Room is spacious and true to photos. Beds are comfortable. Just nice for a family of 4. Separate dry and wet toilet. Enough space to open up 4 luggages. With the dining space in the room, good for takeaway. Otherwise you may eat at their breakfast area.
Room proofing is good and no need worry of corridor noise from the next door. I felt safe because there is additional tap card access door to the rooms and the front desk staffs were just there. Staffs are very friendly and helpful!! They helped to find and keep my parcels and offered to arrange transport to airport for us.
Will strongly recommend friends to stay here or repeat stay if I am coming back to Xiamen again.

La camera era impeccabile e ordinata. Il materasso era fenomenale, così confortevole, né troppo morbido né troppo duro, che non volevamo più alzarci! La posizione è poi eccellente, vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni principali. Per gli spostamenti, prendevamo quasi sempre il taxi; una corsa costava circa 10 yuan, praticamente la tariffa base! Un risparmio pazzesco! Xiamen è davvero una città romantica! Torneremo sicuramente! Questo B&B, una vera gemma, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento e, una volta a casa, lo consiglierò vivamente a tutti i miei amici e compagni. Anche i miei compagni di viaggio ne sono rimasti entusiasti! Tutti erano estremamente soddisfatti! Voto: 100 e lode!"

"The hotel was very close to the main walking street Zhongshanlu (1 min walk!), and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. A projector is available in the room, but you need to have a VIP account or Xiaomi phone to maximize the value of it. Free movies were also available, but dont expect a lot. As for the view, it was brilliant as the island was just there out of the window."

Scegliere questo hotel per questo viaggio è stata una scelta fantastica! L'esperienza è stata eccellente, la colazione deliziosa, soprattutto i noodles satay. C'è una spiaggia proprio dietro l'hotel. Il maggiordomo, Xiao Chen, è stato particolarmente attento e disponibile, dal venirci a prendere il primo giorno, al presentarci i dintorni, all'aiutarci con i bagagli, fino a spiegarci la storia e la cucina dell'isola di Gulangyu... è stato davvero meraviglioso! In generale, ho trascorso due giorni fantastici sull'isola di Gulangyu e sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio! 👏👏👏

YYappariStory⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐
I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊
From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏
I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator.
The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄
The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋
Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍
Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯
The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely.

One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷
Overall: highly, highly recommended.

BBlindSmileQuesta è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto qui, e ho scelto la suite Deluxe. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e più come un appartamento servito con un divano enorme che poteva facilmente sedersi 6–8 persone, un'area di soggiorno adeguata, e un comodo letto re che rendeva facile ottenere un buon riposo.
L'hotel dispone di un lobby dedicato per la uscita e il pick-up, che ha reso le arrivi semplici e senza problemi.
Il personale era amichevole e attento.Mi fu offerto colazione gratuita, e anche aiutarono a lavarmi i vestiti, passando dal lavastoviglie al secchiere, e mettendoli al contatore per il pick-up, lasciandoli sapere in anticipo.
Il cibo era grande, con una combinazione di opzioni occidentali e cinesi che erano sia deliziose che soddisfacenti.
La posizione è conveniente, soprattutto se si partecipano eventi al Centro di Conferenza e Esposizione Internazionale di Xiamen, e si può facilmente raggiungere la zona.

Questa è la seconda volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel, questa volta ho scelto una suite di lusso.La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita, più come un appartamento di servizio con un divano enorme, può sedersi tra sei e otto persone, e spazio per soggiorni indipendenti. Il letto speciale è anche molto comodo e dormi bene.
L'hotel ha una zona di consegna autonoma del hall. È molto conveniente salire e scendere, specialmente adatto per portare bagagli o per prendere l'auto.
Il personale è molto amichevole e felice di aiutare.Mi hanno fornito colazione gratuita e mi hanno aiutato a spostare i vestiti nella lavatrice al secco, e poi metterli alla reception finche'non glielo dirò prima di prendere il cappello.

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
