Hotel con balcone a Batam

Convenient location, impressive staff service and clean room. It was our first time and we’re already planning to return. The icing on the cake was the free room upgrade from premium king to studio apartment. Thank you to Willy who assisted both our chk in and chk out smoothly with clear guidance.

L'atmosfera è molto rilassante e tranquilla, con una splendida vista sulle piscine che accentua la sensazione di benessere a contatto con la natura. Ho gustato il branzino Ikan Bakar, il riso integrale con anatra croccante, i frullati e un tiramisù, serviti da uno staff cordiale che mi ha sempre offerto uno sconto. È stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole: relax, buon cibo, sonno e sauna.

Il resort è situato in posizione strategica vicino al Singapore Harbourfront, a soli 45 minuti di traghetto. Appena arrivati ​​al terminal dei traghetti e superata la dogana, sarete accolti da un gruppo di membri del personale del resort e vi saranno serviti acqua in bottiglia e snack leggeri mentre aspettate che il buggy vi accompagni al resort per il check-in. All'arrivo nella hall del resort, sarete nuovamente accolti dal personale, che vi offrirà un drink di benvenuto e un asciugamano caldo, e vi assisterà con il check-in. Il personale è estremamente cordiale fin dal primo momento in cui varcate la soglia del resort e vi farà sentire come a casa. I letti sono comodi e la vista dal balcone è incredibile. L'unico inconveniente è che la scelta per la colazione è limitata e i piatti sono tutti simili senza grandi cambiamenti durante i nostri soggiorni. I menu del pranzo e della cena non offrono molta scelta. I servizi del resort sono limitati. I canali TV non ricevono canali di Singapore e Malesia. Dato che il resort è ancora nuovo, speriamo che possano migliorare anche questo aspetto. Nel complesso, è un ottimo posto per una breve vacanza per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi dalla frenetica vita cittadina. I dintorni sono panoramici e rilassano la mente e l'anima. 👍👍

Un ottimo hotel, perfetto per una breve vacanza. La camera era pulita e ordinata, e anche i servizi erano buoni. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, anche se un piccolo neo per me era che molti dei piatti migliori erano a base di manzo (a cui sono allergico). Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata fantastica. L'hotel ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e, per un soggiorno di una notte, il prezzo è molto conveniente. Ho pagato circa 250 RM (circa 85 SGD) a notte. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a coppie e famiglie che viaggiano con un budget limitato.

Grazie a tutto lo staff, il servizio è stato impeccabile... È stata una bella esperienza per la mia prima visita a Batam, Indonesia. L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Derwina (se non sbaglio il nome) e i ragazzi che hanno lavorato di notte il 27 dicembre, ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome. Anche la colazione è buona, con cucina a vista. La posizione è vicina al terminal dei traghetti di Harbour Bay, a meno di 10 minuti di auto. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel a chi vuole visitare Batam.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus. The honeymoon decoration with rose petals, balloons, and towel swans was beautifully arranged, and the hotel also kindly accommodated our request for the red sofa by the window. It made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rooftop area, as well as the gym. We also tried the spa, and the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. Thank you, Harmoni One, for making our honeymoon memorable. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏻👍🏻

La casa era molto accogliente, e tutti i dipendenti erano molto utili e ci servivano sempre con un sorriso. La stanza era pulita e la piscina era eccellente per le famiglie. I nostri figli l'avevano assolutamente amato! La vista era anche sorprendente. Gli unici svantaggi sono stati alcuni problemi legati al servizio, come i ritardi nel servizio di bug, le limitate opzioni alimentari dovute alla posizione e il ritardo nell'apertura del bar. Apre solo alle 12.00, che è stato un po' scomodo per le famiglie come noi che passano tempo alla piscina dal mattino, soprattutto quando i bambini hanno fame. Per quanto riguarda il colazione, la selezione e il gusto erano solo buoni, niente di speciale, ma ancora accettabile e commestibile.

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites! What stood out for me was its proximity to ESKA Spa & Wellness, convenient location, reasonable price, and most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff. I also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in. Although the room keys could only be collected after 2pm, the hotel was happy to let me check in earlier and leave my bags with the concierge. This meant I could head out and explore Batam without having to worry about my luggage. If there was one area for improvement, it would definitely be the towels. I think the hotel could do with a fresh set of good-quality white towels, as the current ones looked a little old and musty. I was honestly tempted to bring my own when i come back next time! 😅 Other than that, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. With new towels, it would have been pretty much perfect! Would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenience, value for money and wonderful service. ⭐️

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
