The location is decent. We mostly used Didi to get around and most places were about 15–25 minutes away. We didn’t explore many shops or eateries nearby since food delivery via ******* was very convenient, and the robot delivered orders directly to the room. The room size was comfortable and the pillows were great. One thing to note is that you need to know how to properly adjust the air conditioning system, otherwise the room can become quite cold when the outdoor temperature drops. Housekeeping, however, seemed inconsistent. Amenities were not always refilled promptly, and we’re not sure why the extra blanket layer was removed during the first day of cleaning and never returned for the rest of our stay, even after we requested it. While the hotel is responsive via WeChat and replies quickly, the follow-up could be improved. For example, the TV network in our room did not work. A technician was sent to check, but after several attempts over three days, we were simply informed that it could not be fixed, and no alternative solution or recovery was offered. Overall, the stay was comfortable in terms of space and basic amenities, but service consistency and issue resolution could definitely be improved.

The place is good for family outing. I love the room that I booked. It was really infront of the lake and the vibe is reallt cool. We had fun kayaking and a bit of hiking. We Morning and night swimming was great too although it was not a heated pool and not that clean. They also have water golf but we were not able to experience it cause it's under renovation. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.We tried their barbeque on dinner time and it was actually good. Over all, we had a memorable stay in this place.

I rebooked for my 2nd time consecutive 2 night stay. I was satisfied and very happy with the same room given, which got upgraded to a window room, quiet, spacious, clean, no odor and cozy room with super comfortable king size bed and soft/ deep sleep pillows. This is one of reasons i chose to return. Aircond is quiet and adjustable to the desired temperature. Good sound proof windows though it’s near the main roads. The room is equipped with high speed wifi, and a table and chair which I was able to work in the room comfortably. Free luggage storage, free washing + dryer service, late check out at 2pm, reasonable late check out at request. Warm welcomed by the same friendly, young and pleasant staffs (Xiao Xu, Xiao Zhou, Xiao Zhang, etc), provided a great services at their best and trying to accommodate my small requests. Thank you for allowing me to work few hours in the cafe after check out, that was very helpful so that i was able to complete some urgent tasks before my next journey. Recommended for biz travelers at this reasonable rate at a centrally location surrounded by many eateries and walking distance in between two metro lines. One suggestion to improve the air in the lift and common area, so that it’s not stuffy with the cigarette smell, e.g. install air refresher or odorless spray

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

È situato proprio vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, e mentre non ci sono negozi o ristoranti velocemente conveniente nelle vicinanze, c'è un centro commerciale lungo la strada. Ho scelto questo hotel perché ho avuto un concerto al teatro Han Show che era una passeggiata veloce. La qualità del soggiorno per il prezzo è incongrua. La stanza era molto confortevole e spaziosa, e ho passato molto tempo guardando la TV anche all'interno. La stanza stessa ha un butler intelligente, e con una TV intelligente potevo anche gettare facilmente video dal mio iPad alla grande schermata. Inoltre hanno deliziosi snacks a tema arancione e anche la pasta dentale era gel arancione minti (anche pensavo fosse delizioso). Anche se pochi giorni potevo sentire un po' di fumo nel corridoio, l'hotel ha una politica rigorosa di non fumare, che mi ha reso più comodo (fornendo un numero che potresti chiamare se fumava). Il personale era molto piacevole e potevo anche tenere il mio bagaglio in frontiera dopo l'uscita, e prendere il mio tempo per vedere Wuhan prima di partire. (La fermata della metropolitana è sulla stessa linea della stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, quindi non è necessario trasferire, e anche ferma velocemente lontano dalla zona scenica del lago orientale, Torre della Crane Giallo, strada pedonale Jianghan e altro ancora).

Very good place. The only thing lacking is that I can't use my own phone to share screen on the projector screen but it still have good music The hotel is clean, cleaning service everyday are coming. The service through wechat is fast and surprisingly the hotel is very comfortable However if the weather is unstable For example spring where it's very cold at night and very hot at noon The hotel doesn't have heater so it's a bit inconvenient. Elsewhere it's all good. Oh it'll be quite confusing to get into the apartment. It's at a hidden place behind the building. And the lift is very inconvenient it take a long time to go in and out the room waiting for the lift to arrive because it's located in a tall apartment building where everyone are using the same lift

之前定的酒店不能帶寵物，自己大意了忘了這茬，到了地方臨時改地方。 酒店衞生差，滿地毛髮，溝通前台第二天改進，但也沒有實施，看我們衹用了一條浴巾（老婆用的自帶的），結果第二天居然就是剩的那條在，估計店方看反正你衹用了一條，節約成本😓。另外居然沒有放洗臉巾（第一天都用了），真的有點無語。
