LLibra LadyHotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

Two years ago, during my birthday stay, the team surprised me with a cake and a sweet birthday song together with my child — such a precious memory I will always cherish.
This time, for our anniversary, the staff decorated the mirror so beautifully in our room. It was thoughtful, creative, and filled with love.
Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay unforgettable. We will surely be back again soon.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

I prefer a place that I can simply walk out and enjoy the area. There were no footpaths outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault of course. Overall, nice place to chill.

SSGC KohLa posizione dell'hotel era comoda per raggiungere i luoghi che volevamo visitare, come centri massaggi, negozi, ecc.
Abbiamo alloggiato all'ottavo piano dell'ala più nuova: la camera era grande e pulita. L'aria condizionata era abbastanza fredda per i nostri gusti. Il letto era comodo.
Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. La colazione era buona per il prezzo della camera che stavamo pagando.
La connessione Wi-Fi era pessima: continuava a cadere quasi subito dopo la connessione o non si connetteva affatto; abbiamo finito per usare il nostro piano dati.
L'ascensore dell'hotel impiega un po' di tempo: a volte abbiamo aspettato a lungo perché si muoveva molto lentamente.
Nel complesso, prenoterò sicuramente questo hotel se tornerò a Batam.

UUtente anonimoIHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back.
Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam.
Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep.
Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.

The price is clearly reflected in the room size — the rooms are very compact, but the rate is correspondingly affordable. If you book through Trip.com, the price can be even more competitive, which makes it a good budget option.
One suggestion: I would not recommend ordering the hotel breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby, with much better variety and value. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you prioritize location and affordability over space.
