Hotel staff were exceptional. Stayed in the Pokémon room which was a blast for our children. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The location was good, easy to get to from the subway. Close to the Tsukiji fish market too. A bit expensive but for one night OK

All staff (counter and cleaners) are extremely attentive and helpful. Provided assistance with the luggage forwarding too. :) Location is within close proximity of the stations and a few restaurants. Cleanliness of the room is extremely clean and my kids love the Pokémon room.

Quite far from Ginza station, around 12-15 mins. There are 2 convenience stores nearby. Staff speaks excellent Eng, similar to other mimaru we went. The home theater was fun n can watch YouTube , Netflix etc. good for family

帶娃超級合適啊，東西一應俱全，冰箱超大有冷凍區域，可以超市買一些東西自己回來煮，鍋碗瓢盆都有的。房間投影可以看youtube什麼的，網速也很快！地鐵站八丁堀最近，但是從羽田過來京急線是寶町站下來。

寵物小精靈房間很漂亮，如果喜歡寵物小精靈會非常開心，特別是喜歡卡比獸，店員很有禮貌，態度很好，下次會再考慮

5인 가족여행으로 갔습니다. 어린이 포함 성인 4명이요. 리셉션에서 직원들과 영어로 소통 가능합니다. (이게 너무 반가웠던ㅜㅜ) 그리고 샤워가운, 각종 티, 칫솔, 슬리퍼 등 알아서 리필 할 수 있어서 편했어요. 코인세탁소가 있어서 따로 빨래방 가지않아도 되서 편했고 짐 맡아주는 서비스로 체크인 시간보다 일찍도착했는데 맡겨놓고 편하게 여행했습니다:) - 룸컨디션 우선 가족여행객에게 아주 좋았어요! 룸안에 미니사이즈가 아니고 좀 큰 냉장고에 가스레인지, 설거지통, 각종그릇, 수저세트 다 있어서 텀블러 씻기도, 우버이츠 시켜먹거나 할때도 편안했습니다. 아기랑 같이오시는 분들도 젖병 닦을 수 있어서 불편치 않을것같아요. 또 식탁이 넓어서 성인 4명 앉기에 충분했고 침대도 잠자기 좋았어요. 넷플릭스는 깔려져있는데 해외에서 판 아이디는 안넘어간다고 해요. 그러고 나면 애플티비랑 다른 티비를 리셉션이서 대여해줍니다. (보진않았어요) 유튜브는 잘나와요. 노래도 틀고 그랫어요. 위치가 약간 걸어가야하지만 길이 어렵지않아서 찾아다녔어요. 주택가 근처라 조용하고 근처에 로손편의점이 있어요. 조식은 편의점 부시기 하고싶어서 일부로 선택 안했는데 근처에 있어서 전날 잔뜩 사와서 아침에 먹엇어요. 편의점에서 브리또랑 삼김 도시락 라면 크림빵(존맛) 사서 먹으니 조식 안시켜도 됐어요! 다음에 도쿄를 갈일이 있을지는 모르겠으나 다음에 또 가게된다면 가고싶네요. 그 ㄴ ㄷ ㅐ 우ㅣ치과 졈 왜뫠홰요😁 역꽈즤 거ㄹ 어오ㅑ해쇼 츄옷오여! 걷뉸고휨두싄뷴듀룬 똬룬대 츄쵼해여👏🏻

房間算比較大，就是比較簡單的配置，算便捷酒店吧，到銀座也需要走12-15分鐘，去銀座的距離比較尷尬，走又太累，打車又太近，樓下也沒有地鐵……

離銀座還是需要走一會兒的，在一個小巷子裏，有點像青年旅舍的感覺，所有的用品（牙刷、拖鞋等）都需要在一層自助區自取，沒有早晚餐，酒店定價偏高了

We all loved this hotel so much! Very clean and comfortable. The location was good. The staff were wonderful and had all sorts of recommendations. They even created a really nice booklet with personal favorites. So nice! We stayed in 6 hotels on our trip and everyone voted this hotel as the best.

The space is big relative to rooms in Tokyo. This is an apartment hotel so it should not be compared to a regular hotel in terms of services. For us, the primary consideration was the room space for a family of 4 adults. There’s a dining table, mini kitchen, separate bath from the toilet. Distance from several train stations ranges from 350m to 1km. Tokyo Station is just 1km away. It’s a good distance to walk after running the Tokyo Marathon. Tsukiji Market, Ginza stores and shops are within walking distance. It’s 2km to the Imperial Palace which has a 5km running loop, so the 2km distance can be your warm up and cool down after doing 2 or more loops. You can also run at the Sumida river banks. Overall, it’s a good stay at Mimaru Ginza East.

All the staff was great particularly somit who helped get on a call and get me a hard to find item in Japanese and Guilia who helped w a complex request for our last day. Thanks to everyone we have a wonderful and memorable trip!

Overall the property was clean, spacious, and in a safe area. It is a about a 5 minute walk to a subway, and 10-15 minute walk to the fish market or Tokyo Station. The only down side was the lack of transparency on cost of a lost keycard. Not used to keycards having any value in the US. The cost was 1000 yen at check out for the lost card.

Easy to navigate the city yet still quiet. Apartment living in vacation. Support convenient and staff was so helpful!

Great place, clean modern and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walk to a number of metro stations, shops and restaurants.
