Hotel con parcheggio a Wuhan

Tutto era perfettamente preparato prima che arrivassi con i miei due colleghi.La stanza è pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. Qui vorrei ringraziare specificamente la signorina Hu dalla ricezione. Non solo perché mi ha aiutato a organizzare la spedizione 30 kg, ma anche mi ha aiutato ad acquistare uno strumento speciale online e è stato consegnato in 20 minuti. Questo mi ha risparmiato molto tempo e mal di testa. Senza il suo aiuto, mi saresti messo nei guai. Ecco perche' la mia speciale ringraziamento a Miss Hu. Ovviamente altri dipendenti dell'hotel sono anche con cuore caldo. In breve, è un piacevole soggiorno e viaggio nel vostro hotel. Mi aspetto di visitare il tuo hotel di nuovo in un prossimo futuro.

Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

La posizione è molto tranquilla, ma non è facile andare a Hankou, ma non è facile andare in auto. La vista dall'hotel è molto piacevole e l'accesso al Club Floor è un trattamento per chi vuole un po' di spurgo. Il personale è generalmente molto utile in lobby e club. La stanza era pulita e il personale di custodia è molto attento. I suoni di strada possono essere sentiti in camera, anche se le attività esterne si fermano al letto. Vi sono state molte famiglie in hotel con ospiti di tutte le età. Grande scelta per qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore!

Hanno lavastoviglie, ma non c'è fornitura di detergenti per lavare i bagni. Spero che la prossima volta possano preparare i clienti.

Shell Hotel (Lanjia Road Metro Station World Trade Jinshang Yangtze River Branch) Recensione Come ospite leale e ritornante, sono felice di condividere la mia esperienza più recente all'Hotel Shell. Questo soggiorno ha ancora una volta superato tutte le mie aspettative, confermando la mia convinzione che questo hotel è il secondo a nessuno. Qualità: L'Hotel Shell offre una qualità superiore in tutti i modi, dalla pulizia della prigione al servizio impeccabile, si trova sopra la testa e le spalle dell'Hilton Hotel. L'attenzione ai dettagli e l'impegno per l'eccellenza sono evidenti in ogni angolo dell'hotel. Scenari: La vista dell'hotel è interessante: che siate intorno al paesaggio urbano o godete di un ambiente tranquillo, il paesaggio è in paragone a quello di Hilton. La posizione dell'hotel vicino alla stazione di metropolitana e al World Trade Center aggiunge anche il suo fascino. Prezzi: Nonostante la sua qualità e la sua splendida scena, l'hotel Shell offre un prezzo più ragionevole di quello di Hilton, rendendolo un'opzione ancora più attraente per i viaggiatori come me. Esperienza generale: In conclusione, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Shell è stato ancora una volta eccezionale. In qualità di viaggiatore esperto, posso dire con fiducia che questo hotel offre un livello di comfort, lusso e comodità che non è compatibile con l'Hilton Hotel al piano di sotto. Lo consiglio molto a chiunque cerca un'esperienza hotel superiore in città.

國慶武漢遊住了好幾天，點評 環境：不錯，地鐵就在對面，樓下面就是湖，周邊好幾家商場，還有萬松園美食街，吃飯很方便 設施：有點太老了，電視又小又模糊，窗可以打開但是關不緊，下面廣場舞的聲音會飄上來，大堂就幾個座位，人多了根本沒地方坐 衞生：還行，但是打掃的有點晚，下午回到酒店剛打掃好…… 服務：很差，2點多到酒店告知不能入住房間還沒打掃好，先辦理了手續交了按金，等一圈玩好了晚上回到酒店，拿房卡了告知還沒做，還要繼續等待，體驗很差，下午大堂有現煮熱乾麪，換過幾個人煮，都不戴口罩，有位小哥還在那裡挖鼻子 很不衞生，酒店明明有外賣機器人，但是利用率很差，等了半小時多也未見機器人，衹能自己下去拿，服務基本上稀爛和掛牌5星完全不沾邊 早餐:品種還算多，當地特色的美食不多，中餐的熱乾麪不錯，西餐不好吃 總體一般，和5星不符，也就位置好，其他很一般

Located just right above Jianghan Shopping walking street, very convenient to get food or shopping. Room is recently renovated so it is very new, but found some food crumbs along the bed edges on first day on check-in. Thoughtful layout as well. However, there is this green led that illuminates the dark room at night when all lights are off, resulted me in having 2 sleepless night. The window lock is also spoilt, and during one of the windy days the window was ****** out suddenly that shocked my kids.

設施：設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，還有洗衣服 衞生：基本上頭一天晚上使用的浴巾洗漱用品，第二天中午就已經都換新了，垃圾桶桌面，包括被子枕頭也都收拾的乾乾淨淨，不影響日常使用 環境：環境優美，房間無異味，大床房有大窗户可以俯瞰風景 服務：前台小姐姐不僅好看，人也很好，晚上11點辦理的入住，不到5分鐘就辦理好了，給小姐姐點贊！
