Hotel con balcone a Batam

For couples or family , if plan for a really really peaceful quiet relax resort, may consider here. There is no mini mart around so make sure bring everything you need. Food selection is limited, so be prepare to slim down. I was quite surprised that seafood at the resort was not fresh. Didn't expect a resort in the middle of the ocean to have seafood varity so little and not fresh. Beside a GYM and small swimming pool there is nothing else. SPA is average. Overall experience is a place for 100% relaxation. A place for meditation.

Excellent service,very nice place, convenient to any malls,I love our stay in panbil,good foods and very amazing amenities,our room is so nice and very cozy to sleep at..we will definitely book again this apartment in the future!

Pleasant to see the Harmoni One hotel's lobby has undergone big renovations and currently they are renovating the guest floors one level at a time. Clean room with clean bath tub and will look forward to the new renovated rooms when the renovations are complete is due time.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

Il nostro gruppo ha un fantastico soggiorno e ha goduto delle strutture, dell'atmosfera e dell'ospitalità durante il viaggio. L'unico problema è stato il servizio di bug, dove i tempi di attesa potrebbero essere molto lunghi, soprattutto durante le ore di lavoro. Un sistema di spedizione di bug più efficiente o bugs aggiuntivi renderebbe l'esperienza degli ospiti ancora migliore. Grazie alla squadra per un soggiorno memorabile. Abbiamo voglia di visitare di nuovo.

Mi piaceva tanto Batam View! Sarò sincero, volevo stare al Turi Resort, dove normalmente mi fermo, ma erano completamente prenotati. Così ho provato Batam View, e mi sono picchiato. Ho avuto una stanza nel principale edificio con vista sul mare, ed era stupenda. Le camere sono state ristrutturate e sono pulite, moderne, confortevoli. La spiaggia e la piscina dell'hotel sono entrambi sorprendenti, e sono stato così felice di trovare una piscina veramente profonda (rara in Asia), più una spiaggia molto pulita. Ho avuto un pranzo inoltrabile anche sulla spiaggia. Il personale è un posto molto carino, attento e professionale! Ho visto le villa e ho decisamente voluto rimanere lì la prossima volta! Ho trascorso una bella 6 notti lì e non posso aspettare di tornare!

They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team — from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers — shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel management for employing and nurturing such excellent staff. Il ragazzo della campana gridava per essere cosi' accogliente per tutta la nostra permanenza. L'hotel è un po' vecchio, anche se si stanno facendo sforzi per mantenerlo. La posizione è abbastanza vicina ai cibi e ai centri commerciali. Tuttavia, il colazione è un po' alla fine dellusione. Avrebbero potuto davvero fare meglio sulla qualità dei cibi. Per il prezzo che non posso davvero lamentarmi molto, anche se è la mia prima volta in batamma, mi chiedo se sia possibile trovare un posto migliore per quello che sto pagando.

localizzazione è un po 'di distanza dalla città , raggiungiamo il primo giorno di Puasa Ramadan in Batam , durante il nostro tempo di cena non potevamo trovare alcuna gratta per andare a cena , hotel cerca di aiutarci a chiamare taxi anche non disponibile fin fine abbiamo il nostro pranzo in hotel , hotel mantenere è ancora ok ma potrebbe essere meglio , una cosa che ci piace è il servizio di trasporto che l' hotel organizzerà per inviare un ospite al centro commerciale Batam .

Staff is friendly and approachable. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is good and substantial. Hotel offers complimentary pickup transport to and fro Sekupang ferry terminal. Only found on my last day staying there that the hotel also offers transport to Grand Batam Mall.
