Service is good,location is also good however room is very bad,so much broken item and there are nothing provided,not even shampoo or soap.The Water heater for shower also broken

Checked in with co worker to freshen up, but the cleaners attempted to open our room door to clean while we were resting and freshening up, and it felt like our privacy was invaded because of this. I highly encourage the staffs to acknowledge arrival of guests for their privacy matters.
