The hotel was very nice. However, to use the swimming pool, I was given a locker key to change into a swimsuit, but there was a charge(room charge.) I was embarrassed because there was no explanation in advance that a fee would be charged. I hope to be informed enough in the future.

Siamo una famiglia di 4, che soggiorna 9 notti al Pullman Tamachi in 2 camere adiacenti. La nostra esperienza dell'hotel e in particolare del personale è stata eccezionale. Abbiamo ricevuto generosamente un check-in precoce e un check-out molto tardivo (possibile aiuto dal mio status di Diamond All.Accor) che ha reso più facile gestire il nostro giorno di arrivo e di partenza. Grazie Jakapun (direttore delle camere) Le camere erano generose in dimensioni, ben designate e ben arredate. Il colazione nel principale ristorante era grande con una vasta gamma di opzioni. Il personale era attento e il cibo era riempito come necessario. La posizione era perfetta per noi, a piedi dalla linea principale che collega le stazioni più occupate, ma lontano dalla caserma per offrire un santuario molto bisognoso, evidenziato dal tetto giardino superiore, terrazza e salone esecutivo. Il più grande lode va al personale del salone esecutivo, guidato da Jordan e Masa e il loro grande personale di supporto, ma non vedo ancora che il personale di tutto il mondo offre i livelli di servizio che tutti hanno fornito durante il nostro soggiorno. Da chiedere a noi cosa ci piace e cosa ci pensavamo, da offrire opzioni, fare prenotazioni e inviare e-mail frequenti con istruzioni e i percorsi elencate, hanno fatto della nostra esperienza a Tokyo una memorabile per la mia famiglia. La loro attenzione al dettaglio, entusiasmo e piacere di sentire abbiamo avuto un grande giorno sulla base delle loro raccomandazioni, ha fatto la differenza. Wonderful experience with very friendly staff! The room was clean and tidy. I especially enjoyed the welcome drinks! All the daily products such as lotion, face cleanser and toothbrush are all very high quality. I especially like the design of the room which the toilet is separated into dry and wet sections. Highly recommended!!!

Nice hotel at a nice location, easy connection to the JR station and AirPort Express train to Haneda airport.

Aman Tokyo ha fissato una nuova norma per prodotti estremamente duri. nonostante un incidente nella nostra prima notte, quando siamo tornati dal pranzo per trovare la nostra stanza non pulita, il manager del desk front si è prontamente scusato e ha offerto bevande complimentarie. Il capo della casa ci ha anche scusato per colazione e ci ha fatto doccia con gesti sofisticati come un piatto di frutta e lavanderia gratuita, e poi il nostro soggiorno era innocente. Aman Tokyo è anche un'incredibile struttura e design, nonché una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Otemachi, alla stazione di Tokyo, al Palazzo Imperiale e a Ginza. Le camere generosamente dimensioni, a partire da 70 metri quadrati, hanno tetti alti in tutto, con vista inoltrabile dei giardini imperiali dal letto. According to the price overall nothing to special I can write. The staff should be polite and humble with the guest in the reception desk . Cleaning wasn't good specially the floor mat . It was dusty and I feel uncomfortable. Overall we had great time. 👍

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Anche se la posizione è un po' lontana dalla stazione JR. Ma la qualità complessiva e le prestazioni erano eccezionali. Quindi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel!
