The room is new, we still can smell the new paint smell. Windows are very small though. There is a street food nearby. Also, hotel provide free service to/from airport

The service in this hotel is really bad the front disk people are very rude and unprofessional. The shuttle will not come to the airport on time to pick you up it will take an hour or more after you arrive to pick you up and we asked them to drop us off at the airport one day before our flight on 7 am they said they do not have a shuttle at 7 am to the airport so we booked a taxi ourselves. When we first arrived they were late to pick us up at the airport so the front disk upgraded us give us two rooms because we were three people than they disabled our cards and four of them were knocked on our door to move to only one room. They are very rude people and I think they did not upgraded us they only wanted more money so they gave us two rooms so I complained to trip.com and they called then Also the customers stays in the hotel are villagers they don’t close their doors and they scream and yell all night horrible experience

I loved the Morden aesthetics of the hotel room and the lobby. Also the easy accessible washing machine and vending machines were a great touch. The massive wardrobe is great use of space and clean bathroom. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel next time.

Near the airport with convenient airport drop-off. Had to check out early and missed breakfast. Staff didn't speak English and were not very helpful.

從喀納斯飛機直飛烏魯木齊到機場取了行李晚上22:00多，酒店接機師傅打來電話，二號門上車拉我們和另外兩位客人一起回酒店，接送機服務都需要提前和酒店前台預約，是酒店的亮點，連續住了三天兩晚，途中包車去了吐魯番一日遊，第三天回京也是提前預約了酒店送機，司機師傅都幫忙裝運行李，態度和藹親切，漂亮的前台小姐姐小木小熱都特別熱情，每天給早餐券，早餐種類老爸老媽十分喜歡，油條，粽子玉米，小米粥，豆漿都是他們愛吃並常吃的，我和女兒由於睡得晚起的就晚沒有吃，但我們兩個非常喜歡酒店的送餐機器人，每晚點的奶茶宵夜都是它送，周邊餐飲很多很繁華。房間三人間很大，乾濕分離而且很大，各不影響。床上用品睡着也很舒服。贊

第一次寫一個評價這麼生氣 環境：衹能説裝的像個樣板間吧……晚上不隔音，旁邊説話都能聽着別人聊天睡着覺，第二天再頂個熊貓眼 服務：呵呵…這個服務真的絕了，一路遊玩到烏魯木齊，遇到的最差，前提最差的一個 一定要看着屋裡的所有物件喲，別被訛上了

酒店離高鐵站或者機場比較近，去市區的話衹要打車到附近的地鐵站就可以直達大巴扎。酒店自助早餐可選性比較少，建議增加一些湯粉/麪類窗口。房間裏的洗手間乾濕分離，但不知道為什麼會忽然聞到一些廁所異味，建議檢查下下水道。酒店有接送機場服務，這點不錯，總體挺滿意。

設施：基本都是新設施，挺適合轉機，或者過度一晚住宿的 衞生：乾淨整潔，很清爽，洗漱用品，床單，浴巾，都很乾凈，沒有異味，好評 環境：收拾的很整齊，空氣也挺好，不錯 服務：熱情，主動，積極，笑容迎客，連司機門衞都很棒，大大的贊 地窩堡機場免費接送機:在沒有主動聯繫酒店的前提下，酒店主動聯繫我們，確認人數，航班號，行李數量等，這個動作，我走過這麼多城市，他們家是獨一份，超棒 總結：細節決定成敗，這家酒店，非常細節，大力推進 沒拍照片很可惜

設施比較新，衞生乾淨，洗澡熱水足，沒注意有接機服務，自己打車過來的，地鐵時間太久，附近吃飯都是小飯館，我們打車去北京路吃的胖老漢椒麻雞，本地人推薦的，贈送的早餐還可以，牛奶雞蛋蛋炒飯，吐司麪包。唯一不足的就是空間不算很大，出遠門旅行，女孩子東西多有點擺不下，化粧鏡沒有摺疊小鏡子對近視眼不友好
