Truly excellent front desk staff. They were kind, always welcoming and happy to help. The hotel itself is clean, airy and modern. Glad we stayed here.

The receptionist has been very helpful in managing an invoicing issue I had with booking two rooms over an OTA. The location is perfect for what we needed, but it is definitely not in downtown Toronto.

Customer service at the counter was so so. Although the hotel is newly renovated. I can tell the bed mattress is old and too soft for me. The comforter and sheets weren’t soft. The comforter was being used so many years which all the gilt was worn down.

new develop area in Markham, ECO hotel without toiletries kit, only provide 1 body lotion ! bed mattress not good, disappoint. Staff is helpful.

Like the convenient location, modern interior design. Some basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush and shower caps were made available upon request. While the staff are friendly, it took me a few attempts before my calls to the guest service were attended to.

Everything are good! Only cannot arrange the late check out for my husband. He's not felling well on the late day he stay.

Room was small. A/C was blowing on our face while in bed. Poor design.

No attraction around but new and clean

Nice location but poor soundproof. Lots of constructions around. Paid parking $20 per day but not attached to the hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Hard wood floor room.

Good experience

酒店在萬錦的新區，周邊還在修建，有點國內小縣城的感覺，房間面積還比較大，裝修也比較新，開車到士家堡餐飲聚集區10多分鐘，選擇這個酒店就是為了吃中餐方便，中國胃是滿意了，每天早出晚歸，到酒店就睡覺了，整體衞生還不錯！

方便出門景觀漂亮

這是一家非常差的萬豪酒店！請大家避雷，前台*****，停車費20刀一天，住了三天，應該是60加幣，結果發現被他們多扣了60加幣，總共扣了120加幣。我立即聯繫攜程客服，他們幫我積極去處理，可是酒店不認賬，我又去銀行拿到了扣款的流水單，攜程客服又去和他們核對重複扣款訊息，可恨的是這家垃圾酒店還是死不認賬，天吶！是家黑店確認無疑！攜程是有擔當的，他們賠付了我的60加元的損失，在此我要非常感謝攜程，雖然經歷了不愉快的入住體驗，我還是會一如既往的支持攜程，繼續在此平台上訂酒店！

酒店地理位置很好，去哪都很方便，周邊餐飲很多，房間乾淨，酒店前台接待很熱情。早餐豐富，餐廳服務員會一點中文。
