Hotel 5 stelle a Wuhan

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 我在 武汉新世纪大酒店 的入住体验非常棒。酒店免费为我 升级了房间，让我非常惊喜。服务态度一流，工作人员都很热情、细心。房间非常干净、现代又舒适。 酒店位置优越，就在市中心，步行就能到商场，周边有很多餐饮选择，而且离地铁站也很近。早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。 房间里的设施非常新颖，尤其是 智能马桶和浴缸，让住宿体验更上一层楼。 总的来说，这是我在武汉住过的 最好的酒店之一。无论商务还是旅游，都非常值得推荐。

We stayed here for Christmas and it was a brilliant stay. The hotel is bright, modern and has great areas to relax and have a drink. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant was also very good. The reception staff are also very helpful and welcoming, and will do anything to accommodate your needs. A special shout out goes to Sophia, who, even though we didn’t meet face to face, was a massive help through WeChat before and during our stay. My only criticisms: we ordered cocktails from the Lounge bar and the waitress took almost 20 minutes to make the drinks, and we were the only customers in the bar. I’d suggest better training the bar staff on how to properly make the cocktails, and faster. Also the standard pillows were a little uncomfortable as they were far too soft - ask for the buckwheat pillows if you need harder. My only other criticism is that I had to request twice for wine glasses to be brought to the room, as the first request wasn’t acted upon. Other than that, it was a great stay.our

She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. Per vedere i ciliegi in fiore dell'Università di Wuhan, ho scelto questo hotel non troppo lontano. La posizione è ottima. La metropolitana è proprio di fronte all'hotel ed è comoda per viaggiare. Il personale della reception ha fornito un buon servizio e ha organizzato un grattacielo. Era tranquillo. Il pacchetto soggiorno comprende il pranzo consegnato in camera, con un'ampia varietà di piatti da gustare. Dopo aver guardato la fioritura dei ciliegi nel pomeriggio, sono andato in piscina per esercitarmi. Era come una piscina privata. La temperatura dell'acqua era calda e confortevole. La colazione è conveniente e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

State eccezionali a Fairmont Wuhan! Il servizio supera le aspettative attentamente e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite e con strutture moderne. La posizione principale offre un conveniente accesso all'aeroporto di Wuhan Tianhe e alle principali stazioni ferroviarie (approssimativamente 30-40 minuti per auto) Houkou meno di 15. Check-in precoce alle 10 AM è stato sistemato senza saldature, un enorme + . Le strutture ricreative, come la piscina interna e la palestra completamente attrezzata, sono ideali per rilassarsi o allenarsi.

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

L'hotel è stato molto pulito e confortevole. Definitivamente off 5 stelle ✨ abbiamo assolutamente goduto la vista sul colazione e quanto conveniente la posizione era a molti posti intorno a Wuhan. La ricezione è stata molto più facile, ma non è stato possibile comunicare bene in inglese, se il personale del ristorante è molto meglio comunicare in inglese che il personale della ricezione. Ho avuto un bel tempo li'. Li reserverei di nuovo

國慶武漢遊住了好幾天，點評 環境：不錯，地鐵就在對面，樓下面就是湖，周邊好幾家商場，還有萬松園美食街，吃飯很方便 設施：有點太老了，電視又小又模糊，窗可以打開但是關不緊，下面廣場舞的聲音會飄上來，大堂就幾個座位，人多了根本沒地方坐 衞生：還行，但是打掃的有點晚，下午回到酒店剛打掃好…… 服務：很差，2點多到酒店告知不能入住房間還沒打掃好，先辦理了手續交了按金，等一圈玩好了晚上回到酒店，拿房卡了告知還沒做，還要繼續等待，體驗很差，下午大堂有現煮熱乾麪，換過幾個人煮，都不戴口罩，有位小哥還在那裡挖鼻子 很不衞生，酒店明明有外賣機器人，但是利用率很差，等了半小時多也未見機器人，衹能自己下去拿，服務基本上稀爛和掛牌5星完全不沾邊 早餐:品種還算多，當地特色的美食不多，中餐的熱乾麪不錯，西餐不好吃 總體一般，和5星不符，也就位置好，其他很一般

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Un hotel di alta qualità con un prezzo molto ragionevole e conveniente. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e responsabili. Prima di arrivare, il cuscino del bambino era già nella stanza. Abbiamo anche usato la piscina interna, che è super pulita.La temperatura dell'acqua è perfetta per il mio bambino per nuotare. La posizione è esattamente nel centro della città. Certamente rimarrò lì ancora e ancora in futuro!
