Lack of integrity. I was late 1 day check-in due to changed of plan. Logically the room must be ready 1 day earlier upon my arrival on the next day. But sadly, its not ready. Even i need to wait more for them to clean up the room for us. The great part. Location wise is very good. Near to underground crossing with escalators, easier for me to push my baby stroller. There is a lot of Halal food nearby too.

I live. I left my business. When I returned to my room after work, the room was not cleaned thoroughly, with garbage everywhere, bottles and paper scattered, and no garbage bags. But when I left, everything was fine and clean. That is to say, the room was not cleaned - on the contrary, the maid contaminated it and left. Then I asked Resps, "Why is the room in terrible condition with garbage everywhere? Why does someone intentionally do this?" The receptionist didn't answer anything. I don't think you should stay at this hotel anymore. For such services, it is even more expensive.

stayed for 5night at the hotel, it was located right across from International Trade Centre District One. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy too. Day time receptionist was very friendly and helpful, however the guy receptionist at night could be a lil rude sometimes, depending on his mood. They serve proper breakfast buffet here, definitely save you the trouble of looking for restaurant early in the morning. there were various choices available with decent taste. There are free coffee and tea available all day at the pantry too. Room price are fairly cheap too, would definitely recommend to stay here.

Amazing location and super clean rooms. I’ll give 10 on 10 to the hotel and rooms. Only problem was staff, they didn’t know English at all and they were not at all welcoming. Very unprofessional staff. I’ll request the management to change there front desk staff asap. If they will keep English speaking staff then this hotel will do great.

The hotel environment is very good, the little sister at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and will greet us warmly in and out. The hotel is fully equipped for business trips. As soon as the room went in, it was clean, light, fragrant, quiet and comfortable. The next day there are delicious breakfast, variety, hotel location is superior, opposite is the trade city to see small appliances, which is very big, we come back next time to live in your home, especially a very good experience!!!!

Super nice hotel, convenient location, decent breakfast, hot free coffee on the first floor, comfy bed, will definitely stay many time whenever in Yiwu.
