The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered.
The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care.
One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

MMo Ratta⛰️ A Mother's Review: A Truly Memorable Family Getaway
As a mother who travels with her children often, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What impressed me most was the staff's genuine care and attentiveness to my family's every need. This was especially true when my five-year-old twin sons became ill with altitude sickness. The hotel staff immediately stepped in to help and looked after them so well, which as a mother, made me feel incredibly relieved and at ease.
For our stay, we chose the Family Suite, which was the perfect choice. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. With two separate beds, everyone got a good night's sleep!
The food here was another highlight that my whole family loved. We especially enjoyed the roasted pork ribs that were so tender they melted in your mouth. There was also a special dish, a kind of sweet sticky rice pastry, which was a unique and delicious dessert. Finishing the meal with some refreshing chilled watermelon was the perfect touch.
Even though it rained throughout our trip and we missed the chance to see the beautiful mountain views, our stay was still so worthwhile. The hotel's location is ideal, whether you're using it as a base before heading into the national park or as a place to relax after a long day of exploring.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a place with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and a truly family-friendly environment. It was a getaway my family will cherish forever.

Wwenwen****Ho cercato molti posti online e alla fine ho scelto questo. L'hotel è situato nella zona sospesa di Changpinggou e non è consentito l'accesso alle auto private. L'hotel ha predisposto un'auto speciale per venirvi a prendere al parcheggio. Guardare le stelle è un B&B che ci ha stupito. L'ambiente è davvero bellissimo. Dalla stanza puoi vedere la vista panoramica del monte Siguniang. Puoi vedere le montagne innevate e le praterie ovunque è davvero comodo.
Le aree comuni dell'hotel sono molto pulite e c'è anche una speciale piattaforma panoramica per osservare le montagne innevate. Ci sono molte case ecologiche originali nella zona circostante e i pastori allevano molti cavalli e yak nella zona. La governante dell'hotel Ah Xing ci ha contattato in anticipo e ci ha suggerito di preparare alcune compresse di glucosio per via orale. Ci ha anche consigliato premurosamente di visitare la zona panoramica di Shuangqiaogou. Siamo corsi in hotel durante l'ora di cena e abbiamo assaggiato la speciale zuppa di pollo e altri contorni. Ogni camera dell'hotel è dotata di un concentratore di ossigeno per evitare ipossia e ipersensibilità.
Ho soggiornato solo per una notte a causa del mio programma, il che è stato un po' dispiaciuto. Ho anche ricevuto un diffusore di aromaterapia gratuito al momento del check-out, il che è stato davvero unico. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci la prossima volta.

SSummersnapsA beautiful & new hotel in the middle of the Valley, right inside the national park! Service was prompt, and the only advice id say is to enter and leave the park after 3pm so the hotel’s designated vehicle can pick you up, instead of having to lug your luggage up the shuttle bus (the ride up from the entrance to the hotel is a good 10 mins journey). The staff are always willing to help so do try to ask if they’re able to accommodate with the bags! The other suggestion I’d like to offer to the hotel is to provide more choices for dinner! (Eg having fried rice and some simple dishes, or sandwiches instead of hotpot which isn’t always suitable for foreign tourists) the breakfast spread was limited- I’d prefer if there was the option of yogurt, cereal and bread (especially if your customer base is from overseas). The stay is otherwise pleasant (there are bugs which i guess we are in nature after all! So if you’re terrified of bugs like centipede, dragonfly, you might not want to live in a hotel that’s right smack in the heart of nature!) and I’d stay here again if I were to return! :)

A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin
We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here.
What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family.
The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air.
As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay.
Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy.
And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place.
When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special.

小金县的一片天堂 ——
我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。
这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。
酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。
作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。
如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。
还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。
当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。

La famiglia che possiede questo posto è molto amichevole e ci ha aiutato con tutto quello che ci serviva, anche se la nostra cinese non è così buona che siamo stati in grado di capirci sempre l'un l'altro. SSashikaIt is home away from home. I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The check-in is smooth and fast, bed super comfortable, room beautifully decorated, warm, and cozy. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of vegetarian options. The bosses are wonderful people who are always willing to help and give advice to their customers. They will do their best to cater to your needs. They helped me multiple times arranging a taxi to scenic spots and eventually organising my transfer to Chengdu. They would also do many other cute little things that made my heart melt ❤️. I really felt at home. Thank you so much, my friends, for your care and constant support. I cannot be more grateful!
The location is great. The Shuangqiaogou scenic spot is within a walking distance, as well as a big supermarket where you can buy fruits and whatever you need. You have to take a taxi to the other two scenic spots, but it's no problem. You can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. There are also many restaurants within a walking distance.
I highly recommend this place to everyone who are looking for a cozy and friendly environment. It was a fantastic stay that exceeded my expectations!

民宿位置是在雙橋溝往小金顯方向，離雙橋溝景區7km多，正常不堵車情況10分鐘也就到了。最近遊客很多，每天都要堵車超半小時，所以預約小黃車會比較難，自駕的話還是很方便的，小黃車很多都不往小金方向開，就這點不是很方便，其他都很好

It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
