"1. The room smelled terrible. 2. The room service was very unprofessional; the TV wouldn't turn on, so we couldn't watch TV all night. 3. The showerheads in the bathroom and sink were rusty, and the water flow was very weak, affecting the shower experience. 4. The front desk arranged for me to stay next to the cleaning lady's room, and I was woken up very early in the morning (I don't mean to blame the cleaning lady here). 2. The room is not soundproof. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at around 2 a.m., and they left after they were done. Are there hourly rooms available at night? 3. I wanted to sleep in at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but I heard the sound of renovation work upstairs. 4. I originally wanted to watch TV, but I found that there was only a remote control that could turn the TV on and off, but no remote control for playback.
