I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. A flawless one-night escape, exceptional in every way! I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely personal without ever feeling overbearing. Every staff member seemed to anticipate my needs before I could even express them. The room itself was fantastic: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful layout and stunning city views. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. What really set this stay apart, however, was the personalized welcome letter waiting for me in the room – signed by the General Manager. It wasn't a generic form letter; it felt sincere and added a wonderfully personal touch that made me feel like a truly valued guest. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. Ho prenotato una camera doppia e l'hotel mi ha aiutato a trasformarla in una camera a pressione zero. Il materasso era davvero comodo. A mia figlia piace molto questo hotel. Le piace la vasca da bagno, la piscina, il robot che consegna il cibo e il fatto che la metropolitana sia proprio fuori dalla sua porta. Il personale di servizio ha un atteggiamento molto buono, un ringraziamento speciale a Wen Jing, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Zhang e Hong Hong. Prezzo conveniente, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo da gustare!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

L'hotel è stato molto pulito e confortevole. Definitivamente off 5 stelle ✨ abbiamo assolutamente goduto la vista sul colazione e quanto conveniente la posizione era a molti posti intorno a Wuhan. La ricezione è stata molto più facile, ma non è stato possibile comunicare bene in inglese, se il personale del ristorante è molto meglio comunicare in inglese che il personale della ricezione. Ho avuto un bel tempo li'. Li reserverei di nuovo

State eccezionali a Fairmont Wuhan! Il servizio supera le aspettative attentamente e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite e con strutture moderne. La posizione principale offre un conveniente accesso all'aeroporto di Wuhan Tianhe e alle principali stazioni ferroviarie (approssimativamente 30-40 minuti per auto) Houkou meno di 15. Check-in precoce alle 10 AM è stato sistemato senza saldature, un enorme + . Le strutture ricreative, come la piscina interna e la palestra completamente attrezzata, sono ideali per rilassarsi o allenarsi.

Per la prima volta rimasi qui. L'hotel era molto ben situato nel centro. Il personale del dipartimento frontale mi ha dato un aggiornamento alla loro camera esecutiva con vista uccidevole. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Digita davvero la vista del lago e dei quartieri finanziari sotto, preferirei un giorno più soleggiato per una migliore visibilità, ma durante il mio soggiorno, era sconvolto e la vista disgustosa era piuttosto fredda. La colazione è finita un po' presto, ma ha avuto alcune opzioni alimentari decenti. Il personale del bar non conosceva le carte di credito o Apple Pay, ma in realtà la loro manutenzione lavorava con il mio Amex su iPhone. Ho dovuto lavorare con lei e il suo manager, quindi ricordatevi se si usano queste opzioni. Raccomanderò di scegliere CNY sulla macchina POS e avere la vostra banca fare il cambio di valuta. Le loro tariffe di dispositivo POS 5.5% commissione se si sceglie Dollaro o equivalente.

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Un hotel di alta qualità con un prezzo molto ragionevole e conveniente. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e responsabili. Prima di arrivare, il cuscino del bambino era già nella stanza. Abbiamo anche usato la piscina interna, che è super pulita.La temperatura dell'acqua è perfetta per il mio bambino per nuotare. La posizione è esattamente nel centro della città. Certamente rimarrò lì ancora e ancora in futuro!
