Rimanete in questo hotel molte volte. L'hotel è a meno di 100 metri dalla zona scena di White Liu. Le strutture della stanza sono completamente nuove. La salinità della stanza è molto pulita e l'acqua calda è disponibile 24 ore. Il capo è bellissimo e buono, l'atteggiamento di servizio è super buono, molto entusiasta, e c'è un parcheggio gratuito alla porta. Il problema del difficile parcheggio nella zona sceneggiata è risolto. Il primo piano è un supermercato. Gli oggetti di vita quotidiani dovrebbero essere tutti. Se hai amici che vogliono andare a giocare a Whitey, consigliamo fortemente questo hotel!

Ho esteso il mio soggiorno al Mercure Qujiang (Qujiang Meiju) fino al nuovo anno, e la transizione era senza problemi. Naturalmente, il personale del desk front accontentava tutte le mie esigenze, anche una per un radiatore amovibile. (Non fa parte della roba gratuita nella stanza, ma disponibile su richiesta.) Per coloro di voi che si preoccupano se il personale del front desk parla inglese, non lo faccia. They have enough resources (translator apps or one of them) to be able to communicate with you quite effectively. For the price, THIS is the place to stay while in Qujiang, Xi’an!

洗澡龍頭漏水。窗帘是壞的。拉不上。房間設施非常一般。洗澡間沒有暖氣。下雨天洗澡特別冷。沒有護髮素。洗澡水特別小。水壓不穩定一會熱一會冷。房間潮濕陰冷，我們住了三天，第三天才知道房子裏有四個出風口，而且是新風系統，自己無法控制。大夏天房子裏衹有23度。下雨天孩子直接被凍感冒了。這房子在西安夏天可避暑。不建議有小孩的來，樓梯很小很陡。樓上樓下不方便。就是公寓管理人員，談不上前台什麼的。不專業。說了幾個問題到走都沒有解決。說冷，就說他們沒辦法讓我們自己拿東西堵上。笑了都。加點錢住好的吧。不推薦家庭入住。特種兵隨意。

We absolutely loved the Time Tunnel Hotel in Banpo International Art Zone, Xi’an. I travelled to the city, for the first time, primarily to visit the Terracotta Warriors. After two nights in the city centre, I booked the Time Tunnel because I thought my (older) children would like the modernity and avant-grade nature of the hotel! My husband, myself and our four children were amazed and surprised by how comfortable, clean and enjoyable the experience was. The Time Tunnel staff were courteous, thoughtful and remarkably keen to look after us well. The breakfast was simple, but delicious and well presented and prepared. The hotel reminded us of trendy hotels in up and coming areas of the United Kingdom. We also loved the Banpo International Art Zone and found some great little restaurants, cafes and art exhibitions there. Both the city centre and Terracotta Warriors were easily accessible by the Xi’an Metro. We would definitely stay there again!

Dall'ambiente dell'hotel al layout generale, può riflettere le intenzioni e il senso di qualità dei grandi marchi. Anche il servizio è considerato attento, la colazione è ricca di varietà e si possono gustare anche le caratteristiche di Xi'an, che è un punto culminante dell'hotel. L'ambiente della piscina è buono, ma la temperatura dell'acqua è bassa, non adatta al gioco dei bambini. I camerieri sono entusiasti e gentili.

The service was spectacular. Facilities are extremely good. And, I would highly recommend to choose this wonderful place for stay in the downtown of Xi'an.
