Hotel con colazione a Wuhan

Ambiente: Molto pulito Servizio: Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto gentili e attenti; hanno risolto prontamente qualsiasi problema quando ho chiamato. Pulizia: Estremamente pulito; ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole. Strutture: Ben tenute. La receptionist mi ha offerto un upgrade della camera, il che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Stamattina ho persino visto l'alba! La stazione della metropolitana è proprio sotto, molto comoda, e si può anche arrivare in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Wuhan!

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, con negozi di alimentari e chioschi gastronomici locali. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus è proprio dietro l'angolo. L'hotel è un edificio storico, ristrutturato. Gli interni dell'hotel ricordano l'età dell'oro dell'antica Cina, e ne apprezziamo gli arredi tradizionali. L'ascensore è un vecchio macchinario con spazio limitato (circa 2 persone, che mi ricorda l'ascensore di un vecchio palazzo di Manhattan). Ma non è un problema per la vita moderna.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente soddisfacente. La stanza è pulita e pulita, la luce e l'aria sono molto puliti, il letto è morbido e confortevole e il sonno è molto sicuro.Il servizio di ricezione è molto attento, il soggiorno è molto veloce e il trasporto è conveniente. L'ambiente generale è tranquillo e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto. La prossima volta sceglieremo qui e vi consigliamo davvero.

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

La posizione è molto tranquilla, ma non è facile andare a Hankou, ma non è facile andare in auto. La vista dall'hotel è molto piacevole e l'accesso al Club Floor è un trattamento per chi vuole un po' di spurgo. Il personale è generalmente molto utile in lobby e club. La stanza era pulita e il personale di custodia è molto attento. I suoni di strada possono essere sentiti in camera, anche se le attività esterne si fermano al letto. Vi sono state molte famiglie in hotel con ospiti di tutte le età. Grande scelta per qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore!

國慶武漢遊住了好幾天，點評 環境：不錯，地鐵就在對面，樓下面就是湖，周邊好幾家商場，還有萬松園美食街，吃飯很方便 設施：有點太老了，電視又小又模糊，窗可以打開但是關不緊，下面廣場舞的聲音會飄上來，大堂就幾個座位，人多了根本沒地方坐 衞生：還行，但是打掃的有點晚，下午回到酒店剛打掃好…… 服務：很差，2點多到酒店告知不能入住房間還沒打掃好，先辦理了手續交了按金，等一圈玩好了晚上回到酒店，拿房卡了告知還沒做，還要繼續等待，體驗很差，下午大堂有現煮熱乾麪，換過幾個人煮，都不戴口罩，有位小哥還在那裡挖鼻子 很不衞生，酒店明明有外賣機器人，但是利用率很差，等了半小時多也未見機器人，衹能自己下去拿，服務基本上稀爛和掛牌5星完全不沾邊 早餐:品種還算多，當地特色的美食不多，中餐的熱乾麪不錯，西餐不好吃 總體一般，和5星不符，也就位置好，其他很一般

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

We stayed in room 11xx - arriving late from Beijing, the staff were prompt and the check in experience was very smooth; our room was cozy too. We opted for a late Breakfast buffet and went off on a Wuhan city tour on a Rainy Sunday morning.I would like to mention a few staff who were extremely friendly and helpful, Ms Dora Zhou who offered exemplary service to attend to the numerous occasions where I sought help to resolve the challenges as a non native Chinese tourist.
