My stay at Lohkah Isle was magical. From the moment I booked, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. No detail was too big, no gesture was too small. Every request was attended to with such warmth, kindness, and incredible promptness. A special thank you to Isak, Leo, Yuki, and Harlan. You are the heart and soul of this beautiful hotel. Isak welcomed us personally at the pier when we arrived at Gulangyu, and to my surprise, he was also the one who escorted us all the way back to Xiamen at the end of our stay — taking the ferry with us and helping us with all our luggage. He prepared mosquito repellent and medicine before our tour, wet wipes before we depart, always on hand with umbrella for us to beat the heat. That level of care is rare and deeply touching. All the butlers were very sincere and passionate. We have no words. We feel truly blessed to meet all of them. The property itself was immaculate — serene, elegant, and as uniquely charming as a Lohkah hotel can be. Lohkah remains my favourite hotel brand in China, not because of the architecture alone, but because of the people who bring these beautiful spaces to life. I will never forget the sweetness of this team: preparing a lovely tiramisu cake for my birthday, picking us up from a tea store when we got lost on the island, and accompanying us to the most beautiful sunset spots in Gulangyu. They made us feel less like guests and more like dear friends visiting from afar. Isak, Yuki, Leo, and Harlan — thank you for making our stay so remarkable, lovely, and unforgettable. Abbiamo visitato la Cina del Nuovo Anno e abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Tutto è stato fantastico, anche se è circa un 30-minute guida alle principali attrazioni turistiche.

Ho avuto una grande vacanza in hotel Xiamen Airlines Lakeside. La stanza di vista sul lago che ho soggiornato è grande con bella vista sul lago. La notte posso anche guardare la luce e la sorgente musicale direttamente dalla stanza. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente vicino alla fermata degli autobus e a molte stazioni di cibo carine. Il personale del front desk è bello, utile e professionale.Vorrei ringraziare il personale per il suo eccellente servizio, dare i guide/info di visita utile e organizzare il trasferimento all'aeroporto durante il mio soggiorno alberghiero. Molto consiglia l'hotel di soggiornare. Bella camera e cibo, nonché un servizio eccellente.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Si tratta dell'hotel a cinque stelle più conveniente dell'isola di Xiamen. L'edificio è piuttosto vecchio ed è comprensibile che l'arredamento e le strutture siano un po' insoddisfacenti. Dopo aver fatto vari confronti online, sono venuto qui principalmente per la pulizia e il buon servizio. Non sono rimasto deluso. Ho soggiornato qui per tre giorni e non posso davvero lamentarmi. L'hotel è situato in città, è molto comodo prendere un taxi per arrivarci, costa solo dieci o venti yuan. Il manager, Xiao Liu, è gentile e attento. Se avrò la possibilità la prossima volta, sceglierò di rimanere a Jingmin.

La camera offre una vista eccezionale sul mare. Il buffet del ristorante è delizioso e ragionevolmente costoso a 25 euro per persona. Tuttavia, l'odore di drenaggio nel bagno richiede un miglioramento per soddisfare un standard di cinque stelle.

Ha organizzato speciali pasti per mia figlia 2-year-old e ci ha aiutato con molte richieste. L'hotel è molto vicino alla spiaggia, e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ma questa volta è decisamente l'ultima! Il servizio è pessimo, pessimo, pessimo, pessimo! ! ! ! ! Non pensate che il prezzo sia basso e che buttiate via tutto il servizio, ok? Due casi: 1. Ristorante: Le cose buone nella categoria colazione sono molto nella media, ma quanto può essere scandalosa la cameriera? Le ho chiesto se c'erano stoviglie per bambini? Mi ha chiesto di rimando: Non le hai portate tu? Sono rimasto subito confuso. Se le hai, portale pure. Se non le hai, non preoccuparti. Cosa intendi con ”istruirmi”? Alla fine del pasto, sono andato a prendere lo yogurt con mio figlio. Ha dato per scontato che avremmo portato via lo yogurt! L'ho preso e sono tornato al mio tavolo, scoprendo che stava ritirando il nostro tavolo! Dopo averlo ricevuto, è rimasta lì a fissarci e ha detto che potevamo solo consumarlo sul posto e non portarlo via. Se state ritirando il mio tavolo, dove posso sedermi a bere lo yogurt? Alla fine, mi sono alzato, ho preso un paio di boccate e l'ho lanciato sul tavolo dove sarebbe andata a ritirarlo. 2. Piscina e centro termale: La reception sembrava che le dovessi qualcosa. La prima sera ho solo chiesto dove si trovassero la piscina e le terme, ma mi ha ignorato e mi ha detto che dovevo cambiarmi prima di entrare! Non ci sono andato il secondo giorno. Ci ho portato mio figlio la terza mattina. Quando ho fatto il check-in, sembrava ancora indifferente e ha detto che voleva verificare se fossi stato lì il giorno prima. Le ho detto che sarei rimasto per due notti. Ero venuto ieri e non potevo venire oggi? Ha detto che voleva solo verificare se fossi stato lì il giorno prima! È scandaloso!!! Non puoi andare a nuotare tutte le volte che vuoi quando sei in hotel? Chi se ne importa della sorgente termale rotta! Il bambino voleva solo giocare in piscina. Questa volta vale davvero la pena arrabbiarsi!

My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the coastline. The service was a standout feature; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and a comfortable stay. I also highly recommend the dining options—the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both local and international cuisines. It is the perfect destination for anyone looking for a mix of luxury and relaxation in Xiamen.
