酒店的位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，酒店也很乾凈，房間沒有異味，旁邊有一個大的購物超市東西很齊全，我們退房後發現東西忘記帶了，聯繫前台小姐姐，工作人員也很有耐心，找了幾次才找到，找到後也幫我郵寄了，下次有機會一定還定這個酒店

位置很好，可以步行到廣州塔。最感動的是，這個價位居然可以看到窗外的廣州塔。前台小妹服務態度很好，會主動關注到入住人員及時提供幫助。

衞生：較好，洗浴間很乾凈環境：位於繁華路段，周圍吃喝也很方便服務：比較好設施：基本沒問題，但是洗浴間沒有掛衣服和毛巾的地方，洗澡很不方便；吹風機比較舊不好用；沐浴露洗髮水不起泡不好用；房間特別不隔音，影響較大。

非常差勁，半夜兩點被敲醒讓換房間。酒店周圍都是城中村看起來非常不安全，房間地上鋪的地毯很臟，房間裏有不明臭味和蟑螂🪳不建議入住。無窗房型未標註無窗，前台服務差

Risposta dalla struttura: 親愛的友友，非常感謝您對小麗的選擇，當時因酒店整層下水道堵塞，房間浴室都往外溢水，迫於無奈連夜請師傅疏通下水道，您反饋有噪音，酒店本着讓您能更好的休息給您更換房間，因此給您帶來不好的入住體驗小麗十分抱歉，您預訂的是雅緻大床，窗户屬於內窗，預訂頁面都是有標註的哈，不然平台也不會給我們審核通過呢，您在退房時要求退還整晚房費，小麗也是給與您一定的補償，您也是接受了補償，小麗實在是委屈，也感到非常抱歉。

位置好，離廣州塔只有步行的距離。空調很安靜。前台服務態度很好。耳機忘記了，幫我寄出。發票也主動提醒我開。唯一美中不足就是沒有自己的餐廳，早餐在對面點心鋪。不過，廣州這個位置很不錯了。
