Hotel a Batam con piscina

Per la prima volta, il soggiorno a Oakwood è stato così piacevole, anche se è stato solo per 2D1N. Situato vicino al Grand Batam Mall con accesso diretto dall'hotel al centro commerciale, è stato molto conveniente. Ci è stato dato un buffet di cena complimentare durante l'ispezione e la varietà di cibo servito durante il buffet di cena e il buffet di colazione erano deliziosi. Amichevole e utile personale di servizio. Certamente tornerà di nuovo! :)

In generale, un soggiorno fantastico con vista fantastica e un servizio fantastico! La camera era perfettamente grande e il letto unico era molto spazioso per una persona. L'accento era certamente la vista, puoi vedere il terminale della nave da destra dalla finestra, e il design dello specchio intelligente nella stanza era un bel toccamento che ha davvero sollevato lo spazio. Il personale era eccezionalmente caldo e attento, aiutando proativamente con il mio bagaglio e aprindo le porte della macchina ogni volta. Tuttavia, la qualità del pollo era media, era piuttosto alta e forte piuttosto che morbido e morbido, e appoggiandomi su di esso per un po' mi fece sentire la schiena sudata. Il più grande errore per me, però, era il sistema di ascensore; non ci sono chiare luci indicatori o chimi sonori quando arriva l'ascensore, quindi ho finito per mancarlo un paio di volte. nonostante questi chic, la vista e il servizio lo hanno reso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Abbiamo scelto Wyndham Panbil per la sua vicinanza alla riserva naturale e per la vista sul lago. Cosa ci è piaciuto: - la vista sul lago, a volte si possono vedere grandi uccelli o aquile che sorvolano la superficie. - la vicinanza alla riserva naturale. Quando ci siamo iscritti all'escursione, c'era qualcuno che ci veniva a prendere nella hall per portarci alla riserva naturale e riportarci indietro. - il servizio e il personale. Sempre sorridenti e molto gentili. Non fanno promesse esagerate e sono sempre onesti nel dire se possono o meno soddisfare le nostre richieste. Chiedono feedback su come migliorare il servizio. - nelle vicinanze c'è una panetteria e una caffetteria che vendono prodotti locali. La panetteria apre dalle 10:00 in poi. C'è anche un supermercato nelle vicinanze che vende tutti i generi di prima necessità e anche una macelleria, credo, per gli ospiti dell'appartamento. Cosa non ci è piaciuto: - sebbene il lago sia stupendo, la strada sottostante a volte può essere rumorosa. Non è stato un problema insormontabile perché abbiamo dormito tutti la notte. Sebbene ci fosse un po' di traffico la sera prima di Hari Raya, per il resto tutte le altre sere e notti la circolazione era scorrevole e non siamo rimasti bloccati nel traffico. - L'acqua della piscina sembrava un po' torbida, soprattutto quella interna, che credo sia la vasca idromassaggio. - Non c'erano molte strutture per i bambini, a parte la piscina. - Gli interni dell'hotel sembravano datati, ma ho notato che erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Il pavimento della camera presentava alcune lastre rovinate. - C'era solo una doccia a pioggia, quindi era difficile per me fare la doccia a mio figlio senza bagnarmi. A parte questo, credo che il servizio offerto dal personale abbia compensato ampiamente le limitazioni delle strutture.

After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

Grazie a tutto lo staff, il servizio è stato impeccabile... È stata una bella esperienza per la mia prima visita a Batam, Indonesia. L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Derwina (se non sbaglio il nome) e i ragazzi che hanno lavorato di notte il 27 dicembre, ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome. Anche la colazione è buona, con cucina a vista. La posizione è vicina al terminal dei traghetti di Harbour Bay, a meno di 10 minuti di auto. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel a chi vuole visitare Batam.

La posizione è discreta, non troppo lontana dai centri commerciali. Ci sono 2 ascensori, di cui uno fuori servizio, e quello funzionante ha un sensore della porta difettoso. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa ma non molto ben tenuta. La temperatura della doccia varia continuamente, e chi si siede sul water rischia di essere colpito dalla porta dall'esterno perché non ha un fermaporta. Il telecomando della camera è a malapena visibile. La porta della camera non si chiude bene e bisogna spingerla o tirarla con più forza. La camera ha anche un isolamento acustico piuttosto scarso. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale.
