We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!

Ho soggiornato all'HARRIS Hotel Nagoya a Batam per 3 notti e ho avuto un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La posizione è comodissima, essendo vicino al Nagoya Hill Mall e a molti ristoranti, quindi spostarsi con Grab è stato facilissimo. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben tenute. Anche i servizi come la piscina e la palestra sono stati un tocco di classe per chi desidera rilassarsi o mantenersi in forma, sebbene non siano di altissimo livello. We had a wonderful 3D2N family getaway at the Westin Nirup Island, and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We loved the peaceful surroundings, lush greenery, and relaxing atmosphere, which made it the perfect place for a family retreat. A special thank you to Fakhri, who went above and beyond by helping to repair my son's shoes when they came apart. He carefully glued them back together, and the repair actually held up! We truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Another special mention goes to Ketut from the Kids Club. She was incredibly friendly and engaging with our children, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrived. They had so much fun decorating cookies, doing arts and crafts, and participating in the Kids Club activities. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The warm hospitality from the staff made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to everyone at Westin Nirup Island for giving our family such a wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus. The honeymoon decoration with rose petals, balloons, and towel swans was beautifully arranged, and the hotel also kindly accommodated our request for the red sofa by the window. It made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rooftop area, as well as the gym. We also tried the spa, and the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. Thank you, Harmoni One, for making our honeymoon memorable. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏻👍🏻

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

Had such a lovely couple getaway at Wuda Villa N Spa! ❤️ It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy some quality time together. We really loved the food, the live band in the evening, and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the massage was so relaxing — definitely helped us unwind even more. 💆♀️💆♂️ One of my favourite moments was waking up in the morning and going for a swim. Such a nice and refreshing way to start the day! 🏊♀️🌿 Overall, a wonderful place for couples who just want to chill, relax and enjoy each other’s company. Definitely would love to come back again! ✨

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
