AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

MMike MCYSI recently stayed at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam for a short getaway, and it felt like a refreshing upgrade from the usual Batam hotel experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the space felt modern and polished, with a calm, upscale vibe that set the tone for the rest of the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff (Maya) were warm and welcoming, which made settling in easy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything laid out in a practical way. While it wasn’t overly spacious, it didn’t feel cramped, and the bed was especially comfortable after a full day out. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the location—the hotel is directly connected to Grand Batam Mall, making it incredibly convenient to access food, shopping, and even nearby massage spots without needing to travel far.
Overall, it was a fuss-free and enjoyable stay. The facilities, including the pool and breakfast, were decent and met expectations, though not particularly outstanding. What really stood out was the convenience and comfort, making it a great choice for a relaxing, easy getaway. I would certainly consider staying here again, especially for a short trip where convenience and comfort are key.

YYan.97Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto amichevole e utile. Capacità di comunicare bene. L'ambiente è bello e pulito. Nelle vicinanze del terminale centrale di Batam. Con servizio di navetta fornito in determinati momenti.
La colazione dell'hotel è bella e il personale chiederà anche commenti degli ospiti per il miglioramento.
Le strutture dell'hotel comprendono la sala GYM e la piscina. Una piscina ben mantenuta, pulita e piacevole. L'acqua non ha forte odore di cloro e nessun sedimento nella piscina. In generale, cinque stelle esperienze! Mantenetela.

They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Rather awkward situation… otherwise this hotel is new and great! Will come back again!

DDeeKwokL'hotel si trova in una posizione conveniente - a piedi dal centro commerciale, dai centri alimentari e da molti locali stazioni/mercati.. anche vari spa di massaggio intorno all'hotel (fino al più vicino alle 11 pm).
Il colazione dell'hotel è molto vario e la famiglia ha goduto della maggior parte dei piatti.Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, ma consiglia di aereo la camera un po', perché le camere possono sentirsi un po' stufate. La squadra di servizio è amichevole e sincera, con un sorriso felice 😃 .

L'hotel ha organizzato un viaggio per prendere e lasciarci dal Terminal Ferry Nongsa.
Molte attività nel resort, tra cui parasailing, sci a jet, ATV, ecc. Sono molto ben gestite dal responsabile, signor Alam.
Molto bel piscine e un ristorante al resort.
Ci sono anche un negozio regalo al ristorante e una sala di preghiera.
C'è un resort vicino alla Mosca, e l'hotel offre un'attivazione e un'attivazione alla Mosca, se si desidera pregare alla Mosca.
Le camere sono molto pulite e con aria condizionata.
Vorrei sicuramente raccomandare questo resort ai viaggiatori...!!!

DDilbara YongGrazie a tutto lo staff, il servizio è stato impeccabile... È stata una bella esperienza per la mia prima visita a Batam, Indonesia. L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Derwina (se non sbaglio il nome) e i ragazzi che hanno lavorato di notte il 27 dicembre, ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome. Anche la colazione è buona, con cucina a vista. La posizione è vicina al terminal dei traghetti di Harbour Bay, a meno di 10 minuti di auto. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel a chi vuole visitare Batam.
