Hotel in zona Elm-tree Field, Tokyo

Situazione a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR Shimbashi, il personale è buono e aiutare pieno sempre con il viso sorridente, la stanza è stata decente pulita e molto fantastico. Molto consigliato!!

Staff was always welcoming and helpful, however the room was very very small; no underbed storage, so very difficult to open luggage (only on top of the bed).

La camera era grande all'incirca quanto un hotel di Tokyo e la posizione era effettivamente a 8-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, il che per me è stato fantastico. This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

All'hotel ci siamo trasferiti per quattro notti alla fine di marzo. La posizione è tranquilla e a pochi passi da Ginza e Shimbashi. È anche conveniente prendere qualche fermata a Aqua City. Non ci sono molti ristoranti in questa zona, quindi è consigliabile fare shopping o prendere un pasto prima di tornare all'hotel. La stanza fornita può ospitare più di 3-4 persone, ma vi è un costo aggiuntivo di 3000 yen per persona se si prenota per due. Il bagno e il bagno sono separati, che consentono di avere una più ricreativa esperienza di doccia, e una delle carenze della stanza è stata la mancanza di spazio per l'abbigliamento, perché non c'erano abbastanza gabinetti o spazio per la pendenza. Inoltre, la vista dal piano inferiore ha visto il giardino dell'edificio. In generale, consiglierei questo hotel se stai cercando una serata tranquilla dopo aver esplorato le aree inondate.

Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The staff from concierge, to Saryoh club lounge, restaurants and the Spa were amazing. We stayed here for a 15 year anniversary and the staff ensured we celebrated and enjoyed all moments. Shout out to the Tepanyaki chef from Hokkaido who has been with The Capitol Tokyu for over 15 years, from preparing a remarkable and unforgettable meal. The hotel and its staff really make their residents feel extra special. Well done

Ho soggiornato al Club Intercontinental Junior Suite Luna. Il servizio nel club lounge era calmo e le camere sono state ampiamente rinnovate e molto pulite e confortevoli. Il tè del pomeriggio era la giusta quantità ed era delizioso con il tè di Ronnefeld. Tuttavia, la vista è sottile perché l'hotel in sé è vecchio e le finestre sono strette.

La stanza era di dimensioni adeguate rispetto alle stanze più piccole che ero solito trovare a Shinjuku. C'è un minimarket proprio davanti all'hotel e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione più vicina. Nel complesso ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno.

A real gorgeous hotel with the most spectacular view I have seen. You can lose yourself just looking at the passing ferries and skyline. Very beautiful lounge areas. Lobby a tad small. Reception is impersonal and brisk. But I received great service from the bellboy who can speak Indonesian! What amazing experience. Although there's station outside the hotel but the main subway lines we used often are 10mins walk. Midway there's a beautiful large public park with ducks ponds etc (pay small fee). Walk is a little tiring at end of shopping trips and winter cold though. Overall 9/10.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!
