Batam View Beach Resort

Renovated rooms but not the exterior. Beach, greenery, kelong jetty, beautiful sunset and sunrise

Generally clean. Heard they didi some renovation recently. The exterior looks okay. More improvements needed. Amenities is basic. Breakfast okay. One great point is that the staff service is excellent! The paid ATV ride was very enjoyable!

Great stay Break is great Pool clean Relaxing Everything there don’t need to leave the hotel

Nice place, clean and white sand beach. However the service not up to expectation and a lot of room for improvement.

The worst hotel experience ever when it comes to service. The hotel management was absolutely terrible. They left us waiting for three hours, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., without a room. They gave us no proper explanation and offered no compensation whatsoever for the delay. And it wasn’t just us. There were around 50 or more guests facing the same problem, and some had to wait even longer than we did. The hotel completely failed to manage the check-in process and showed a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. The hotel was also far from the city centre. Since it was already late at night, we had no choice but to book another hotel in the city centre. This caused us to incur additional expenses for transportation between locations. By that point, we were extremely tired and exhausted after everything that had happened

Loved the kaid feel to the whole place. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kelong seafood was however a let down.

Beach side hotel about 30 mins drive away from city. Easy to get a grab to come to this area. For food, either hotel, takeaway by go jet or drive out by 10 min: Place for relaxing and has a good live band in the evening so nice to enjoy musics and chatting with friends

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

During my return trip after 8 years. The room is nice And comfortable. Service is good.. my friend and I were very satisfied during our stay
