È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo qui! Adoriamo quanto sia comoda la posizione e quanto sia grande la loro Smart TV nella stanza. Puoi semplicemente connettere il tuo account Netflix/Youtube e rilassarti! L'unico neo sarebbero di nuovo le macchie sui tappeti. Spero che l'hotel faccia davvero qualcosa al riguardo.

Sono andato a Hong Kong solo per giorni per far visita a mio nipote che ora vive a Hong Kong e non mi aspettavo di trovare un buon hotel vicino alla MRT e al centro commerciale Ocean Terminal e di facile accesso a tutti i centri commerciali come K11 e quello di S. Bene, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile e anche i prezzi sono buoni la domenica sera! Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!

Good location. Room more spacious compare to same category hotel around. No toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap, soap, hand wash, drinking water, shaver provided. They will charge HKD30 if u want to keep your luggage for a while after check out. Very culculative hotel, keep luggage also need to pay.

Carpets in rooms are very dirty and the hotel service is bad. I called about a broken hair dryer but no one ever came to fix it. Location is good and the amenities are good. Good for short stay in city centre

Modern and stylist hotel. Staff were polite and check in was a breeze. Hotel room is considered very spacious given Hongkong's prices. Comfortable and clean room, water pressure is good. Breakfast spread was good. Definitely will visit again!

It's strange that the still requested the deposit which has not been required for many years. The light beside my pillow couldn't be turn off. I called front desk and I was told it's the night light. It cannot be turned off. How can you sleep with such bright light next to your face? Finally they agreed to remove the bulb for me. I waited another 30 min for the person do so.

Hotel location is superb! Surrounded by restaurants, convenient store & bars. Walking distance for Monorail stations!

Comfort place to stay, smooth check in and check out. Location wise. Is only 4 min walk to tsim sha tsui metro A2 station. Recommend to stay

Clean bed and room. But we have to wait for almost 2hrs upon check in as they said the room is still not ready. Cabinet is also small. There’s a small fridge and kettle, but no microwave, They only provide tea bags inside the room so if you like coffee you better bring or buy outside. Also, mineral water is not free but you can easily buy outside as there’s a nearby 7/11 store and a lot of restaurants. Location is near tsim sha tsui mrt. One good thing is if you check out and want to leave your luggages, you can use their free luggage cabinet. Just download their app.

Good location near the center and MTR. Upon check in, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room. When I enter to the room, get smoke smell, I ask room for change but staff said will send HK for spray, no room for change. I have to stay in this room for whole period, very disappointed. Not provide drinking water in the room, you can buy at convenient store near by.

The hotel room and bathroom are reasonably sized and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Location is fantastic too, just 5 mins walk to 2 subway stations. Can even walk to Victoria Harbour within 15 mins.

The location is amazing! Love it. Service is pretty bad. Sent an email to them 2 days prior my stay. Till the end of my 6 days stay, there is no reply. I was seeking for help for my Macau travel. The lady at the concierge was impatient and replied “Best not to go via that route if you haven’t purchased the ticket” and went to assist another customer. So if you are an experienced traveller in HK and doesn’t not need any direction, this is still a good location. HK has a new rule, they will not replenished any shower gel & amenities etc. I stayed there for 6 days with a friend. I have to bathe with shampoo as there is no shower gel left (it was less filled) on the last day and I am unable to open the lid to mix with water. So I will recommend only if you stay for less than 6 days. I didn’t read the fine prints. We have to pay extra to use the gym. So if gym is a must, do consider other hotels available. It is HKD $80 per pax.

I paid deposit hkd1000 and the receptionist said that the return will be done within 24 hours and yet I m waiting to receive it. I saw that other commented until 2 months also not receiving. I checked in 13-Sept and checked out 16-Sept, I changed the room twice. When they first assigned the room not according to what I need, I mentioned not to have the corner room and my room booking payment is not for the corner room - 618, then they swiped it to room 715, it's seems to be the corner room as well and the bed lamp is spoiled. The hotel location is good but the receptionist service so terribly bad. Sorry to say that I really feel bad to hong kong after this experience.
