"Location is gr8 - close to the center and all the fun and excitements. Room is clean and has high tech features. Staff very helpful and responsive. I gave it a little lower score on the facility because a few parts / sections on the ground of my room are raised (like a step). Initially I hit or tripped several times and bugged the heck out of me - even though there are warning signs on the floor but ......."

"This is a lovely simple hotel with a beautiful yard. The room was clean and nice. We enjoyed sitting at the yard, drinking a beer and chatting with people. It is located in a vibrant district full of shops and markets. Also within walking distance from Zhongshan Lu, the main pedestrian street. We did not have any problems with the chech in and our reservation was honored. Highly recommend for exploring the area as a foreign tourist."

"Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend."

"We had an amazing one night stay at this little gem. Extremely helpful personnel, by mistake we had booked a room without window and they upgraded us for free. Very warm and welcoming. The building is beautiful and historic, in the middle of the buzzling life of Zhongshan Road. If we ever come back to Xiamen we will definitely stay here again."

"The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. Our previous hotel was suddenly canceled by the app without any notice, which was extremely stressful. Luckily, we found this hotel around 1–2 a.m., and the staff went above and beyond to help us check in quickly. Huge thanks to Manager Linda—she immediately offered assistance, looked into the situation, and helped us with the check-in and an alternative as she know how much I had wanted to make the stay comfortable for my parents. The front desk team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the member (I didn’t manage to catch his name) even helped us with our luggage as we had two elderly members with us and we had quite a bit of shopping. Breakfast was tasty and there’s different menu each day. The egg tarts were especially delicious! The location is fantastic—close to massage parlors, Haidilao, TopToy, Miniso, and plenty of beverage store. There were even claw machines nearby. Highly recommend!"

Need to improve: -The room condition is bit different from the photo; it's bit older than what being shown in the trip.com. -For the toilet, the showering area is not closed with door or partition, so when you are taking shower, the water will flash out to the closet area, so need to be careful of slippery. -The sofas cushion is not that clean too -There is no lobby hotel, and the laundry machine is only one and located at staff room (service area)"
