Hotel con spa a Batam

Un ottimo hotel, perfetto per una breve vacanza. La camera era pulita e ordinata, e anche i servizi erano buoni. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, anche se un piccolo neo per me era che molti dei piatti migliori erano a base di manzo (a cui sono allergico). Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata fantastica. L'hotel ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e, per un soggiorno di una notte, il prezzo è molto conveniente. Ho pagato circa 250 RM (circa 85 SGD) a notte. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a coppie e famiglie che viaggiano con un budget limitato.

It was an amazing trip to stay at Harmoni One at Batam. Arrived early in the morning. Big shout to hotel staff Taufik who arranged early check-in for me (as I looked exhausted). The breakfast dining place at high ceiling was another highlight. Though variety is not much but truly enjoyed the ambience and service in a relaxed manner Night view at main door was great 👍🏻 And receptionists were attentive and helpful. Booked this hotel with SGD 35 per night was really good value with morning breakfast served. Just a note that the hotel is undergoing renovation and upgrade so a bit noisy. The room is old but spacious. Overall, fantastic stay I would say! Lastly, the hotel only 5 mins grab ride to Batam Center Ferry Terminal.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

The main reason I continue choosing this hotel is because of the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. A special appreciation to Joices, Wani, Alin, Yani, and Salsa for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team — from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers — shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel management for employing and nurturing such excellent staff. La proprietà è un po' vecchia. È necessario riparare un po'. Puoi iniziare con la fornitura di nuovi e migliori asciugamani. Le asciugamani forniti sono molto sottili e chiaramente vecchie. Poiché il cammino di tavola in legno contribuisce a una grande parte dell'estetica, è ora che li ridipingano e, in questo momento, daranno alle porte in legno un nuovo cappotto di lana. Domani, la colazione, devo dire che è terribile, non ne esaminerò molto. Ma non toglierò credito dal personale.In generale, molto amichevole e utile.

La posizione è discreta, non troppo lontana dai centri commerciali. Ci sono 2 ascensori, di cui uno fuori servizio, e quello funzionante ha un sensore della porta difettoso. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa ma non molto ben tenuta. La temperatura della doccia varia continuamente, e chi si siede sul water rischia di essere colpito dalla porta dall'esterno perché non ha un fermaporta. Il telecomando della camera è a malapena visibile. La porta della camera non si chiude bene e bisogna spingerla o tirarla con più forza. La camera ha anche un isolamento acustico piuttosto scarso. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale.

A 30 minuti dal centro di Batam a Turi Beach. La vista mare dalla mia camera è pazzesca (lato Raini Hill). Ci tornerò la prossima volta 😇 Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
