Hotel a Città del Messico con piscina

The hotel is located in Reforma and easy to get to the airport. The breakfast was alright and the staff quite friendly.

Esperienza eccezionale! Ultimate Ritz Carlton esperienza, consiglierei molto se viaggiate in Città del Messico! Ottiene una delle migliori viste in Città del Messico dalla vostra stanza, supera davvero la mia aspettativa di un hotel Ritz Carlton. Inizialmente, abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi all'interno della stanza, ma il direttore del front office lo risolve molto rapidamente, che è eccellente. Ora sono diventato un fan di Ritz Carlton.

La mia esperienza era molto buona. Il personale era gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben organizzata. Le strutture erano belle e tutto funzionava bene. La posizione è grande e facile da accedere. In generale, mi sono davvero divertito e mi sarei certamente tornato.

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Ho finito di pagare in anticipo con l'app, ma ho detto che non potevo confermarlo, quindi gli ho chiesto di pagare di nuovo, quindi ha anche confermato il numero di prenotazione memorizzato sul suo telefono cellulare e il contenuto del pagamento, ma ha detto che non lo sapeva. Dopo un lungo periodo, non mi scusai per confermare che fosse un'app trip.com, ma la stanza era anche rotta. È stata presto sostituita di nuovo. La stanza era pulita e le strutture erano buone, ma la condizione non era buona, quindi ho messo la temperatura del condizionatore d’aria in piedi e sono andato a letto, ma qualcuno ha forzato la stanza a metà della notte. Gli intrusi erano del personale e dissero di venire a controllare perché la temperatura era strana. Ma so che il cliente è nella stanza, ma ero molto imbarazzato e spaventato perché sono entrato senza chiamare o colpire. Il personale era amichevole, ma non c'era alcuna considerazione per gli ospiti. Hotel che non voglio andare di nuovo due volte. In Asia sudorientale, il servizio era inferiore a 30.000 vincitori.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

Parece que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, ya que se escuchaban claramente las voces de los vecinos y de los pasillos, así como los pasos del piso superior. El servicio de autobús del aeropuerto funciona las 24 horas, lo que resulta muy conveniente. Es especialmente recomendable para las personas que tienen vuelos muy temprano por la mañana.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.
