It was quite a wonderful stay. The environment and access to food is good. Shops are around and you have access to a lotttt of vietnamese food. Some arabic food too and convenient stall... its in a good location. You will never have issue with parking as well. there is a lot of parking here. Staff are friendly and breakfast is decent. 7.5/10 Will consider coming back again if i am around :)

Accommodating and friendly front desk staff with great dining options in Bankstown sports. Unfortunately my room left a lot to be desired: long black hairs on hand towel, shower towel, clumps in the corner of the room, toilet seat & bowl had stains, the shower towel smelt as if it had been used, and there was only one towel despite being a twin room. I'll chalk it up to a rushed cleaning job but pretty disappointing to be presented with that. Hope the other rooms are cleaner.

Room is nice and big. Just that there are no toiletries or bottled water provided. Location is nice as it's close to my work place. Recommend to try the Vietnamese pho and food around the hotel.

Lots of food in the venue, located inside the rsl, free parking

Reception of the hotel is not easily accessible. It took us 15 minutes to find it, asked multiple people. Very disappointing.

Put ot this way.. I'll see them in court Verbal abuse or toxic rude behaviour to anyone is not acceptable nor is it towards my Autistic daughter. Leaving me in a severe anxiety attack infront of my daughter. Shame on him and accor hotels. Thanks to the club manager that listen to me but shortly after I asked for water as there is usually 2 bottles in the fridge. They argued on the phone with my daughter saying it was 4 an 6 dollars. I didn't care I needed water as my anxiety attack got so bad I was choking. So instead I put my head in the sink used the tap drank from it the cups we covered in dust
