L'hotel si trova in Jingfu Road nel centro della città. Non ci sono restrizioni al traffico per i veicoli provenienti da altre province. Ha un parcheggio sotterraneo, quindi è molto comodo per chi viaggia in auto. La hall è al secondo piano, con una decorazione grandiosa e un forte senso del design. Le camere sono spaziose, con ricchi regali, una colazione abbondante e un ottimo atteggiamento di servizio alla reception. Ci sono innumerevoli ristoranti e snack in giro, tutti economici e buoni. È a 15 minuti a piedi da Guanqian Street, passando per Huanxiu Villa e Suzhou City God Temple. È un posto molto vivace, un hotel da non perdere per Suzhou City Walk.

Svantaggi: innanzitutto la porta tagliafuoco non viene aperta, il che rappresenta un pericolo per la sicurezza. In secondo luogo si è verificato un problema con l'acqua nella doccia in camera Nonostante avessi segnalato la riparazione, c'era acqua nel bagno per due notti consecutive. L'esperienza è stata negativa e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non era coerente.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

Modern and clean room.
Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center)
The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead.
Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future.
Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better.
What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books.
Breakfast is various and nice, too.

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. La reception del check-in ha preso l'iniziativa di organizzare un piano per non fumatori e ci ha dato della frutta al momento del check-in. L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana e a pochi passi da Suzhou Poly Theatre Abbiamo regalato caramelle speciali a Suzhou al momento del check-out. La reception si è trasferita al terzo piano! La splendida direttrice è stata molto premurosa e ha migliorato la tipologia di camera per la mia famiglia, regalando loro anche della frutta! La stanza è pulita e luminosa! C'è anche un balcone all'aperto! Ambiente elegante! La colazione inizia alle 7! Tantissima varietà, tutti deliziosi!

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel dal momento in cui ci siamo iscritti fino a quando ci siamo iscritti. Liu Baiyi ha fornito un servizio eccellente per tutto il nostro soggiorno. We recently stayed at Days Hotel Suzhou and found it convenient and comfortable. It’s near a shopping mall and close to subway stations, making it easy to get around. The 24-hour convenience store connected to the hotel was a big plus for grabbing essentials like water.
However, the reception service could use improvement. A friendlier and more welcoming attitude from the staff would have significantly enhanced the experience.
Overall, a good choice for convenience and comfort in Suzhou.

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Ambiente: vivere nella zona panoramica di Pingjiang Road non è molto conveniente. La camera da letto matrimoniale affacciata sul fiume offre un'esperienza fantastica. Aprendo le tende si scopre la vista del fiume principale all'esterno.
Servizio: fornire un servizio in stile maggiordomo, gentile e amichevole.

UUtente ospiteVery nice and I liked the high tech Ai facility, u can called out 小度小度 to instruct it to on the lights, to open and close curtain, to on and off TV and to play music, and also to on and off aircon and asked for specific aircon temperature, this hotel also has free laundry room on the 3rd floor, and the hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, the receptionist is so nice, I had to give 5 stars as she gave me free gift upon leaving ❤️❤️❤️ I also liked that the room has purple light which made the atmosphere cozy and nice to stay, the bedding is very soft and nice too

Il servizio è in linea con il prezzo. Caffè gratis, acqua gratis. La camera era silenziosa. Tutto sommato consiglierei questo hotel a tutti gli amici di Tomy.

LLaoDaWeiThis was my go to hotel in Suzhou for location and price. The room facilities are excellent - with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are not modern but have a dated charm - there is also a window in the bathroom and a bathtub for those that like a soak.
The breakfast is above average.
My one complaint AND IT'S A BIG ONE! In the executive studios the bathroom doors have been wedged open - this is clearly a privacy issue but also the kitchen is next to the bathroom. No-one wants to stare at a toilet while they are cooking lunch. What were the management thinking - ruining a perfectly good room! A couple of stars knocked off until that issue is sorted!
