"Arrivato il mio compleanno e l'hotel mi ha preparato una tazza di torta di cioccolato nella mia stanza. Era una sorpresa piacevole. Il personale è amichevole. Il buffet è buono. La posizione è eccellente - a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal di traghetto BTC. L'opposto è megamallo, sarò certamente indietro!"

HHafirahThis is my first time staying in a serviced apartment in Batam. We took the junior suite to accomodate 3 adults and a child. There were 2 bedrooms without the ensuite bathroom so there was only 1 common bathroom to share. Rooms also had a decent wardrobe for placing clothes and items. There was a kitchen too if you'd like to cook or whip up a meal. The master bedroom and the living room had TV too. There were also complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the fridge. Gotta love an apartment that has amenities like a hotel would provide. Room service, dining in room were all available for the stay too!
We had breakfast for 2 mornings too and i loved it because there was really a widespread of food, indonesian cuisine and international. The restaurant is shared with Wyndham hotel, service is good and it has great vibes!
We went swimming too on one of the nights and i enjoyed it because there were music playing by the lounge/cafe/restaurant at that level. It was slightly dark at night but it was also kinda romantic. There were steam and sauna rooms available for use in the changing rooms too!
There is also a supermarket and a small cafe located just 5 mins walk away from the building but closes by 10pm. It is convenient if you'd like to get snacks or even buy ingredients for cooking. Location wise is quite a distance from popular places like Nagoya/BCS/Batam Centre. But i'd recommend this place for families with kids!

UUtente ospiteSono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

UUtente ospiteOur 2nd time staying here and we booked a total of 4 rooms. All was good except that your breakfast can be improve with more selection like having a egg live station and a porridge section. Bread toaster as well was not working well, waited for 20mins and still the bread is not well toasted. We decided to go over to Golden View Hotel and pay for our breakfast on the 2nd morning.
We had dinner on out first night but was disappointed with your dessert. Both the lava and cheese cake taste like it been kept for weeks, does not taste fresh.

The hotel made arrangements to pick and drop us from Nongsa Ferry Terminal.
Lots of activities at the resort, including parasailing, jet skiing, ATV etc. These are very nicely managed by the incharge , Mr. Alam.
Very nice swimming pool and a restaurant at the resort.
There is also a gift shop at restaurant and a prayer room too.
There is a Mosque nearby resort , and the hotel provides pick and drop facility to the Mosque, if you want to pray at the Mosque.
Very clean rooms and well air conditioned. Toiletries are also good quality.
I would definitely recommend this resort to travelers…!!!

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la mia terza volta, il che dimostra quanto ami il Turi Beach Resort per la splendida vista sulla spiaggia dalla camera e per come la spiaggia sembra privata e così tranquilla. Ma questa volta, ho avuto una camera proprio di fronte alla piscina e vicino alla reception. Il rumore della piscina e i diversi eventi organizzati proprio accanto alla piscina, con un presentatore e un altoparlante a tutto volume, hanno davvero rovinato l'atmosfera tranquilla che desideravo: una fuga dalla città e dal suo rumore. Avevo richiesto una camera silenziosa con vista mare, quindi sono rimasto davvero sorpreso dalla camera assegnata. Forse la vicinanza alla piscina e al buffet della colazione è un vantaggio per altri, ma non per me, che non nuoto e adoro passeggiare per il resort.
Sebbene sia davvero grato allo staff per le elaborate e laboriose decorazioni di compleanno, questa volta non mi sono goduto molto il soggiorno a causa degli eventi rumorosi organizzati durante il fine settimana. Se siete come me, specificate che desiderate una camera lontana dalla piscina, oltre a una camera silenziosa, per garantire un soggiorno tranquillo. Oppure l'hotel potrebbe avvisare gli ospiti che si terranno degli eventi e a che ora, così potrei pianificare di essere via in quel periodo.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
