Hotel 3 stelle a Batam

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby until check-in at the front desk, all the staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming. The receptionist who handled our check-in was especially friendly and gave us a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities. On the day of check-out, the front desk staff also handled the process very efficiently and asked about our stay experience. The hotel is surrounded by many massage and there are famous cafés nearby to explore. Getting around is also very convenient.

Good stay overall. Ando Hotel is very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with luggage. The room was comfortable, but there was no hairdryer or fridge, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Cleanliness can also be improved, as there was dust on the toilet door. Overall, good location and service, but basic amenities and housekeeping could be better.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

In generale è buono, ma le strutture della camera dovrebbero essere migliorate, se ci fosse una penna o una penna con carta incluso all'interno delle strutture della camera, siamo venuti in ufficio di fronte per chiedere una penna dell'hotel, ma non hanno informato che invece ci acquistiamo da 24 ore supermart. Riempimento giornaliero solo di acqua minerale libera, ma non di sacchetto di tè di caffè e asciugamani freschi Quando abbiamo controllato la stanza, abbiamo trovato l'unica acqua di cacao con un pacchetto vuoto all'interno del frigorifero. Siamo venuti a controllare con l'ufficio del fronte le voci da caricare. Solo le voci informate sono da caricare, compreso il pacchetto di cacao all'interno del mini frigorifero. Abbiamo informato loro del pacchetto IMBO dentro il frigorifero, e hanno solo notato. Non vogliamo più tardi quando controlliamo le tariffe dell'hotel per il pacchetto vuoto che non abbiamo consumato. In primo luogo, perché non spiegano quando controlliamo cosa c'è dentro la stanza, soprattutto quali oggetti sono caricabili e nei giorni successivi fino a quando non controlliamo il pacchetto vuoto ancora attaccato dentro il frigorifero. Perché la custodia non ha controllato tutte le strutture prima di rilasciare la stanza? L'ufficio di fronte deve migliorare i servizi ai clienti, il servizio di telefono è medio, ma il servizio alimentare e bevande è buono.

Great location right near Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre, with tons of budget-friendly, excellent massage parlors and two food courts steps away. Grab rides are super accessible here. The rooms and breakfast offer great value for money, making it a perfect, restful base to recharge for the next day.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which was quite good with a wide variety of choices available each morning. However, the room was a bit small and cleanliness could be improved, as it did not feel as clean as expected. Despite these drawbacks, the good location and decent breakfast selection helped make the stay enjoyable.

Meglio posizione

Spacious,clean,easy access to many food varieties,convenient stores. Love the balcony where i can just relax either enjoying my coffee or just smoking while enjoying the seaviews. Will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable. Parking lots are very limited and that’s the only ‘bad’ thing i found.
