Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience.
Able to check in early.
The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk.
Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor.
I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me.
Will definitely come back again.
Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion.
We have enjoyed our stay very much.

We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

SSamie 陈思绵Room is new and clean. Location is near the batam ferry terminal but further away from the city where restaurants and spas are located. If you want a quiet night to sleep, don't stay here! Blaring music from the tapas bar on Level 3 that goes till midnight! Or make sure you get a room that is far away from the tapas bar. The windows are not insulated and the loud music just went on and on. We were only there for 1 night so i didnt bother to ask to change our room. There's nothing much around the hotel area.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Rather awkward situation… otherwise this hotel is new and great! Will come back again!

__wanderlustAbbiamo prenotato 2-bedroom appartamento e è piuttosto buono. La stanza è pulita e le foglie sono cambiate ogni giorno. Il buffet per colazione ha molte scelte alimentari. L'unico commento che ho è che la ventilazione igienica comune non funziona che’ perché l’odore rimane dopo aver fatto il vostro business 😆. E le piogge hanno un grande segno di tintura giallo se guardate all’interno della piogge.
Nel complesso, ho avuto una grande esperienza durante il mio soggiorno.

Abbiamo prenotato quattro camere sotto la stessa prenotazione, ma le camere sono state assegnate su diversi piani e sono state disperse, che è stato scomodo per il nostro gruppo.
Purtroppo, durante il check-in c'era una questione seria, dopo che il processo era stato completato, il mio passaporto non mi era stato restituito. Mi sono reso conto solo la mattina seguente e sono andato al dipartimento frontale per chiedere. The staff on duty initially insisted that the hotel does not retain guest’’ passports overnight as it is against their policy.
Su richiesta, hanno accettato di esaminare ulteriormente e di esaminare la videocamera CCTV.Alla fine è stato scoperto che il personale che ha gestito il mio check-in aveva lasciato il mio passaporto inavvertitamente all'interno della macchina scanner durante la notte.
Benché apprezzi il fatto che l'equipaggio sia finalmente riuscito a trovare e a restituire il passaporto, ciò rappresenta una perdita significativa nel processo di controllo e di gestione dei documenti. MM-DRThe hotel was very pretty, the rooms were nice but the water was not warm enough for a bath and some lamps were broken. The beds were big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options and there were many amenities. Unfortunately, the gym was run down with no mats to stretch or do yoga. The service was great but the checkout took too long, over 30 minutes for them to check the room. The hotel was well located, close to the harbour but a little far from the rest.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!
