Hotel con colazione a Wuhan

Tutto era perfettamente preparato prima che arrivassi con i miei due colleghi.La stanza è pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. Qui vorrei ringraziare specificamente la signorina Hu dalla ricezione. Non solo perché mi ha aiutato a organizzare la spedizione 30 kg, ma anche mi ha aiutato ad acquistare uno strumento speciale online e è stato consegnato in 20 minuti. Questo mi ha risparmiato molto tempo e mal di testa. Senza il suo aiuto, mi saresti messo nei guai. Ecco perche' la mia speciale ringraziamento a Miss Hu. Ovviamente altri dipendenti dell'hotel sono anche con cuore caldo. In breve, è un piacevole soggiorno e viaggio nel vostro hotel. Mi aspetto di visitare il tuo hotel di nuovo in un prossimo futuro.

Questo hotel ha una posizione ideale sulla strada Qindao. È anche vicino alla strada Jianghan Pedestrian. Il personale dell'hotel è stato amichevole, utile e attento. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto comodo. L'hotel era pulito e le camere sono lussuose. Ci hanno dato regali gratuiti e hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza gratuitamente quando hanno visto la nostra famiglia. Era una esperienza molto confortevole. Sicuramente tornerà. L'ambiente circostante è grande per le foto, quindi portate qualcosa di fantasma che si potrebbe volere prendere una foto professionale in 🤗 (non richiesto, ma sarebbe un plus). Oh, la stanza intelligente era anche un plus. Il robot AI potrebbe accendere la luce e A/C, chiudere le tende e ordinare gli scarpetti extra o qualsiasi cosa ci serve dal ricevitore.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente soddisfacente. La stanza è pulita e pulita, la luce e l'aria sono molto puliti, il letto è morbido e confortevole e il sonno è molto sicuro.Il servizio di ricezione è molto attento, il soggiorno è molto veloce e il trasporto è conveniente. Recentemente sono rimasto al Somerset Future Center Wuhan, ed è stato profondamente impressionato da tutti gli aspetti della mia esperienza, le camere sono spaziose, bellemente decorate e impecabilmente pulite, fornendo un vero senso di conforto e relax. Offre l'equilibrio ideale di comodità e tranquillità. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli: da ricevimento, custodia, palestra e cena. Le nostre richieste speciali sono soddisfatte, possiamo prendere in prestito sedie a rotelle per aiutare mia madre a viaggiare intorno, e siamo estremamente grati. Durante il mio soggiorno, ho avuto il privilegio di conoscere alcuni meravigliosi staff come Daisy, Kylie e Amy dal ristorante, che erano assolutamente meravigliosi, attenti e sempre disposti a fare un giro di viaggio per assicurare una grande esperienza. Il colazione era eccellente, con una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. Questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Certamente lo prenotiamo di nuovo quando torneremo a Wuhan. Fino a quel momento, vediamoci e grazie per l'ottima esperienza!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e l'atmosfera generale era tranquilla e lussuosa. Quello che ha fatto davvero la mia esperienza speciale è stato l'eccellente servizio. Il personale era amichevole e sempre pronto a assistere. Un grande grido al team di custodia 11th-floor erano incredibilmente pensanti, attrarre attenzione ai piccoli dettagli che mi hanno reso ancora meglio. Raccomando molto questo hotel e sicuramente rimarrò qui!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Fantastico soggiorno a quattro punti da Sheraton Il mio recente soggiorno è stato eccellente per le seguenti ragioni 1. Comfortabile e pulito: la camera era spaziale, pulita e aveva un letto super comodo. 2. Servizio eccellente: il personale era amichevole e andava oltre e sopra per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole. 3. Posizione conveniente: L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale vicino alle opzioni di metro e cena. 4. Grandi impianti: le strutture dell'hotel, compreso il centro fitness e il ristorante in loco, erano eccellenti. In generale, consiglio molto quattro punti da Sheraton per un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.
