FFrost_SunL'hotel è situato nel centro della strada JiangHan, il luogo più vivente della città, la stazione MRT è appena situato sotto l'edificio, e l'hotel si trova ai più alti livelli dell'edificio con grande vista. Il servizio è buono e le camere sono pulite, lavatrice e asciugatrice sono fornite.

PPaulineThe hotel was very clean and spacious, breakfast was also great and fresh. However we found the room with no shower gel and may be because of language barrier they took too long to replace. Also the towels were taken out of the room before we could use them on the day of check out. Minor inconveniences but the hotel was at a good quiet location.

UUtente ospiteAnother one of our favorite hotels we stayed at this trip. This hotel was housed in a gorgeously restored heritage building. The room was so spacious & beautifully decorated. Everything was so tastefully done. The bathtub was perfect & was perfect for 2. Wished we could access the balconies though. The hotel breakfast buffet did not had a lot of variety but the dishes were well done & tasted good. Great location within walking distance of the really charming 咸安坊 which had so many lovely cafes & shops. We also had a delicious dim sum supper near the hotel. It was also only 10min walk to the waterfront. We could also check out late at 2pm. Wished we could stay for another night.

MM282859****La prima estate è stata colpita con una sorpresa.La designa moderna e la manutenzione è estremamente buona, l'igiene è senza angolo morto, la forza di supporto del letto è buona e garantisce la notte intera.La colazione è un buffet molto ricco, combinato tra Cina e Occidente, il cibo caldo e il sapore locale sono tutti. I dipendenti della reception sono entusiasti e educati, e sono confortevoli da guidare all'iniziativa a rispondere con pazienza. È una piacevole esperienza di un oggetto che vale molto.

XXiaozhishushuSDato che viaggiavamo fuori stagione, c'erano molte opzioni di hotel!! Abbiamo scelto questo, ed era molto meglio di quanto pensassi. Il servizio della ragazza alla reception dell'hotel è stato davvero ottimo, anche nel cuore della notte!! È stata molto paziente, ma si è dimenticata di chiedermi il nome~ Dato che c'era una stanza libera, la ragazza mi ha dato un upgrade a una camera mansardata. La stanza era molto grande, con stereo, detersivo per il bucato, kit medico e tutto il necessario!! In breve, il servizio è stato davvero buono, ma l'unico inconveniente è stato che l'hotel non aveva un parcheggio privato🅿️, quindi siamo arrivati tardi e non c'era posto auto, quindi abbiamo potuto parcheggiare solo davanti all'ingresso. Anche se la reception ha accettato di aiutare a prendersi cura dello zio👮, alla fine è stato comunque pubblicato, ma non importa, la cosa più importante è divertirsi‼️

Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.
Location:**
Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

LLim fu hwaL'hotel è molto bello, si sente lussuoso, ha detto vicino all'aeroporto, ma è a 15 km da. Fornisce l'aeroporto di pick-up, ma è necessario fare numerose chiamate. Forniscono solo spedizione all'aeroporto da 6am-8am. Metro proprio davanti all'hotel. La colazione è ragionevolmente buona.

UUtente ospiteWe had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean.
Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.
