My room had make up on the floor and it had a bad smell when I used the shower. The front desk that night wasn’t too helpful.

Well located near T4 Heathrow and good for travellers who have early morning departures. However, the breakfast spread is quite limited and if you want a fresh omelette it comes at an additional price beyond the included breakfast offering. My room was also not cleaned by housekeeping on certain days.

Excellent location just minutes of walk from T4. Also Elizabeth line provides free connection across the various terminals so no worry even if you are not travelling to/from T4.

Within 5 minutes walk from Heathrow Terminal 4. Quiet and clean room. The price of ordering room services are reasonable.

The hotel was fantastic. Our room was outstanding - the bathroom in particular had both a bath and large shower which was lovely. 5 minutes walk from Terminal 4 and a useful shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel to go terminal 3, which we utilised. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were also extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we fly through Heathrow.

Need more towards service. Asked water twice even in reception informed but no action

Very convenient to the airport, every time I change planes I want to stay here and be able to get to the airport quickly!

The hotel was immaculate, the staff are very helpful, Sittuated just of terminal 4 so is great for arrival or departure. Good choice of breakfast, The kingsize room is above average size for a London airport hotel, I will definatley stay here again

Surprisingly impressed. Hotel looks fairly new, refurbished, room really comfortable, quite spacious, bathroom good size, shower pretty good. View from window, unique looks into the hotel. And most pleasantly surprised of all was the food in restaurant. Really quite yummy and good portion size, just note, 12.5 tax added. Great for a nights rest, and morning flight.
