With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. 重重新出發Rediscover JourneyLe strutture dell'hotel sono grandi, il personale è amichevole soprattutto l'agente di front desk Mia, ci ha dato una stanza che abbiamo chiesto e un grande sostegno durante il nostro soggiorno, sicuramente sarà tornata la prossima volta per lei. In ogni caso, un altro agente come l'estate ha bisogno di un po'di miglioramento con un sorriso più grande e un saluto agli ospiti all'arrivo e un saluto ogni volta che incontrano.

KKaz T.Had a lovely stay at Yicheng. From entry the front desk team welcomed us warmly and provided hot coffee/team as we were checking in. Room was great and the beds were comfortable. We booked a family room and the room was spacious enough even we had 6 luggages as we are travelling for a month. Breakfast was also good with fair choices and we had a lovely lady looking after us for the few days we stayed. The hotel was fairly close to the shopping centres but still a 10 to 15 minute walk but overall we had a great stay.

OOoiksWill I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

EEthan Matthew HuntSono venuto dal Canada per il mio viaggio d'affari, questo è assolutamente un gemello nascosto che si presenta anche il Hilton sotto! Ho avuto un soggiorno assolutamente inoltrabile al Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel.Questo posto è un capolavoro di ospitalità moderna. Se stai cercando lusso senza rompere la banca, non guardare più. Inizieremo con la vista: dalla mia stanza ho avuto un panorama impressionante del fiume Yangtze, con un sedile di fila anteriore alla linea di cielo di stile cyberpunk di Wuhan. I ponti brillanti, tra cui il ponte Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge e Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, illuminano la notte come qualcosa da un film sci-fi. Per toccarlo, si può anche vedere la storico Torre di Crane Giallo, mescolando l’antico con l’ultramoderno in modo che’’ visivamente stupenda e emotivamente muovendo. Il design interno dell'hotel è incredibilmente elegante e lussuoso. È un'idea di cinque stelle, illuminazione moderna, pavimento in legno senza spot, mobili eleganti, e una bagno come il bagno che si sente direttamente fuori da una rivista di design di alta qualità. E' il tipo di posto che ti fa fermare e dire: ”Wow”, il momento in cui entra. Ho soggiornato al Hilton, situato solo a pochi passi, e mentre è buono, Beike Hotel lo butta fuori dall'acqua in termini di valore, design e esperienza complessiva. Il personale, in particolare la calda e professionale signora Liu, è stato incredibilmente utile, attento e il servizio gentile è stato impeccabile. Se sei un viaggiatore che apprezza esperienze uniche, il lusso su un bilancio e una fusione di stile futuristico con ricco patrimonio culturale, questo è l'hotel a prenotare a Wuhan. Non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza. Tornerò certamente, e quando lo farò, non penserò nemmeno a rimanere altrove.

UUtente ospiteOverall experience was good. Staff were nice and our needs were attended to right away. Just noted a few things: The AC on the room was not working well, it was too warm we had to transfer to a new room. Then the new room we transferred to was smaller. AC was ok. The problem though was the sheets have old and musty smell and the tub drain was broken. Quite an experience for a Continental Club/VIP suite. Oh by the way, no bidet 😆

BBecca-Mary-JaneChe favoloso hotel boutique eccentrico in una posizione fantastica per esplorare l'area culturale di Hankou Bund, il posto perfetto per una passeggiata lungo il parco fluviale, il bund, le stradine secondarie e lo shopping sul fiume principale. La nostra camera si affacciava sul fiume Yangtze, quindi abbiamo avuto uno spettacolo di luci incredibile lungo la riva del fiume ogni sera fino alle 22:00. La camera era pulita e il letto grande e comodo, e siamo stati contenti della vasca da bagno (insieme alla doccia separata). Il personale era fantastico e nonostante la nostra mancanza di cinese sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno sempre trovato qualcuno che parlasse inglese se necessario. La colazione era sana e varia, con di tutto, dai dolci al Re Gan Mian. L'hotel aveva un sacco di servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito, dalla lavanderia completamente attrezzata (fantastica dato che avevamo viaggiato un po'), alla palestra e a un favoloso bar sul tetto con terrazza. Tutto sommato un'esperienza fantastica e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

CCaphibinnaAt first i was a little disappointed because it was in an old facility, and some of the things in the apartment were a little old, but the view was nice, and the apartment was very comfortable. The service was quick and fast, there’s was no time to waste. Overall, it was good.
