The lady manager was exceptionally personal and caring. We damaged a part of the tea set and she was more concerned that we were not injured by the broken parts. She also reminded us to dress warm for the winter weather. Our hotel suite is a cheerful and vibrant palette of bright colours and comes with modern technology. The suite is so new and super clean ! Our window looks over to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street - so convenient !! The hotel buffet breakfast is super delicious and the dining room is spacious and classy. Durante il mio soggiorno si sono verificati diversi problemi che, secondo me, avrebbero potuto essere facilmente risolti se il loro team addetto alle pulizie fosse stato più attento.
