Hotel a Città del Messico con piscina

La camera era grande, pulita e in un'ottima posizione, tutto molto buono, ma l'unica cosa è che non so se la reception di questo hotel sia responsabile. Quando ho fatto il check-in, c'era una festa nella camera accanto e il rumore era molto forte la mattina presto, disturbando il riposo degli altri ospiti. Poiché non parlo spagnolo, non sono riuscito a comunicare con gli ospiti della camera accanto, quindi ho chiesto aiuto alla reception, ma non so se non siano andati affatto o cosa, la musica nella camera accanto non si è fermata affatto, ed erano passate quasi due ore, forse erano stanchi o stavano andando a dormire, quindi hanno spento la musica.

非常不推薦！ 1、房間設計有明顯問題，全玻璃的陽台和門，隔音非常差！我這次住47樓，道路交通聲非常響。 衞生間更別提了，地面但凡有點水，異常滑！淋浴間前不能鋪毛巾或地滑，因為會關不上門。而且淋浴門不能完全合上。 2、服務員按門鈴不超過15秒就直接自己開門進入，最誇張的一次早上八點來打掃房間，還沒等我們反應過來，她已經進門了。 3、唯一值得稱讚的就是Concierge，服務到位熱情。

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno nella Hilton Reforma, in Città del Messico, mentre festeggiavo il compleanno della mia ragazza. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole, con una vista e un'ottima qualità, tutto era ben mantenuto e soddisfatto i requisiti più elevati che mi aspettavo da Hilton. In generale, un'esperienza molto piacevole e una scelta eccellente per il tempo libero e le occasioni speciali.

The hotel's location is very safe and convenient, and it is close to major tourist attractions. The view in the room is pretty good, but the hotel itself is a bit old.

La mia esperienza era molto buona. Il personale era gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben organizzata. Le strutture erano belle e tutto funzionava bene. La posizione è grande e facile da accedere. In generale, mi sono davvero divertito e mi sarei certamente tornato.

The hotel is nice and it is attached to a gym. This gym is almost like a gym you would pay for. The pool is nice, but it is mostly used for swimming laps. The men's locker room even has a steam room. In the hotel, my cleaner was very nice and cleaned my room very well. She was even a fan of kpop like me and she left me a cute note. The hotel is even near local bus lines and metro stops.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Ho prenotato una camera per me e mia sorella. Era spaziosa, pulita e ordinata. Il personale è cordiale e fantastico. Ho trascorso 10 giorni lì, una settimana per una conferenza e 4 giorni per esplorare Città del Messico. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo, la consiglio vivamente, la posizione è ottima. Un piccolo dettaglio su di noi: siamo due ragazze arabe con l'hijab, quindi se lo siete, non preoccupatevi, non subirete discriminazioni razziali.

Parece que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, ya que se escuchaban claramente las voces de los vecinos y de los pasillos, así como los pasos del piso superior. El servicio de autobús del aeropuerto funciona las 24 horas, lo que resulta muy conveniente. Es especialmente recomendable para las personas que tienen vuelos muy temprano por la mañana.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
