Hotel a Batam con piscina

It was my partner’s birthday when we arrived at the hotel, and we decided to request an early check-in. We approached Customer Service, where Wan kindly attended to us. He explained that the room was still being cleaned, so we decided to take a walk around the nearby mall while waiting. The location was very convenient, and we noticed that there were several spas in the surrounding area, so we decided to book a couple’s room for a relaxing spa experience. When we returned to the hotel, our room was ready. We were delighted with the beautiful view from the 18th floor, overlooking the surrounding houses and buildings. My partner was especially happy with the thoughtful little birthday decorations in the room. We also had a lovely dinner that evening. We especially enjoyed the begedil and kept going back for more! The prawns were delicious as well, and I found myself getting seconds. To make the evening even more special, we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while seated in the dining area. The following day, the hotel surprised us with a slice of cake, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful service and little details that made my partner’s birthday extra special. I also had the Ayam Taliwang set for lunch one afternoon while my partner was out playing golf. The food was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The lady who recommended the dish to me was very friendly and attentive throughout my lunch. I’m sorry I didn’t manage to get her name, but I truly appreciated how she took such good care of me and made me feel comfortable, warm, and relaxed during my meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back again, especially whenever we are planning another spa getaway or when my partner has another golf trip.

Hotel nuovo e magnifico vicino a One Batam Mall che si sentiva lussuoso. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio di front office (grazie Bibiana) che ha messo in grande sforzo per assicurare che il mio soggiorno di compleanno fosse perfetto soprattutto nella selezione di camere eccellenti per me, organizzando decorazioni di compleanno e torta e dopo il compleanno, Tutti intorno ci prendono cura durante il nostro soggiorno.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Ho prenotato questo hotel per il mio compleanno e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall'ospitalità. Il personale è incredibilmente gentile e cortese. Al mio arrivo ho trovato delle bellissime decorazioni di compleanno in camera e lo staff mi ha persino fatto una sorpresa portandomi una torta e cantandomi ”Tanti auguri”. Un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff per questo! Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'unico inconveniente è stato il rumore al mattino. C'era un evento di fitness in piscina intorno alle 7:30 con urla e cori a tutto volume per oltre un'ora. Mi ha svegliata piuttosto presto, il che non era l'ideale per un rilassante viaggio di compleanno. Mi piacerebbe tornarci, ma spero di trovare un mattino più tranquillo la prossima volta!

Excellent service,very nice place, convenient to any malls,I love our stay in panbil,good foods and very amazing amenities,our room is so nice and very cozy to sleep at..we will definitely book again this apartment in the future!

Front desk and room service staff are friendly, room look alittle old, but made up on big and spaciious large room for family traveling. Convenience store although across the hotel but needed to cross over a busy traffic road with fast moving cars. Location of hotel near most major shopping malls making its easy travel there. Breafast buffet simple not many variety but for the low price it charges its ok.

Molto centralmente situato e buon valore per il prezzo. Ho incluso colazione e massaggio di 60 minuti. Le opzioni per la colazione sono limitate - e il caffè terribile - quindi cercare la alternativa Starbucks!! Il servizio è stato in generale responsivo e anche se l'hotel è data - è stato un soggiorno ok.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
