Hotel con parcheggio a Batam

Convenient location, impressive staff service and clean room. It was our first time and we’re already planning to return. The icing on the cake was the free room upgrade from premium king to studio apartment. Thank you to Willy who assisted both our chk in and chk out smoothly with clear guidance.

New and gorgeous hotel close to One Batam Mall that felt luxurious. Best part of our stay was the front office service (thank you Bibiana) who put in much appreciated effort to ensure my birthday stay was perfect especially in selecting excellent rooms for me, arranging birthday decorations and cake and post-birthday, all around care for us during our stay.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Buona posizione, ma deluso con la questione del bagno Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono qui, e in generale, mi piace ancora molto il posto. La posizione è molto conveniente, con molte opzioni alimentari vicine. L'hotel ha anche un caffè, e il menu è sorprendente. Il personale era amichevole e utile quando abbiamo sollevato le nostre preoccupazioni. Ma durante questo soggiorno mi decepivavano due cose: prima, la porta del bagno era un po’ libera; ogni volta che chiudevamo la porta, si apriva di nuovo da sola, perciò non poteva rimanere chiusa. In secondo luogo, c'era un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. Abbiamo informato il personale e ci hanno aiutato a migliorare la situazione, che apprezzo davvero, ma purtroppo il profumo sgradevole è tornato il giorno dopo. In generale, ritengo ancora che questo sia un ottimo hotel con una grande posizione e strutture, e spero che la direzione possa esaminare più attentamente queste questioni di toletta per migliorare l'esperienza per i futuri ospiti.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per il mio compleanno e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall'ospitalità. Il personale è incredibilmente gentile e cortese. Al mio arrivo ho trovato delle bellissime decorazioni di compleanno in camera e lo staff mi ha persino fatto una sorpresa portandomi una torta e cantandomi ”Tanti auguri”. Un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff per questo! Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'unico inconveniente è stato il rumore al mattino. C'era un evento di fitness in piscina intorno alle 7:30 con urla e cori a tutto volume per oltre un'ora. Mi ha svegliata piuttosto presto, il che non era l'ideale per un rilassante viaggio di compleanno. Mi piacerebbe tornarci, ma spero di trovare un mattino più tranquillo la prossima volta!

My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy. The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast. The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nel complesso un hotel funzionale, ma non eccezionale. La camera era di buone dimensioni, il letto era un po' duro per me e la colazione, anche questa, è funzionale, ma niente di eccezionale. Nel complesso, direi un'esperienza da 3 stelle. Anche la posizione è un po' lontana da tutto.

Tutto è buono, tranne per la pulizia del tovagliolo. La stanza è pulita, le lastre di letto sono pulite anche. Ma la tovagliola è orribile, anche dopo che ho chiesto un cambio di tovagliola. La nuova è ancora tinita. Sono rimasto solo per qualche ora (dalle 8 alle 5) per transitare dal mio volo per prendere la prima nave a Singapore.
