La hall dell'hotel è davvero molto attenta al design, il personale è molto cordiale e attento, tutti molto educati e sorridenti, soprattutto per dare agli ospiti una sensazione di grande calore. Anche la disposizione e le strutture della camera sono molto comode, consentendo di alleviare la fatica di un lungo viaggio. Che si viaggi a Suzhou o per lavoro, è davvero un'ottima scelta e i trasporti nelle vicinanze sono molto comodi! In breve, i dettagli sono molto ben fatti. I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

Modern and clean room.
Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center)
The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead.
Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future.
Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better.
What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books.
Breakfast is various and nice, too.

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. La reception del check-in ha preso l'iniziativa di organizzare un piano per non fumatori e ci ha dato della frutta al momento del check-in. L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana e a pochi passi da Suzhou Poly Theatre Abbiamo regalato caramelle speciali a Suzhou al momento del check-out. Everything was really fantastic about this hotel. Excellent location, smack in the middle of Guanqian Street. Ho soggiornato qui l'ultima volta quando ho portato mia madre a vedere uno spettacolo. La posizione è buona, proprio accanto al Kaiming Grand Theater, a pochi passi da Guanqian Street e non lontano da varie attrazioni nella zona della città antica. È molto comodo. Questa volta sono venuto per partecipare a un evento, ho scelto di soggiornare di nuovo qui.
Strutture: le strutture sono nuovissime, la biancheria da letto è molto comoda e le camere di categoria superiore sono dotate di servizi igienici intelligenti. La risoluzione della TV è un po' bassa e la rete non è molto stabile. Non vedo l'ora di vedere miglioramenti.
Igiene: molto pulito, più pulito di alcuni vecchi hotel a cinque stelle, fresco e confortevole.
Ambiente: luminoso e pulito.
Servizio: Il servizio è stato caloroso e premuroso. Questa volta non abbiamo ricevuto un pacchetto con colazione, ma la reception ci ha fatto l'upgrade a una suite con soggiorno, il che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Quando ordini cibo da asporto, un robot te lo consegnerà direttamente a casa, il che è molto comodo. La cosa più importante è che c'è un parcheggio gratuito. Very nice and I liked the high tech Ai facility, u can called out 小度小度 to instruct it to on the lights, to open and close curtain, to on and off TV and to play music, and also to on and off aircon and asked for specific aircon temperature, this hotel also has free laundry room on the 3rd floor, and the hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, the receptionist is so nice, I had to give 5 stars as she gave me free gift upon leaving ❤️❤️❤️ I also liked that the room has purple light which made the atmosphere cozy and nice to stay, the bedding is very soft and nice too

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Ho prenotato la cena di notte, l'ambiente è bello, la stanza è pulita e luminosa, il negozio e il personale sono molto entusiasti. In anticipo, informiamo la posizione del parcheggio e sono attivi per il trasporto al parcheggio. Il servizio è attento. UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

SSusanI recently had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Suzhou Changjiang, and it was a pleasant experience overall. I made a last-minute booking in the evening, and I must say that the reception staff was efficient and accommodating. They quickly processed my reservation and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness, as it gave me confidence in the hotel's standards. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress provided a soft and cozy sleeping experience. My stay at Holiday Inn Express Suzhou Changjiang was a positive experience. The efficient reception staff made the check-in process seamless, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location near Ben Q Hospital and a nearby mall further enhanced its convenience. I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a comfortable stay in Suzhou.

LLaoDaWeiThis was my go to hotel in Suzhou for location and price. The room facilities are excellent - with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are not modern but have a dated charm - there is also a window in the bathroom and a bathtub for those that like a soak.
The breakfast is above average.
My one complaint AND IT'S A BIG ONE! In the executive studios the bathroom doors have been wedged open - this is clearly a privacy issue but also the kitchen is next to the bathroom. No-one wants to stare at a toilet while they are cooking lunch. What were the management thinking - ruining a perfectly good room! A couple of stars knocked off until that issue is sorted!
