Punti positivi. Tutto il personale è estremamente disponibile. Le addette alle pulizie sono eccellenti. La vista sulla piscina è incantevole. La camera è bella, il letto è grande e molto comodo. Il parrucchiere è assolutamente fantastico. La palestra è ottima, con un'ampia varietà di esercizi. Punti negativi Il cibo non è buono: ho ordinato un soffritto vegetariano specificando di non volere il pollo perché allergica; è arrivato con del pollo sotto le verdure! Mio marito ha ordinato dei gamberi in pastella che sono arrivati ​​non sgusciati e poi impanati, quindi totalmente immangiabili. Non mi hanno permesso di addebitare le bevande sulla camera (anche se lo avevano fatto qualche giorno prima), poi si sono rifiutati di farmi andare via finché non avessi pagato il conto. Non avevo soldi con me. Quindi ho dovuto aspettare che riuscissero a contattare mio marito per farlo venire a pagare. Spa: il trattamento viso è stata l'esperienza più dolorosa che abbia mai avuto in una spa. Il mio viso è stato letteralmente tirato e strofinato fino allo sfinimento. Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus. The honeymoon decoration with rose petals, balloons, and towel swans was beautifully arranged, and the hotel also kindly accommodated our request for the red sofa by the window. It made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rooftop area, as well as the gym. We also tried the spa, and the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. Thank you, Harmoni One, for making our honeymoon memorable. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏻👍🏻

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

Had such a lovely couple getaway at Wuda Villa N Spa! ❤️ It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy some quality time together. We really loved the food, the live band in the evening, and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the massage was so relaxing — definitely helped us unwind even more. 💆♀️💆♂️ One of my favourite moments was waking up in the morning and going for a swim. Such a nice and refreshing way to start the day! 🏊♀️🌿 Overall, a wonderful place for couples who just want to chill, relax and enjoy each other’s company. Definitely would love to come back again! ✨

The cleanliness of the room is very terrible. With door unable to close properly and the toilet seat is broken. Bed was alright. However, theres no sound proof. You can hear the room next door shower. But the location is very superb. About 5-10minutes to the mall and the market. Very convenient Theres also in room massage. Quite cheap but not that quality

Il telecomando della camera è a malapena visibile. La porta della camera non si chiude bene e bisogna spingerla o tirarla con più forza. La camera ha anche un isolamento acustico piuttosto scarso. I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
