AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

MMalaTMStayed here with my mum. Absolutely loved my stay! The Hotel is clean, smells good, the beds are big and comfy, the toilet was small but the shower pressure was power!! The breakfast was great too! Had different variety for the 3 days I stayed! Location is great too! Walking distance to One Batam Mall and abt 10-15 mins grab ride to all the other malls. Will definitely come back here for my next batam trip!

Once again, the experience did not disappoint. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy Batam without any hassle. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered well to both adults and children.
What stood out the most was the consistency in service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where the standards remain just as high on a return visit, but Aston Batam Hotel & Residence has clearly maintained its quality without any drop.
Overall, it was another wonderful family stay, and we would gladly return again in the future. We will definitely be heading back to stay there again when we visit Batam next for our short getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay in Batam.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Derwina (se non sbaglio il nome) e i ragazzi che hanno lavorato di notte il 27 dicembre, ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome. Anche la colazione è buona, con cucina a vista. La posizione è vicina al terminal dei traghetti di Harbour Bay, a meno di 10 minuti di auto. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel a chi vuole visitare Batam.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto 3 camere.. 2 di loro non molto conveniente per noi (aereo a terra, elettricità non stabile, asciugamani non così puliti, doccia nel bagno così lentamente, sapone e shampoo non hanno profumato)
Ma la stanza è molto pulita
Colazione, forche e spazzole non sono ancora così puliti, ma olio.
In generale .. it’s Good for the budget travellers.
