I had a very good experience here. The room is luxurious and well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. They even have two pillows, one regular and one latex, which is very considerate. The hotel is in Shuangqiao Valley, so the location is really convenient. We could just walk outside and take the sightseeing bus right away. The staff is super friendly and helpful even though we needed to use a translator and mainly talk on WeChat. They came to pick us up because we arrived late, and they also helped bring our luggage down to the front gate when we left. We booked a room for three people, but since there did not seem to be many guests, they upgraded us to two rooms free of charge. We really appreciated that. At first it said breakfast was not included, but it turned out to be included. I am not sure if the information was wrong or if they upgraded that for us too. We had dinner as a yak hotpot buffet. It was very delicious with a unique flavour, especially the mushroom. The ingredients were also very fresh. Definitely worth the experience! I would stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siguniangshan Xingshan Yueying B&B. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible view ,waking up to the majestic sight of the Four Sisters Mountain right from my window was a dream come true. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They really make you feel at home. Lastly, you cannot leave without trying their Yak Hotpot. It was hands down one of the most delicious meals I’ve had perfectly seasoned and so comforting in the chilly mountain air. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at this hotel from 17 to 18 May 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered. The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Abbiamo immediatamente informato l'hotel, ma la loro risposta è stata molto superficiale: si erano dimenticati di avvisarci in anticipo, ma pensavano che andasse bene e che la luce della doccia sarebbe stata sufficiente. Questo si è rivelato molto scomodo al mattino, quando ci truccavamo, poiché la scarsa illuminazione ha influito negativamente sul nostro umore durante il viaggio. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, esprimiamo un giudizio positivo sui due cani e su alcuni membri dello staff. Il personale delle pulizie ha gettato via con noncuranza gli effetti personali degli ospiti. Un mio capo di biancheria intima era stato lasciato nella stanza precedente e la donna delle pulizie lo ha buttato via senza chiedere, sostenendo che altri ospiti lo avevano richiesto ma nessuno lo voleva. Indipendentemente dal fatto che un ospite lo desideri o meno, tutti gli effetti personali dovrebbero essere oggetto di smaltimento prima di essere smaltiti. Credo che questa sia una norma basilare di buona educazione.

Altissimazioni: • La stanza: grande, moderna e molto comoda. • Amazing Perks: Siamo stati trattati con latte fresco complimentare, una bomba di bagno rilassante e un delizioso set di tè pomeriggio (Barley Butter Coffee/Tea). • Posizione: Perfetto per visitare la Montagna Siguniang (Quattro Sisters Mountain). It's only a 10-15 minutes drive to the park entrance. • Servizio: Il personale è stato eccezionalmente amichevole e utile. A little out of the way and totally no food nearby apart from the hotel. There's also a long stretch of stairs to get to the hotel from where a car can alight us. Of course, the staff are helpful to bring our luggages up. If you like animals, there are 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats to accompany you. The room is a little stuffy but it is good to open the windows to avoid that. The staff are really friendly and helpful - props to them! The food served at dinner, the grill, is amazing.

La famiglia che possiede questo posto è molto amichevole e ci ha aiutato con tutto quello che ci serviva, anche se la nostra cinese non è così buona che siamo stati in grado di capirci sempre l'un l'altro. The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

La stanza è dotata di caldaie e di coperte elettriche. Attento a lasciare il bagaglio sul pavimento di notte, perché il pavimento può diventare molto caldo! La posizione è un po' lontana dall'ufficio dei biglietti della valle (come abbiamo capito dovete andare lì per entrare tutti e tre valli), potete camminare in un'ora o pagare un taxi leggermente eccessivo ma ancora conveniente. Se si va a camminare per giorni e si va allo stesso ufficio, si fa un po' annoiante. Alcune stelle inferiori per il servizio perché l'esperienza di chiedere il trasporto di ritorno a Chengdu è un po' deludente. Ci siamo chiesti se c'era un modo per andare a Chengdu il giorno dopo alle 17:00 (perciò potremmo ancora andare a camminare). Hanno detto di poter organizzare una macchina, ma non a 5PM. Allora hanno suggerito le 8 o le 9 del mattino. Abbiamo concordato, pensando di prendere un treno precoce a Kunming e rilassarsi nel nostro prossimo hotel. La mattina seguente abbiamo imballato e presentato alla reception al 9AM per sentire che la macchina è stata ritardata fino a 11AM! Abbiamo avuto un po'di colazione e siamo tornati a scoprire che c'erano più ritardi (a quanto pare la macchina è andata da Chengdu al mattino). La Tbe ha continuato a guidare molto pericolosamente, a prendere in angoli ciechi e anche in tunnel! Eravamo lasciati nelle estremità occidentali di Chengdu e dovevamo guidare la metropolitana per un'ora per catturare l'ultimo treno a Kunming, arrivando esaurito dopo mezzanotte.
