Fantastico
UUtente anonimoAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Oakwood Hotel Batam. Il servizio e l'ospitalità erano eccellenti, soprattutto da Salsa, che è andato di sopra e di là per rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. La sua caldezza e professionalità hanno fatto la differenza. Grazie, Salsa.
La posizione dell'hotel è incredibilmente conveniente, poiché è direttamente collegato al Grand Batam Mall e circondato da un sacco di caffè e cibo.
Molto consigliato questo hotel. 100% consigliato!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova molto vicino al centro di Batam e si trova in una sala Batam e in alcuni dei suoi locali.
Il desk front è abbastanza gentile da aggiornarci ad un altro livello della stanza. E prima controlla quando abbiamo un bambino.
Il bagno a livello 3 è anche fantastico. La camera dei bambini è abbastanza buona da tenere il bambino occupato.
Alcune cose da migliorare :
1) il sistema luminoso nella stanza. Il commutatore è tutto o tutto aperto. Difficile da controllare con alcune parti da accendere e alcune da essere aperto.
2) Sistema di sicurezza, richiesta di chiavi aggiuntive, tuttavia hanno dato senza verificare l'identità 😳 abit spaventoso Posso essere qualsiasi Tom dick Harry.
3) non molte opzioni alimentari oltre alla principale ambrosia come buffet mattina. Anche nel menu di pranzo della stanza può essere aggiornato.
4) sono molto particolari con asciugamani. Possono dare solo 2 a qualsiasi momento. Se avete bambini da condividere, dovrete dirlo in anticipo.
In generale, un nuovo personale pulito e amichevole..

UUtente ospiteL'arrivo e l'uscita sono stati semplici e semplici, rendendo l'esperienza più confortevole dall'inizio.
Il colazione è stato buono con una varietà di opzioni certamente uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno. La posizione è anche eccellente, rendendo facile raggiungere e accedere ai negozi e ai posti di mangime vicini. Abbiamo anche goduto della banda in diretta la sera, che ha aggiunto un bel toccamento all'atmosfera generale.
In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e saremmo felici di rimanere ancora qui!

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Staff were friendly and helpful to our enquiries.
Room was spacious and clean, lighting was sufficient as well.
Bedside power points also had standard USB connections for charging devices.
Included breakfast, and the dining hall had natural lighting, as preferred by us.
The spread of choices were enough, and they also had live stations for the usual eggs, as well as stir fry of your choice.
Location is not far from Harbour Bay, but not near the major malls, which is not a major drawback, as we are okay with taking private hires to and from the hotel.

SSumirahService was great, everyone was super friendly. They have archery, great pools and a soccer field. Room was really clean and nice, just the toilet can be better. We were a family of 6+1, dined at their Rocksalt restaurant. Again, people were amazing but I’d rate their food 1 out of 5. Breakfast was decent though. Will definitely visit again. Convenient location in Kampung Pelita area, opposite Aston Hotel and Residences and 9 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, 20 minutes walk maximum to GoGo Supermarket in Bengkong. Amazing place nearby, Kobie Coffee and Ruma Pelita - easily a 5/5 café and cultural / creative experience.
Staff are lovely, gracious, efficient, with excellent language skills. Professional but friendly and welcoming.
Public areas are modern, fresh, tranquil and very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful little touches throughout.
Standard rooms are compact but well appointed, very clean, comfortable. Nice linens. Good sleep. But don't expect any views from the windows.
Like the pool area. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended.

UUtente ospiteIl check-in era piuttosto veloce. Nota che è necessario un deposito. Il lobby era in fase di riparazione, ma non era troppo cattivo. Oltre al lobby (cos reno), è davvero una bella proprietà.
Abbiamo scelto la villa dello studio, perché volevamo le pareti più alte per la privacy. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa, il letto con molte piastrelle era comodo per me. La camera aveva due unità di ac che erano apprezzate perché si raffreddava definitivamente la camera più velocemente. La TV intelligente funzionava bene con un carico di canali. Il bagno (& bagno) era enorme, ma la pressione dell'acqua era leggermente bassa sul tappo doccia/tub, anche se era ok per il bagno e il bagno. La piscina privata era pulita alto, penso che le lastre di legno potrebbero richiedere un lavoro di manutenzione. Non abbiamo incontrato molte moschee, forse ci sono volati in giro uno o due il nostro ultimo giorno.
La nostra camera è venuta con due bevande al giorno complimentari al ristorante che è del gusto nel centro del resort. La colazione era semi-buffet. Durante l'ispezione, riempire questa mutandine ogni giorno per la scelta delle vostre mani. Se vuoi cambiare la tua scelta, vai solo al reception desk un giorno prima del tuo colazione programmato per aggiornare la tua sciarpa. Anche se ci sono stati 3 slot, siamo arrivati molto prima della nostra slot assegnata, e non era un problema. Oltre al colazione, abbiamo anche avuto servizio in camera. Il cibo era delizioso e abbastanza ragionevolmente prezzo. Speso abt sgd12 totale per nasi goreng e me goreng. Qualcosa che non ho mai incontrato in nessun altro hotel è stato che abbiamo dovuto firmare un modulo di riconoscimento quando abbiamo ordinato, come per esempio abbiamo ricevuto 2 piastrelle, 2 cuscini, ecc. Non è una grande questione.
La parte migliore di Woda è il personale, dalla manutenzione di case fino alla manutenzione di immobili, al personale di ristorante, tutti sono stati molto amici e di grande aiuto.

KKyaw SwaAbbiamo fatto un sabato e era completamente prenotato. Non abbiamo ricevuto un letto di dimensioni re che abbiamo prenotato. Il giorno dopo il colazione era anche un po' caotico, perché l'hotel ha lottato per sedersi in un tempo. Dovremmo aspettare fuori per un po' prima di avere una tavola.
Il personale era amichevole e utile. Le strutture erano standard. Le camere erano pulite e belle.
Il lavoro di costruzione davanti all'hotel ha ostacolato la nostra vista sul mare, che era a 10 minuti dall'hotel.
Nota laterale: Non si è goduto del ristorante Kelong.Il cibo era terribile.
