Punti positivi. Tutto il personale è estremamente disponibile. Le addette alle pulizie sono eccellenti. La vista sulla piscina è incantevole. La camera è bella, il letto è grande e molto comodo. Il parrucchiere è assolutamente fantastico. La palestra è ottima, con un'ampia varietà di esercizi. Punti negativi Il cibo non è buono: ho ordinato un soffritto vegetariano specificando di non volere il pollo perché allergica; è arrivato con del pollo sotto le verdure! Mio marito ha ordinato dei gamberi in pastella che sono arrivati ​​non sgusciati e poi impanati, quindi totalmente immangiabili. Non mi hanno permesso di addebitare le bevande sulla camera (anche se lo avevano fatto qualche giorno prima), poi si sono rifiutati di farmi andare via finché non avessi pagato il conto. Non avevo soldi con me. Quindi ho dovuto aspettare che riuscissero a contattare mio marito per farlo venire a pagare. Spa: il trattamento viso è stata l'esperienza più dolorosa che abbia mai avuto in una spa. Il mio viso è stato letteralmente tirato e strofinato fino allo sfinimento. La maschera stessa è stata rimossa. Il mio viso sembrava 10 anni più vecchio anziché più giovane. Dipende da dove si trova la tua stanza, dipende se senti il ​​richiamo della moschea delle cinque. Ho ricevuto un controllo precoce dopo aver inviato due nuovi messaggi per i premi di Ascott. Inviato un feedback al desk front e aspettato che il responsabile del dovere arrivasse (iniziò ad aspettare da 5.22pm), poi tornato in camera mentre DM preparava una nuova stanza. Aspettato per circa 25 minuti e abbiamo deciso di andare al lobby con il nostro bagaglio, perché nulla accadde. Ci fu offerta la suite a 808 ma cercava di spiegare prima di entrare in 808 che il corridoio era infestato con gli insetti, ha gridato (barriera linguistica prolly qui). 808 aveva la stessa questione e il DM inizialmente cercava di spiegare che non era un bug e dovevamo mostrargli le foto su Google, e anche trovato un verme con il verme (foto per la seconda stanza attaccato) all'interno sulla nostra via di uscita. Abbiamo detto al DM che non volevamo una stanza migliorata, e volevamo solo una stanza pulita senza insetti. La prossima stanza che ci fu offerta era 1305 che grazie a lui non aveva bug e che profumava molto più fresco. Era 6.07pm quando abbiamo messo le borse e dovevamo aspettare “5 min” per le chiavi da consegnare. Non è successo niente dopo 20 minuti e abbiamo avuto una prenotazione per cena, chiamato il desk front e hanno mandato la guardia di sicurezza a darci le chiavi della stanza, non sei sicuro che questo sia il protocollo corretto? A mezzanotte potevamo sentire la TV dalla porta accanto, fortunatamente il desk front ha mandato qualcuno in pochi minuti. Questa era più una sfortunata esperienza con ospiti inconsiderati vicino alla porta, ma la resistenza sonora potrebbe essere migliorata perché potevamo sentire la loro campana alta e chiara quando il desk front è arrivato per controllare la situazione. Comunque, un giorno prima abbiamo controllato perché non ci sentiamo confortevoli e ben riposati.

Un ottimo hotel, perfetto per una breve vacanza. La camera era pulita e ordinata, e anche i servizi erano buoni. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, anche se un piccolo neo per me era che molti dei piatti migliori erano a base di manzo (a cui sono allergico). Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata fantastica. L'hotel ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e, per un soggiorno di una notte, il prezzo è molto conveniente. Ho pagato circa 250 RM (circa 85 SGD) a notte. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a coppie e famiglie che viaggiano con un budget limitato.

It was an amazing trip to stay at Harmoni One at Batam. Arrived early in the morning. Big shout to hotel staff Taufik who arranged early check-in for me (as I looked exhausted). The breakfast dining place at high ceiling was another highlight. Though variety is not much but truly enjoyed the ambience and service in a relaxed manner Night view at main door was great 👍🏻 And receptionists were attentive and helpful. Booked this hotel with SGD 35 per night was really good value with morning breakfast served. Just a note that the hotel is undergoing renovation and upgrade so a bit noisy. The room is old but spacious. Overall, fantastic stay I would say! Lastly, the hotel only 5 mins grab ride to Batam Center Ferry Terminal.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
