During the honey snow trip, I chose the Hilton Xiamen City Plaza as my foothold. Devo dire che questo è il miglior hotel Hilton in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Rispetto agli Hampton Inn in altre città, l'Hampton Inn a Xiamen è più comodo e conveniente. Dal bellissimo ambiente, al comodo servizio di lavanderia, all'esperienza TV super grande in camera, ogni dettaglio è eccezionale, come un biglietto da visita della città turistica🌆, lasciando le sensazioni più belle a Xiamen, e tornerà la prossima volta Torneremo di sopra.

Infrastrutture: elettrodomestici intelligenti, tutti molto utili Salute: pulire l'igiene ogni giorno, molto responsabile Ambiente: intorno a sé è molto tranquillo, molto comodo a dormire Servizio: il servizio Xiaojiang è molto attento. Il WiFi di mano non è stato collegato quando è arrivato. È stato chiaro direttamente alla ricezione dell'hotel. È molto buono!

新開的酒店位置非常好，衛生及員工服务也不錯，包的早餐也很丰富，但我訂的是湖景双床房，酒店安排给我最初的18号的房間入門一看全是楼景以为酒店弄錯我訂的房類，立马下去更換，後來換了另一間12号房間，呵呵景观也是一样！迷底解开了！他們的湖景房是正面對着是楼景只有拉开窗帘把头放到最尾窗角便看到了！看着有点失望，但這酒店下次還是可以訂的，但我不用訂那湖景房了！其它酒店設施説一下，座厕自动冲水的，但冲水声音強勁，像在飞机上洗手間的冲水声，晚上用洗手間的便有些尴尬了，怕彼那冲水声吵醒同房！那自动冲水声音便是問題了！如晚間可調回手动便是一个選擇了！洗手間的按键灯只有全开或全关上，因全开着房間的設計是有一片透光玻璃到房间正面向着床的，开了太光照着眼睛睡不着，关了灯晚上去洗手間便要摸黑了，剛好自带了一盏小灯用得上，請改可調光暗灯或留有一小灯在座厕那边吧！另外電梯外没有楼层指示灯的，等候着心理有点焦虑😂！跟进DD叫車出行定位問题，來接的老是停在馬路外邊等候不入酒范围，司机每次都來電問在那，但回酒店的DD地图就没問题有指示轉入酒店。 酒店其他的这次服务都是贊賞的！希望有些改善後服务更加貼心更加分！

據説我們是酒店開業的第一組客人，感覺相當開心，前台的小姐姐給了我們一間風景很好的房間，入住的兩天雖然發生了一些插曲，但是酒店的經營團隊非常的認真解決，尤其是前廳部賓客關懷經理李燕梅小姐，所展現出的熱忱，讓人感受到了滿滿的誠意，着實做到賓至如歸的感覺。 最後祝貴酒店生意興隆，也希望以後有機會能再次入住。
