Extremely convenient location. Didi can stop next to the hotel. The pedestrian shopping street is a stone’s throw away. Subway Line 1 & ferry are within a short walking distance.
Stayed 2 nights in room with a window and subsequently extended another night to a new room without window. The both rooms and respective facilities are clean and new.
Bed and pillows could be firmer for me though. More active management of customers who smoke in the rooms is be needed.
Corridors are nicely designed with the fake plants making the place look nice and bright. There is also self serve laundry facilities which is a plus point.
Reception especially the manager was very helpful and friendly. Communication via WeChat was quick and efficient.
Definitely enjoyed my stay there.

Il maggiordomo del servizio clienti Xiao Lai ha un atteggiamento molto positivo nei confronti del cliente. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e comoda per gli spostamenti. La camera è pulita e confortevole, l'igiene è molto buona, i servizi e le attrezzature sono completi e il servizio è attento e meticoloso. I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!

it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017)
the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly.
Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended
but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette.....
the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.

Ho soggiornato in International Conference Centre Hotel una notte con i miei figli. Mi sento molto caldo e confortevole e mi piace questo hotel. Grande posizione, grande ricezione, grande servizio in camera, grande colazione, grande sicurezza di benvenuto! Mi sento molto bene la gestione dell'hotel e il servizio del personale è molto buono. Non conosco i loro nomi, ma ricordo il loro sorriso e entusiasmo. Devo lavarmi i vestiti ogni giorno perché mi prendo cura dei miei figli. Ogni volta che ho problemi di correre intorno ai visitatori della stanza. Ma sono sempre sorridenti e caldi. Ho vissuto al 19° piano. Conosco Tim, Eric e Edwin, e altre due persone che non conoscono i loro nomi. Grazie mille! Abbiamo avuto un sacco di bagagli, quindi è stato molto difficile entrare e uscire, erano molto pazienti, ci hanno aiutato a prendere i bagagli in alto quando hanno visto un sacco di bagagli. Una ragazza, che era molto gentile, e la signorina Zhang, che era un ospite di onore, vide che avevamo troppo bagagli sul taxi. Ha risolto il nostro grande problema e ci ha fatto molto toccare! Allston is a good sized hotel in a great location close to everything for people who like to be outside the hotel exploring than being inside. The rooms was larger than we expected and clean. From our first arrival there, the staff were very helpful and accomodating. It was our first time in China and the staff at Allston did their best to communicate with us even though we didn’t know any mandarin. The security uncle was so friendly and he was hospitable giving us tea on arrival and helped us with our bags and the wifi. Breakfast next day was in a small comfortable room on the 3rd floor with local healthy choices and it suited our tastes. The front desk girl and the lady and guy the next day were both so accomodating holding our bags after check out time guiding us to places we can eat around the place and all around explain things to us through translation apps lots of sign gestures and lots of laughing with guests who knew a little English. We were very happy with our stay in Allston and it was really the people that made it wonderful.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we felt that the service of this store was very good. Every staff member was very enthusiastic, especially Yuanzi and Twelve. They were very nice. They also took us to a very delicious barbecue restaurant. They told me that it was opened by people from Xinjiang and it was really delicious. They also shared the word ”fate” with me. If we didn't come here, we wouldn't meet and become friends. Everything is because of our fate. Then we talked a lot while eating barbecue in the barbecue restaurant, which made us feel that this trip to Xiamen was very worthwhile. They were really super enthusiastic. I strongly recommend it. I will definitely come to Xiamen again next time I have the chance. I am very happy to meet these two good friends Yuanzi and Twelve! ! !

UUtente ospiteUn hotel di prima classe. Pulizia. Ben decorata. Molto buone strutture. Buona colazione. Siamo molto grati al loro concierge. Il signor Cheng Li ha passato molto tempo a insegnarmi a scaricare l'app del treno e a prenotare i biglietti del treno. Molto gentile e paziente. Un altro personale mi aiuta a trovare una carta telefonica e telefonica locale, grazie a tutti loro.
L'unico svantaggio è la posizione. Non c'è negozio conveniente vicino. Nessun metro. Ristoranti di mare sono a 20 minuti a piedi dall'hotel sotto il sole caldo senza rifugio. Il ristorante cinese è OK ma la scelta è piuttosto limitata.

It was not only tidy but also well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in housekeeping truly stood out, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in providing a pristine environment for their guests.
One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences.
Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day.
I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay.
Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room.
Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

UUtente ospiteIl tipo di camera duplicata, due camere da letto non si disturbano l'uno dall'altro, la balcone di cucina del ristorante in fondo al soggiorno, tutto il resto, una tre buste sono sufficienti.Ci sono servizi di pulizia ogni giorno, acqua e tutti i tipi di oggetti aggiunti ogni giorno. Il caldo in inverno è molto buono, il servizio di cura è buono, e la notte di notte è anche inviato un gentilezza di noccioline. La posizione è buona, vicino all'aeroporto, ci sono nuove strutture commerciali per la scrivania intorno a noi. L'ambiente è buono. Ci sono piazza di cucina sottostante, McDonald's, 24 ore di negozio conveniente, Wanda Plaza e la strada di cucina vicino, a piedi per più di dieci minuti.La macchina è troppo conveniente, non lontano da tutte le attrazioni dell'isola. Il balcone può vedere il sole al mattino.

PPaNicLa posizione è ottimale e la vista dalla camera verso l'isola e in generale la baia è impagabile Il personale generalmente non parla inglese ma non è un grosso ptoblema (eventualmente si usa traduttore). La colazione a buffet è ottima da tutti i pdv e per tutti i gusti ed è servita in uno spazio molto piacevole.
La camera spaziosissima tutto molto comodo. Arredo datato ma dignitoso, molto classico.
Punti negativi: appena si entra in hotel si sente odore di fumo e da tenere presenti che solo alcune camere / piani sono non fumatori. In generale l'odore di umidità/muffa in stanza non è per nulla piacevole, migliora leggermente quando si spegne a/c ma essendo il clima caldissimo e umidissimo è difficile resistere. La moquette è un'altra caratteristica da consuderare come punto negativo soprattutto se si è allergici o sensibili.

RRam KondaAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio sulla strada pedonale Zhongshan Road, con comodi trasporti. Ma non so se è perché siamo al sud. Ci sono molti insetti nella stanza... All'inizio ho visto una piccola macchia nera sul lenzuolo, ho pensato che fosse qualcosa di sporco e ho dato una pacca it, ma ho scoperto che un piccolo insetto è stato ucciso... Ho visto un oggetto in movimento direttamente sul cuscino... È quasi estate, spero che riusciremo a risolvere il problema delle zanzare è abbastanza fastidioso.

UUtente ospiteFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

PPeteDaveIl ristorante cinese è stato un cibo eccellente e autentico.
La custodia era rapida e molto pulita. Siamo stati particolarmente impressionati da Stella e Gary per le loro eccellenti e accurate raccomandazioni di visibilità e cibo, ecc. Sempre pronti a prendere il loro tempo per spiegare dettagliatamente ogni domanda che abbiamo avuto. Ci hanno salvato molte ricerche e mal di testa, abbiamo avuto un piacevole e inoltrabile soggiorno a Xiamen! Kudos al vostro servizio!
L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica vicino alla strada di shopping di Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian... molti ristoranti grandi e shopping molto piacevole esperienza sicura con molti guardie di sicurezza intorno. Mangia solo nei posti con menu di prezzo e negozio nei posti con prezzi fissi, non si sbaglia!

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
