Hotel con parcheggio a Batam

L'hotel si trova in una zona con un sacco di parlocchi di massaggio e cibo, che è grande. Ci sono anche altri negozi a piedi. Le strutture dell'hotel (pilota e palestra) erano buone, anche se non le abbiamo utilizzate. Il complimentare cibo di te' ad Oak Bistro è stato sorprendentemente buono, contenente dolci e saporiti. Le bevande e i pasti di benvenuto in camera sono stati una sorpresa, perché pensavamo fosse carichevole... sembrava complimentare! La distribuzione del buffet era standard ma il pane e la soglia di vapore erano duri e freddi. Le noodle fritte e il riso erano anche molto freddo, anche se era chiuso con una copertina. In generale il buffet era soddisfacente. Il personale di servizio puliva le piastre era un po' lento, anche se non c'erano molti ospiti. Le camere erano di base e buone. Il soggiorno complessivo era grande. Si consiglia di rimanere in questo hotel a causa della buona posizione e delle strutture e l'accesso ad altri luoghi all'interno di Batam.

Good stay overall. Ando Hotel is very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with luggage. The room was comfortable, but there was no hairdryer or fridge, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Cleanliness can also be improved, as there was dust on the toilet door. Overall, good location and service, but basic amenities and housekeeping could be better.

Impeccably clean. Outstanding service from Ixxora on front desk. All staff keen to please and professional. They actually seem genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam. Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence. Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Ho prenotato questo hotel per il mio compleanno e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall'ospitalità. Il personale è incredibilmente gentile e cortese. Al mio arrivo ho trovato delle bellissime decorazioni di compleanno in camera e lo staff mi ha persino fatto una sorpresa portandomi una torta e cantandomi ”Tanti auguri”. Un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff per questo! Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'unico inconveniente è stato il rumore al mattino. C'era un evento di fitness in piscina intorno alle 7:30 con urla e cori a tutto volume per oltre un'ora. Mi ha svegliata piuttosto presto, il che non era l'ideale per un rilassante viaggio di compleanno. Mi piacerebbe tornarci, ma spero di trovare un mattino più tranquillo la prossima volta!

La mia seconda volta che sono qui allo stesso tipo di camera. La stanza è pulita e temperata. Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza con una TV intelligente in precedenza, ma la stanza che abbiamo ricevuto attualmente non è una TV intelligente. Abbiamo controllato con il ricevitore e ci hanno detto che tutte le camere non sono dotate di TV intelligente. -1 punto per nessun TV intelligente. La colazione ha una vasta varietà, ma non è stata deliziosa rispetto al mio soggiorno precedente - forse è perché abbiamo soggiornato nei giorni della settimana questa volta.

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

A 30 minuti dal centro di Batam a Turi Beach. La vista mare dalla mia camera è pazzesca (lato Raini Hill). Ci tornerò la prossima volta 😇 Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.
