Hotel 5 stelle a Wuhan

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 我在 武汉新世纪大酒店 的入住体验非常棒。酒店免费为我 升级了房间，让我非常惊喜。服务态度一流，工作人员都很热情、细心。房间非常干净、现代又舒适。 酒店位置优越，就在市中心，步行就能到商场，周边有很多餐饮选择，而且离地铁站也很近。早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。 房间里的设施非常新颖，尤其是 智能马桶和浴缸，让住宿体验更上一层楼。 总的来说，这是我在武汉住过的 最好的酒店之一。无论商务还是旅游，都非常值得推荐。

Il Ritz-Carlton è la mia prima scelta a Wuhan, un vero punto di riferimento per gli hotel di lusso! L'hotel si trova nel cuore di Hankou, vicino a Wuhan Tiandi, il che lo rende comodo per visitare la strada di Jianghan e la Torre della Gru Gialla. La lobby al 46° piano offre una vista mozzafiato, con finestre panoramiche che si affacciano sulla confluenza dei due fiumi. For the past few years, I have traveled to Wuhan at least once a year, and every single time I choose to stay at Royal Grace Hotel. For me, it’s more than just a hotel — it feels comfortable and familiar, almost like a home away from home. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the exceptional care and attention I receive. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. Per vedere i ciliegi in fiore dell'Università di Wuhan, ho scelto questo hotel non troppo lontano. La posizione è ottima. La metropolitana è proprio di fronte all'hotel ed è comoda per viaggiare. Il personale della reception ha fornito un buon servizio e ha organizzato un grattacielo. Era tranquillo. Il pacchetto soggiorno comprende il pranzo consegnato in camera, con un'ampia varietà di piatti da gustare. Dopo aver guardato la fioritura dei ciliegi nel pomeriggio, sono andato in piscina per esercitarmi. Era come una piscina privata. La temperatura dell'acqua era calda e confortevole. La colazione è conveniente e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, vicino alla linea 4 della metropolitana, il che lo rende particolarmente comodo per ristoranti e negozi. Non è lontano dalla Torre della Gru Gialla, il che rende i taxi facilmente accessibili. Le camere erano molto pulite e ben arredate, con servizi completi e letti comodi. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era eccellente, con una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Yangtze. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Il direttore dell'hotel, Huang, è stato professionale ed entusiasta, rispondendo prontamente a qualsiasi esigenza. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel will be my to go hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. It was a smooth check in at the reception area. The male staff speaks English and very polite and accommodating. I was put on a non smoking floor, which I requested upon booking. The room large and very comfortable to stay in. Over all rating: 5 stars👍 Thank you.

Fantastic Stay at Four Points by Sheraton My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons 1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. 2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. 3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options. 4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Un hotel di alta qualità con un prezzo molto ragionevole e conveniente. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e responsabili. Prima di arrivare, il cuscino del bambino era già nella stanza. Abbiamo anche usato la piscina interna, che è super pulita.La temperatura dell'acqua è perfetta per il mio bambino per nuotare. La posizione è esattamente nel centro della città. Certamente rimarrò lì ancora e ancora in futuro!
