UUtente ospiteThis is our second time staying in Oakwood in 2025. We return for the 2nd time mainly because of its superb location (just next to Batam Grand Mall), lots of Spas nearby and because its a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. It is very popular with both local n foreign tourists.
So, due to this, book early. You probably wont be able to get early check-in due to high volume of guests.
We stayed in the standard room n studio premier. Studio premier is slightly bigger with a kitchen cabinet, fridge, hob n hood, sink, utensils. But the room tend to be warm in the day as the room windows are facing east. Very comfy bed n pillows. Lots of TV chanels and you can login to ur netflix acct.
Inroom dining is better than their buffet bfast. Lots of varieties for their buffet bfast.
Recommneded to go to Aespa if you would like to go for a massage. Oakwood guests recieve discount. Their massage is very good.

UUtente ospiteHotel was newly built and hence facilities and room is spacious and clean. There was coffee machine in room which was a nice touch.Hotel is quite near Batam centre ferry terminal. However they only provide one bathrobe and one hand Should have provided 2 for 2 guests in room. no other amenities like shower cap or toothbrush is provided.I would stay here again if price is reasonable

UUtente anonimoBooked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door.
But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

UUtente anonimoI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

MMelvyn NgGood and clean hotel! Bed was so soft and good! They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Rather awkward situation… otherwise this hotel is new and great! Will come back again!

La stanza è pulita, le lastre di letto sono pulite anche.
Ma la tovagliola è orribile, anche dopo che ho chiesto un cambio di tovagliola. La nuova è ancora tinita.
Sono rimasto solo per qualche ora (dalle 8 alle 5) per transitare dal mio volo per prendere la prima nave a Singapore.

UUtente anonimoAdoro il nostro soggiorno qui! Così bel resort e spiaggia davanti. La posizione è buona per una chiara vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano, nessuna nave/ferry vicino. Anche le piscine erano grandi. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Solo la ventilazione non funzionava nel bagno, quindi tutto rimaneva piuttosto bagnato per un po'. La colazione era buona, indonesiana e occidentale. È aperto un ristorante per pranzo e cena. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto gli uomini di porta e i conducenti di bug e di navetta. Volevamo provare un ristorante a Montigo e ci hanno fatto piacevolmente bug-gid fuori dalla proprietà. Situazione a soli 30-40 minuti dalla città di Nagoya.

Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.
