Although this hostel is clean, there's many issue although it is the price you pay for it. 1. Yes it was listed to have KTV nearby, but wasn't expect to hear it very loud like it was next door, yet it was down one level. Walls are super thin, so you can hear from the common room if people are singing. There was a group of aunties and uncles singing between 8-10pm. If planning to sleep before 10pm, make sure to wear earplugs otherwise wait till 10pm. 2. Key card having so much issues and it wasn't just me, but my roommates as well. Opening locker was a pain in the ass, literally tapping non stop yet had to get it reactivated, and going back to receptionist many times, only to be told: once u tap the keycard, push in then pull it opened, and it did. 3. Lack of aircon in room to adjust, it is fixed, so if it's too hot, will need to bear with it. Temperature is alright the longer you are in the room. 4. The mattress js as if it's like sleeping on those Chinese wood bed without the mattress. I love my bed firm, but mine felt like it had a plank than the mattress underneath it. Bed is super creaky so every single move made a sound, felt like it was just mine. The mattress is sitting on top of a wood plank on top of the bunk bed, which is interesting. At least it straightened my posture. 5. The toilets are like public toilets where you must remember to carry toilet paper with you otherwise there's none awaiting you in there. Lots of squats so really good for many people living. 6. For the shower rooms, make sure to close the curtain properly otherwise privacy is gone, door is just a curtain 3/4 full. Water pressure is great, lots of space to move around, both dry and wet area, lots of space to store stuff too. 7. Location is great, like really nice. Getting to the metro felt sketchy at first but it is close by 7min walk. Surrounded by Chinese sports brands, you have milk tea stores near by as well as food. Can see the Yellow Cane tower as well. Luckin coffee is opposite of the building. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but the price is actually good for what you get, just not the best but it does have everything you need that are basic level.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Povera atteggiamento di servizio – prenotato per il mio capo e mi sentivo imbarazzato Ho prenotato due camere per il mio capo durante il loro lungo viaggio d'affari in molte città in Cina – un singolo e un triplo.Due giorni prima dell'iscrizione, l'hotel mi ha contattato via l'app e mi ha chiesto di collegare su WeChat. Sono d'accordo, pensando che fosse solo per una comunicazione più facile. Su WeChat, il rappresentante dell'hotel mi ha improvvisamente detto di cancellare la prenotazione per una ”urgente questione di manutenzione”. Tuttavia, ho controllato Trip.com e ho visto che l'hotel accettava ancora nuove prenotazioni per le stesse date. Annullare l'ultimo minuto (solo prima di un fine settimana) significarebbe un prezzo molto più alto per gli hotel alternativi. E' uscito a guardare molto lentamente e si e' giaceto in alto, che il mio capo ha trovato estremamente rude e poco professionale. Il mio capo è arrivato prima dell'orario ufficiale di check-in e ha lasciato il bagaglio al desktop. Poche ore dopo, lo stesso membro del personale ha continuato a chiamare e a mandare messaggi ininterrotti, e mi ha fatto venire il capo e ha chiesto se potesse mettergli il bagaglio in camera senza il permesso. Il mio capo ha soggiornato in molti hotel, ma non ha mai avuto un servizio così spinoso e strano. Come persona che ha fatto la prenotazione per il mio capo, mi sentivo molto imbarazzata. L'atteggiamento e la manipolazione qui sono del tutto inaccettabili. Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno, soprattutto a viaggiatori di business.

Very new hostel and you can tell. Everything is very clean and really good quality. The woman who let me in spoke good English and was really helpful in giving me suggestions for the area. She even gave me a refund for the night I didn't end up staying - nothing to do with the hotel, though! Would definitely recommend

Had a very good stay in this hotel. Clean, cozy and spacious room yet the price is very affordable. My room was upgraded for free upon check in which is a pleasant surprise. The front counter staff is very helpful and attentive. Room was cleaned everyday without fail during my stay. The location is strategic, just a short walk to subway station, shopping mall and food street just right at the corner. Really a perfect stay and couldn’t ask for more.

La vista sul lago dell'appartamento è stupenda e c'è molta luce naturale. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, tra cui un microonde e una lavatrice. La pulizia circostante, tuttavia, ha bisogno di miglioramenti. Dall'ascensore al corridoio non è molto pulito. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e consiglierei questo posto. È a pochi passi dalla linea 7 della metropolitana di Wuhan e dal centro commerciale Mixc.
