Hotel con parcheggio a Wuhan

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Somerset Future Center Wuhan, ed è stato profondamente impressionato da tutti gli aspetti della mia esperienza, le camere sono spaziose, bellemente decorate e impecabilmente pulite, fornendo un vero senso di conforto e relax. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il tranquillo posto dell'hotel, nonostante fosse in una posizione perfetta. È vicino alle attrazioni chiave, al cibo, al shopping e al cinema. Offre l'equilibrio ideale di comodità e tranquillità. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli: da ricevimento, custodia, palestra e cena. Le nostre richieste speciali sono soddisfatte, possiamo prendere in prestito sedie a rotelle per aiutare mia madre a viaggiare intorno, e siamo estremamente grati. Durante il mio soggiorno, ho avuto il privilegio di conoscere alcuni meravigliosi staff come Daisy, Kylie e Amy dal ristorante, che erano assolutamente meravigliosi, attenti e sempre disposti a fare un giro di viaggio per assicurare una grande esperienza. Il colazione era eccellente, con una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. Questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Certamente lo prenotiamo di nuovo quando torneremo a Wuhan. Fino a quel momento, vediamoci e grazie per l'ottima esperienza!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

Shell Hotel (Lanjia Road Metro Station World Trade Jinshang Yangtze River Branch) Recensione Come ospite leale e ritornante, sono felice di condividere la mia esperienza più recente all'Hotel Shell. Questo soggiorno ha ancora una volta superato tutte le mie aspettative, confermando la mia convinzione che questo hotel è il secondo a nessuno. Qualità: L'Hotel Shell offre una qualità superiore in tutti i modi, dalla pulizia della prigione al servizio impeccabile, si trova sopra la testa e le spalle dell'Hilton Hotel. L'attenzione ai dettagli e l'impegno per l'eccellenza sono evidenti in ogni angolo dell'hotel. Scenari: La vista dell'hotel è interessante: che siate intorno al paesaggio urbano o godete di un ambiente tranquillo, il paesaggio è in paragone a quello di Hilton. La posizione dell'hotel vicino alla stazione di metropolitana e al World Trade Center aggiunge anche il suo fascino. Prezzi: Nonostante la sua qualità e la sua splendida scena, l'hotel Shell offre un prezzo più ragionevole di quello di Hilton, rendendolo un'opzione ancora più attraente per i viaggiatori come me. In qualità di viaggiatore esperto, posso dire con fiducia che questo hotel offre un livello di comfort, lusso e comodità che non è compatibile con l'Hilton Hotel al piano di sotto. Lo consiglio molto a chiunque cerca un'esperienza hotel superiore in città.

Per la prima volta rimasi qui. L'hotel era molto ben situato nel centro. Il personale del dipartimento frontale mi ha dato un aggiornamento alla loro camera esecutiva con vista uccidevole. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Digita davvero la vista del lago e dei quartieri finanziari sotto, preferirei un giorno più soleggiato per una migliore visibilità, ma durante il mio soggiorno, era sconvolto e la vista disgustosa era piuttosto fredda. La colazione è finita un po' presto, ma ha avuto alcune opzioni alimentari decenti. Il personale del bar non conosceva le carte di credito o Apple Pay, ma in realtà la loro manutenzione lavorava con il mio Amex su iPhone. Ho dovuto lavorare con lei e il suo manager, quindi ricordatevi se si usano queste opzioni. Raccomanderò di scegliere CNY sulla macchina POS e avere la vostra banca fare il cambio di valuta. Le loro tariffe di dispositivo POS 5.5% commissione se si sceglie Dollaro o equivalente.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

La posizione è superba, proprio sulla via pedonale. È facilissimo da trovare e dispone di parcheggio, facilmente raggiungibile anche in auto. Sotto l'hotel si trovano Hey Tea e Molly Tea. L'hotel offre un ottimo servizio clienti: sarete accolti con un sorriso o un saluto cordiale alla reception. L'hotel ha due ascensori: uno che porta direttamente al centro commerciale e sale fino all'ottavo piano, dove si trovano le camere, e l'altro, situato vicino alla sala da tè, che porta anch'esso all'ottavo piano. All'ottavo piano si trova la reception. La stazione della metropolitana, con la linea rosa che porta direttamente all'aeroporto, è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile.

Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)
