I like the convenience of the resort - beaches, activities, spa and wellness, pools, bars, 3 restaurants. Good cleanliness and the staff were very helpful and receptive to our needs. Although the price for spa and wellness is high, I will justify it as convenience and high quality 👍 will definitely come back again ! They had events - valentines dinner and bbq!

Ho avuto un bel tempo con la mia famiglia a Batam Marriott per celebrare il mio compleanno. Il servizio era sorprendente e il personale era pensativo. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, come è appena accanto al jet di traghetto. Anche molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel. La palestra e la piscina sono pulite e nuove. Grazie per il speciale torto di compleanno!

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family for 2 nights and had a pleasant vacation. During our stay, I was deeply impressed by the polite and friendly service provided by all the staff, which added greatly to our positive experience. However, I noticed that in the non-air-conditioned restaurant -Harris Cafe , the staff were required to wear long-sleeved and long-pant uniforms. During breakfast time, nearly every staff was visibly sweating from being so busy, which was truly heart-wrenching to see, the current uniform design is not particularly appealing. I sincerely suggest that the hotel management consider redesigning the staff uniforms using lighter and more breathable materials, allowing them to feel more comfortable and at ease while serving guests in a better environment. Furthermore, I recommend adding more fans in the Harris café area, especially during peak hours when the space becomes quite crowded and noticeably warm. Improving ventilation would not only enhance the dining experience for guests but also contribute to the well-being and efficiency of the staff. Thank you for the excellent service you provided during our stay. I hope the hotel will continue to thrive and refine these details in the future.

Aston Batam Hotel & Residence ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno! La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e anche con bagno, e il personale era amichevole e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è la migliore per camminare, che rende super facile per arrivare. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno conveniente e piacevole.

Il personale dell'hotel è estremamente amichevole e considerato.I gesti semplici di aprire continuamente le porte agli ospiti, nonché di servire un bicchiere freddo di limone di limone durante l'iscrizione in un giorno caldo, mostrano la loro sincerità calda. La camera familiare è stata accogliente e adatta per 2 adulti più 2 bambini, dotati di un letto grande, accompagnato da letti a giacca.

房間帳篷式的比較温馨，晚上聽着海浪聲很助眠。但是飲用水給太少了，再要喝人民幣10元一瓶購買，廁紙不要是不給的，沒有拖鞋和吹風機 設施：除了房間還行，棧道破舊了點感覺不安全，中間的湖居然不能游泳，建議老闆弄個泳池更實用，海島遊不能下海不能游泳真的有點憋屈。沙灘上沙子還是比較細的，但是長滿雜草和垃圾，住了三天沒有一個人去沙灘散步，全景和宣傳的照片出入太大了，藍天白雲白沙灘，如果有要去的一定要了解好接泊船幾點，不要定位酒店位置因為沒有路可到。（最好預留電話是WhatsApp號碼，酒店會提前一天告知坐船地點和注意事項） 服務：服務人員還算比較熱情，島上衹提供早餐，午飯和晚飯點餐價格還是比較實惠的。除去房費吃飯加按摩另消費才1千多人民幣，按摩推油很舒服，1個小時100塊人民幣。總體相比別的海島旅遊還是很便宜的

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.
