I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to my butler, Merry, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Merry was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. Their outstanding service truly made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional experience. I had a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Xiamen. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers excellent value for money. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and they were happy to answer any questions about getting around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xiamen for business or leisure. This matches what many recent guests have highlighted, particularly the friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, and good breakfast.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Si tratta dell'hotel a cinque stelle più conveniente dell'isola di Xiamen. L'edificio è piuttosto vecchio ed è comprensibile che l'arredamento e le strutture siano un po' insoddisfacenti. Dopo aver fatto vari confronti online, sono venuto qui principalmente per la pulizia e il buon servizio. Non sono rimasto deluso. Ho soggiornato qui per tre giorni e non posso davvero lamentarmi. L'hotel è situato in città, è molto comodo prendere un taxi per arrivarci, costa solo dieci o venti yuan. Il manager, Xiao Liu, è gentile e attento. Se avrò la possibilità la prossima volta, sceglierò di rimanere a Jingmin.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and front office staff partially speaks English. Staff was accommodating and tried to always help as fast as possible. The room itself was nice but for a hotel trying to pass as ”luxury level” I would have expected better cleanliness of surfaces in the room. A lot of dust and water spots on mirrors and the bathroom ”window”. Shower was also leaking a lot and within 5 minutes the floor infront of the shower was flooded. Staff did clean that up fast but the underlying issue was not fixed so when taking the next shower it was flooded once again as the sealing ***** did not close entirely. You can see it is mostly nitpicking at this point but these details are the difference between a 4* and a luxury experience. I would still recommend them as these issues were minor.

Overall the stay was great. There are just a few incidents that I did not appreciate. As a black international family, constant looks and whispers from staff members was very uncomfortable for my family. Other travelers also constantly took pictures of us. The breakfast was imbalanced and was more catered to Chinese customers. Croissants were advertised but nowhere to be found. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights to enjoy more time in the hot springs and swimming amenities and staff were great. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast need more training on how to treat black foreigners and not look down on us, we were after all paying to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the days and were told there’s no beef for the pasta. Please train the restaurant staff! Also a suggestion, if people book more than 2 nights, let them have unlimited access to the hot springs. It just makes sense. The playing area is in the restaurant for families information, you can’t access the playing area if the restaurant isn’t open. Overall a good experience.

Non ho mai avuto un'idea di cosa aspettarmi, ma mi ha davvero impressionato! La palestra si è certamente spostata, l'attrezzatura era così liscia e ben mantenuta, facilmente la miglior palestra alberghiera che abbia mai utilizzato in un po'. Quello che ha fatto la differenza è stato il team. Tutti i miei colloqui erano incredibilmente amici e benvenuti, il che rendeva il soggiorno personale e caldo. L’equipaggio ha aiutato gentilmente, condividendo le direzioni e i consigli e le idee locali. Da tempo di viaggio a condivisione delle mappe, non potevano essere più gentili nell’aiuto. La stanza era confortevole e confortevole e io personalmente dormivo molto bene (meglio che a casa!) anche la posizione funzionava bene per me, trovai calma e ben collegata. This is a very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. The weekend dinner buffet was beyond our expectations especially for that price, it’s a must try thing if you stay at Renaissance. Can say the same about the breakfast, however the coffee could be improved. The only disadvantages could be the location (it’s a little far from all fun places and the beach in front of the hotel doesn’t look attractive for swimming, so it’s only good if you have a sea view room) and the swimming pool is quite shallow (1.2m depth) and small (it’s way overcrowded on the weekend in particular, full of kids yelling, splashing and approaching you if you are a foreigner and screaming HELLO HELLO HOW ARE YOU which is quite annoying). Another swimming pool isn’t a pool at all as it’s probably 0.9m depth and the other one is closed and only available for those who book the room with the direct access to the pool. If we knew it before, maybe we’d consider staying in another hotel. Anyway, we appreciate friendly hospitality and a late check out. It was a good stay overall.
