Hotel 5 stelle a Wuhan

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. Personalmente, penso che sia l'hotel con la più forte consapevolezza del servizio a Wuhan. Siamo stati trasferiti in una camera gratuitamente al momento del check-in. Ricordavo alcuni nomi, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Jing, Xiao Si e Pan Pan anche un servizio di pulizia molto carino per coloro che non ricordavano il loro nome, zia, il portiere che ci ha mostrato la strada. Grazie per la tua calorosa ospitalità. Ci rivedremo quando verrai a Wuhan!

Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Breakfast buffet was okay and if you sit by the window, you can view the bridge from outside. Lots of restaurants, street food, grocery stores and pharmacies in around 5 minutes walk. Overall, it was a good stay. I just think that some of the staff can be more friendly and warm.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Un hotel di alta qualità con un prezzo molto ragionevole e conveniente. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e responsabili. Prima di arrivare, il cuscino del bambino era già nella stanza. Abbiamo anche usato la piscina interna, che è super pulita.La temperatura dell'acqua è perfetta per il mio bambino per nuotare. La posizione è esattamente nel centro della città. Certamente rimarrò lì ancora e ancora in futuro!
