramica del monte Siguniang. Puoi vedere le montagne innevate e le praterie ovunque è davvero comodo. Le aree comuni dell'hotel sono molto pulite e c'è anche una speciale piattaforma panoramica per osservare le montagne innevate. Ci sono molte case ecologiche originali nella zona circostante e i pastori allevano molti cavalli e yak nella zona. La governante dell'hotel Ah Xing ci ha contattato in anticipo e ci ha suggerito di preparare alcune compresse di glucosio per via orale. Ci ha anche consigliato premurosamente di visitare la zona panoramica di Shuangqiaogou. Siamo corsi in hotel durante l'ora di cena e abbiamo assaggiato la speciale zuppa di pollo e altri contorni. Ogni camera dell'hotel è dotata di un concentratore di ossigeno per evitare ipossia e ipersensibilità. Ho soggiornato solo per una notte a causa del mio programma, il che è stato un po' dispiaciuto. Ho anche ricevuto un diffusore di aromaterapia gratuito al momento del check-out, il che è stato davvero unico. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci la prossima volta."

"The staff here are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and neat also provides oxygen machine for customers too, it’s really help for altitude sickness. Most of the staff speak English which are really helpful for us like foreigners. The food is great and the coffee too, it’s sad that we did not have a chance to try their hotpot because of fully occupied tables on that day. If I have a chance to visit this town again, I will definitely book this hotel again."

Perche' una piccola stella cinese mi annoia, quindi mangio uova bollite e viaggio in una buona vista, guardando la montagna di neve.Nella stanza c'è una macchina per l'ossigeno, ma non posso usarla, quindi non ho usato l'alloggio. "The name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain. The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view. ---- Details ---- In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful! The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it. They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help. The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke. The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period. ---- Services ---- The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch! ---- A Lovely Experience ---- The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹 ---- Conclusion ---- If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!"

"The hotel is located on the 3rd level of the road. It quite difficult to walk especially  if you have a big baggage you must ask a taxi to drop you off at the hotel .however this price is worth if you are solo traveller. The room was clean and big. the staff was very helpful and friendly. she recommend and guide me for the trip in Siguniangzhun and also assisted me to book the van back to Chengdu. Consider to stay this hotel again for next time😊"

Il servizio è andato oltre e sopra ogni membro del personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole, offrendo un buon consiglio su dove visitare Chengdu, e anche con pensiero preparato una bottiglia di ossigeno per il nostro viaggio al parco nazionale. Un’attenzione particolare è stata la gestione dell’hotel che ci offre personalmente una guida al parco nazionale un gesto inaspettato e generoso che ha reso il nostro viaggio ancora più confortevole e memorabile. La prima notte, abbiamo goduto di un delizioso hotpot all'hotel, e la seconda notte, abbiamo provato altri piatti cinesi ogni pasto era autentico e assolutamente delizioso. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e con una vista stupenda, rendendola un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno completo di esplorazione. Questo è stato senza dubbio una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che abbiamo mai avuto. Abbiamo lasciato con cuore pieno e memorie sorprendenti. Molto consiglia a chiunque visita Chengdu ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo!"

"Il personale è così gentile, supportivo e utile. La camera è bella, grande, comoda e calda.È la stessa della foto fornita. La colazione è grande. Il personale è disposto ad aiutare per qualsiasi problema/richiesta. Uno dei miei amici ha un mal di testa, quindi si preoccupano molto e ci portano il generatore di ossigeno. Non c'è nessun ristorante vicino all'hotel, ma il personale ci può dare la suggerimento e la volontà di sostenere la consegna. Tuttavia, decideremo di andare a comprare qualcosa da mangiare all'hotel e il personale è organizzato per noi."
