Hotel con palestra a Wuhan

A dire il vero, ero un po' preoccupato prima del check-in, dato che molti hotel si trovano nello stesso edificio, il che potrebbe creare confusione. Tuttavia, dopo il check-in non c'è stato alcun problema; i due ascensori separati sono stati molto comodi. I trasporti e la posizione sono eccellenti; la via pedonale è a pochi passi. Anche il ristorante di congee è piuttosto buono; ogni sera mangio spaghetti di manzo e porridge di miglio. L'altoparlante intelligente non è poi così intelligente, ma è comunque abbastanza comodo, ahah. Ho soggiornato anche all'Atour S con vista sul fiume a Changsha e posso dire che questo hotel di Wuhan era complessivamente molto migliore. Probabilmente lo sceglierò di nuovo la prossima volta che sarò a Changsha (*^__^*)

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, con negozi di alimentari e chioschi gastronomici locali. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus è proprio dietro l'angolo. L'hotel è un edificio storico, ristrutturato. Gli interni dell'hotel ricordano l'età dell'oro dell'antica Cina, e ne apprezziamo gli arredi tradizionali. L'ascensore è un vecchio macchinario con spazio limitato (circa 2 persone, che mi ricorda l'ascensore di un vecchio palazzo di Manhattan). Ma non è un problema per la vita moderna.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente soddisfacente. La stanza è pulita e pulita, la luce e l'aria sono molto puliti, il letto è morbido e confortevole e il sonno è molto sicuro.Il servizio di ricezione è molto attento, il soggiorno è molto veloce e il trasporto è conveniente. L'ambiente generale è tranquillo e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto. La prossima volta sceglieremo qui e vi consigliamo davvero.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e l'atmosfera generale era tranquilla e lussuosa. Quello che ha fatto davvero la mia esperienza speciale è stato l'eccellente servizio. Il personale era amichevole e sempre pronto a assistere. Un grande grido al team di custodia 11th-floor erano incredibilmente pensanti, attrarre attenzione ai piccoli dettagli che mi hanno reso ancora meglio. Raccomando molto questo hotel e sicuramente rimarrò qui!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.
