My recent stay was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and the genuine care extended by the staffs, particularly those in the lounge service, where the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in. A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.  Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Mrs Ari kusumastuti room was given to mr.Christian Tanujaya . Mr. Christian was guest of Mrs Ari Kusumastuti. Good location, good facilities, marvelous design. Staff were friendly and provided excellent services, especially the front desk staff, Sally, who helped me checked in and found me a room that satisfied my demand and exceeded my expectations. She’s very friendly and answered all my questions politely and correctly. She definitely is a staff who helped to project a good impression of the hotel to the guests. Thank you and I’ll be back again.😊
