Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in hotel. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un grande ringraziamento a Royce, Qiao, Scarlet e Nina per averci fatto sentire così benvenuti e averci fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro viaggio. La governante del 17° piano, Xiang Xiao E, ha reso la nostra camera super pulita e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda e c'è una stazione della metropolitana proprio accanto. È molto facile raggiungere tutte le attrazioni. Consiglio vivamente di fare colazione in hotel. C'è un'enorme varietà di cibo tra cui scegliere e i tipici noodles piccanti secchi e piccanti sono deliziosi.

A last minute decision- best decision ever. What a stunning hotel room. From check in to check out nothing negative to say. Staff were amazing. Room was just wow. Rooftop bar is a must. So glad we chose to visit.

With Ritz Carlton, it's expected to be good. But 8 want to say their staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming. From housekeeping ayi, buffet kitchen staff, restaurant servers, to floor manager , all would greet me with eye contact and a smile. They were very helpful. One of my best hotel experiences. Well done management team. 👍

The hotel is beautiful and lovely and the facilities are excellent i.e. the swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurants The metro station is just downstairs and the old town centre is only six stations away. The staff is helpful and well informed and will provide answers to any questions, advice and solutions .

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in luxury and warmth. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, but Meghan truly stood out. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, from personalized experiences to thoughtful recommendations. Thank you Megan for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Everything is OK 、sasa very nice

I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. My Meituan order was stolen. There was a very rude male worker at the evening who did not monitor deliveries at all. I will never stay here again, and I recommend you don’t as well. There are far better hotels in better locations than this dump.

We had a fabulous time at the Ritz. Its a pity we had such a short stay. The rooftop bar Flair was really nice and had an amazing view. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with a large spread. This was probably a nicer Ritz than others that I have tried in China. Will definitely stay again when I come to Xian.

great hotel. good location with a mall right next door with shopping and eateris. nice little massage place nearby also. but for ritz carlton, don't expect much from the concierge, they don't really speak English.
