Hotel 5 stelle a Wuhan

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. For the past few years, I have traveled to Wuhan at least once a year, and every single time I choose to stay at Royal Grace Hotel. For me, it’s more than just a hotel — it feels comfortable and familiar, almost like a home away from home. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the exceptional care and attention I receive. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. We stayed here for Christmas and it was a brilliant stay. The hotel is bright, modern and has great areas to relax and have a drink. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant was also very good. The reception staff are also very helpful and welcoming, and will do anything to accommodate your needs. A special shout out goes to Sophia, who, even though we didn’t meet face to face, was a massive help through WeChat before and during our stay. My only criticisms: we ordered cocktails from the Lounge bar and the waitress took almost 20 minutes to make the drinks, and we were the only customers in the bar. I’d suggest better training the bar staff on how to properly make the cocktails, and faster. Also the standard pillows were a little uncomfortable as they were far too soft - ask for the buckwheat pillows if you need harder. My only other criticism is that I had to request twice for wine glasses to be brought to the room, as the first request wasn’t acted upon. Other than that, it was a great stay.our

Ho prenotato una camera doppia e l'hotel mi ha aiutato a trasformarla in una camera a pressione zero. Il materasso era davvero comodo. A mia figlia piace molto questo hotel. Le piace la vasca da bagno, la piscina, il robot che consegna il cibo e il fatto che la metropolitana sia proprio fuori dalla sua porta. Il personale di servizio ha un atteggiamento molto buono, un ringraziamento speciale a Wen Jing, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Zhang e Hong Hong. Prezzo conveniente, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo da gustare!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, vicino alla linea 4 della metropolitana, il che lo rende particolarmente comodo per ristoranti e negozi. Il direttore dell'hotel, Huang, è stato professionale ed entusiasta, rispondendo prontamente a qualsiasi esigenza. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

State eccezionali a Fairmont Wuhan! Il servizio supera le aspettative attentamente e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite e con strutture moderne. La posizione principale offre un conveniente accesso all'aeroporto di Wuhan Tianhe e alle principali stazioni ferroviarie (approssimativamente 30-40 minuti per auto) Houkou meno di 15. Check-in precoce alle 10 AM è stato sistemato senza saldature, un enorme + . Le strutture ricreative, come la piscina interna e la palestra completamente attrezzata, sono ideali per rilassarsi o allenarsi.

Per la prima volta rimasi qui. L'hotel era molto ben situato nel centro. Il personale del dipartimento frontale mi ha dato un aggiornamento alla loro camera esecutiva con vista uccidevole. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Digita davvero la vista del lago e dei quartieri finanziari sotto, preferirei un giorno più soleggiato per una migliore visibilità, ma durante il mio soggiorno, era sconvolto e la vista disgustosa era piuttosto fredda. La colazione è finita un po' presto, ma ha avuto alcune opzioni alimentari decenti. Il personale del bar non conosceva le carte di credito o Apple Pay, ma in realtà la loro manutenzione lavorava con il mio Amex su iPhone. Ho dovuto lavorare con lei e il suo manager, quindi ricordatevi se si usano queste opzioni. Raccomanderò di scegliere CNY sulla macchina POS e avere la vostra banca fare il cambio di valuta. Le loro tariffe di dispositivo POS 5.5% commissione se si sceglie Dollaro o equivalente.

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Hotel is conveniently located and has views of the river (if you pay a little extra for your room). I was a little disappointed that the rooms we were allocated by booking through Trip.com were on only the 9th floor and barely had a view of the river. Our view, and the view of my son's room was disrupted by the poorly kept services area directly in front of our windows. The rooms themselves were large and comfortable with a kingsize bed. There our electric outlets but none have UBC charging ports, so don't forget an adapter. Bathrooms were also large and have a bath and separate shower with good quality bathroom amenities. Check-in was quick and friendly. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel and there is the embankment walk to the river directly opposite the hotel entrance.
