Hotel 5 stelle a Xiamen

Il mio soggiorno a Lohkah Island è stato magico. Dal momento in cui ho prenotato, la squadra mi ha fatto sentire davvero preoccupata. Non c'era dettaglio troppo grande, non c'era gesto troppo piccolo. Tutti i richiami erano soddisfatti con così caldo, gentilezza e incredibile rapidità. Grazie speciali a Isaak, Leo, Yuki e Harlan. Sei il cuore e l'anima di questo bellissimo hotel. Isaak ci ha accolti personalmente al piatto quando siamo arrivati a Gulangyu, e per sorpresa, era anche quello che ci ha scortato tutto il viaggio di ritorno a Xiamen alla fine del nostro soggiorno prendendo la ferrata con noi e aiutandoci con tutti i bagagli. Ha preparato il ribelle e la medicina prima della nostra visita, le lavature bagnate prima di partire, sempre con l'ombra per battere il calore. Tutti i butler erano molto sinceri e passionati. Non abbiamo parole. Siamo davvero felici di incontrarli tutti. La proprietà stessa era immacolata, serena, elegante e così unico come un hotel Lohkah può essere. Lohkah è ancora la mia marca hotel preferita in Cina, non solo per l'architettura, ma anche per la gente che porta in vita questi bellissimi spazi. Non dimenticherò mai la dolcezza di questa squadra: preparare una bella torta tiramisu per il mio compleanno, raccoglierci da un negozio di tè quando siamo persi sull'isola, e accompagnarci ai più belli luoghi di sole di Gulangyu. Ci hanno fatto sentire meno come ospiti e più come cari amici che visitano dalla lontananza. Isak, Yuki, Leo e Harlan grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così notevole, bello e inoltrabile.Grazie per aver creato memorie che apprezzeremo per anni. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to my butler, Merry, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Merry was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. Their outstanding service truly made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional experience. I look forward to staying here again!

L'autista è stato gentile e cordiale. Servizio: La camera assegnatami era molto confortevole e spaziosa. È stato fantastico avere un ferro da stiro a disposizione per stirare i vestiti durante le vacanze!

I love IHG hotels and would usually choose to stay with them around the world if possible. And choose to stay at intercontinental Xiamen( in a CBD area) even though the location is far from tourist area I didn’t mind traveling a bit but I don’t think I would choose to stay here again. As the hotel didn’t feel up to standard for ihg group . There was a lot of wear and tear on the wall and the washroom. The cleanness of the rooms was not up to standard I found hair and dust / particles in the washroom table. They cleaned it up right after telling front desk but received a call saying it was the marble cracked which was clearly excuse . After returning the little dust particles were still there. Bathtub was definitely not scrubbed down . Felt a layer of residue or something when touched . Lots of dirt or dust or wall chipping or whatever particle it was on the corner of washroom table. And dusts in the corners . The breakfast was very Mediocre for ihg . Even though there was a variety of selections the taste was not there. Cooked food look like it sat there for awhile. The noodle bar was good tho with choice satay or clear soup and the freshly cooked wonton was tasty. I didn’t like how some things weren’t filled up just because it was 15min to closing. I do like how they provide kids with sand bucket tools to play at the beach . Overall it was still a pretty pleasant stay but I would not choose this ihg branch next time .

I recently stayed at this modern hotel located in one of those sleek contemporary towers you see a lot in China lately. The ground-floor entrance lobby is beautiful — very elegant decoration and an absolutely amazing scent that greets you right away (I’d love to know what perfume they use, it’s addictive!). The reception is on the 5th floor, and it feels like the access is exclusive to hotel guests, which adds a nice sense of calm and privacy. The room was excellent: spacious, bright, beautifully designed with great taste, and extremely comfortable. The bed is one of the best I’ve slept in recently — super comfy pillows and a fantastic Nordic duvet. The shower is outstanding, with excellent water pressure and plenty of flow (they clearly put a lot of thought into the bathroom). It also has a Japanese-style toilet, which I really love for the comfort and features. Instead of a traditional wardrobe, there’s an open rack with hangers, but honestly it didn’t bother me at all and fits perfectly with the minimalist, modern vibe of the hotel. The location isn’t the most central or pedestrian-friendly (it’s more in an office area), and there aren’t many restaurants nearby at the same level as the hotel. That said, there’s a Starbucks, a couple of nice coffee places, and a lake close by that makes the surroundings quite pleasant. I wasn’t looking for a super central spot anyway, so it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall: a very positive experience. I felt really comfortable, everything was clean and well thought out, and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern, stylish hotel with attention to detail that makes a real difference. 100% worth it!

Si tratta dell'hotel a cinque stelle più conveniente dell'isola di Xiamen. L'edificio è piuttosto vecchio ed è comprensibile che l'arredamento e le strutture siano un po' insoddisfacenti. Dopo aver fatto vari confronti online, sono venuto qui principalmente per la pulizia e il buon servizio. Non sono rimasto deluso. Ho soggiornato qui per tre giorni e non posso davvero lamentarmi. L'hotel è situato in città, è molto comodo prendere un taxi per arrivarci, costa solo dieci o venti yuan. Il manager, Xiao Liu, è gentile e attento. Se avrò la possibilità la prossima volta, sceglierò di rimanere a Jingmin.

This is a duplicate of my review for dates from 6 to 8 June 2026, as I extended my stay for one night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent. It's right next to the metro, directly across the road from China City Mall, and within easy walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, the waterfront and the ferry wharf. It made exploring Xiamen incredibly easy. The staff were consistently helpful and efficient. They obtained information about the Xiamen-Kinmen ferry, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast restaurant staff deserve special mention as they were always friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to see their guests each morning. The room itself was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and while I didn't use the bath, the shower was very good. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, gym and lounge area, all of which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, both Asian and Western, and a pleasant atmosphere. I only intended to stay a short time, but enjoyed both the hotel and Xiamen enough that I extended my stay by an extra night. From my room I had good views, including Zheng Chenggong's statue on Gulangyu Island and Xiamen's Twin Towers in the distance. This hotel certainly helped make my stay in Xiamen an enjoyable one. I left with very positive memories and would gladly stay here again.

Ho prenotato due camere da letto familiari, in attesa di alloggi spaziosi con un soggiorno e servizi a bambina comodità come un mini-slide, come mostrato nelle foto promozionali. Tuttavia, all’arrivo mi è stata data una stanza molto più piccola che non corrispondeva a quello che avevo prenotato. Ho sollevato questa preoccupazione al dipartimento frontale, dove ho passato un po' di tempo, e il personale ha insistito che la stanza che abbiamo ricevuto era lo stesso tipo di stanza che avevamo prenotato, ma ho sentito che erano disponibili solo quattro suite di questo tipo e che erano già occupate. Si sentiva come se l'hotel ci avesse prenotato e ci avesse assegnato una stanza comparabile ma inferiore. Considerato che abbiamo pagato migliaia di dollari per alloggi idonei per i nostri due toddler, è stato deludente. L'hotel Le Meridien Xiamen è situato in un ambiente forestale tranquillo, perfetto per un tranquillo ritardo. Le camere sono ideali per una facile accessibilità.La nostra camera w/3 letti degli ospiti, un balcone e un'atmosfera tranquilla circondata dalla natura. Ci piace soprattutto il delicato colazione e cena di buffet quotidiano, con una varietà di opzioni per la catering per tutti i gusti. Situato in posizione centrale per visitare l'isola di Gulangyu (lasciate prima delle 5 PM per evitare la pressione di picco) e Riyuegu Hotsprints (reti giornaliere fino alle 10 PM). I taxi sono economici, ma assicurano che correno sul metro. Il pagamento in contanti è accettato, ma i conducenti possono non cambiare perché la maggior parte utilizza pagamenti senza contatto come Alipay, che può auto-tradurre in inglese e in altre lingue. L'ambiente tranquillo e le opzioni di cena deliziose dell'hotel rendono una scelta eccellente per una via di relax per una madre + 2 figlie...
